The place smelled so good and was so clean when we arrived. Check in was quick and easy. The view from the balcony is amazing and the location is perfect. So many good bars/restaurants in walking distance we didn't need to take a lyft/uber hardly at all and it's really close to the airport. The host's communication was great and she was really helpful any time we had questions. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. The garden oasis was everything. Easy to come and go with gate & door codes. Unit is modern and clean, love the shower. Easy to catch ride-shares anywhere. Close to Wynwood. Thank you!

was very satisfied. even misplaced my fob for a few days but they immedietly had someone come get me a replacement. wcery was amazing and the host was quick to solve my issues. very clean, modern and upscale furniture and equipment. Will come back again.

The house was perfect for our journey. We attended a wedding and the venue was 10 minutes from Emerita's, this is why we picked this neighborhood. The house was very clear and very spacious. She left snacks, coffee, sugar, even a bottle of wine for us which we did not use but it was very appreciated. The house can sleep 12 people very comfortably. The neighborhood is not noisy.

Belle responded within minutes of any questions. This home is in a safe walkable neighborhood and extremely spotless. Belle! We’ll definitely be back.

I landed a lil earlier than check in time and I messaged the host and ask if I can check in a lil early and she accommodated me the earliest she could. The place looked exactly like the picture, very clean and everything we needed. Places was really close by to din, neighborhood was very quiet and clean. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home. We appreciate your wonderful suggestions and thoroughly enjoyed our dinner at El Siboney restaurant. Unfortunately the rain kept us from using the pool but we still had a fantastic time.

Roland ist ein toller Gastgeber, er war super gut erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir konnten sogar etwas eher einchecken, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Das Studio ist klein, aber fein. Es war alles sehr sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Wer gern etwas zu essen zubereiten möchte, sollte sich Gewürze und Öl etc. mitbringen. Der Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus ist ein Plus.

The home was immaculate, all the necessary dishes, pans, appliances. There were no extras such as coffee filters or cooking oils etc. The setting was very beautiful and well maintained and many amenities. It is a family friendly community with multiple young children. Location near restaurants and activities was great. And we really enjoyed the screened in porch. Thanks!

Rafael's place was perfect for our week in Miami. It was clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed to make our own meals. The area was quiet, and provided a lovely place to walk. Rafael was eager to help, and was a kind person. I highly recommend his place!

I recently stayed at this stunning downtown Miami condo, and it absolutely exceeded all expectations. The location is unbeatable—just steps from top restaurants, bars, and shops, and a short ride to South Beach. The building itself is secure and upscale, with an amazing pool area. Whether you’re in Miami for business or leisure, this condo offers the perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and convenience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

We were comfortable here. It was easy to find and parking was always available. It was quiet except near the airport, but it wasn't disturbing. There were plenty of towels and a washer and dryer, which were convenient.

Great communication and location. was nice having in-room laundry too!

Lisa is a great host! She was responsive since the day I booked. Sent clear instructions on getting in and out. Checked on my wife and I to make sure everything was ok in the rental. Met out expectations and we enjoyed our stay. We do plan on coming back in future so this place will stay on our radar when we are ready to do so. Thanks again Lisa!
