Hilltop Suite, Quiet Street

You will have your own entrance & onsite parking in the driveway. Your PRIVATE area does not join with my living area in any way; we likely will never meet. The suite includes your own bathroom with a deluxe shower, an in-suite mini kitchen with stove & fridge, a small dining table, a couch, & a comfy queen bed. You control the temperature with your own HVAC system with both heating & cooling. It’s approximately 15 mins to all main universities, the city center & all of the sports arenas.

Shenandoah Mountain House (Guest Suite)

Smells of the forest. Sights of the mountain. Conveniences of home. Welcome to our little secret in Shenandoah! Our chalet is situated on the hills surrounding Shenandoah Valley. Walk 25 minutes to the river. Drive 10 minutes to the national park entrance and Skyline Drive. Roads are in excellent condition year-round. Your guest suite is on the ground floor, recently finished, with a private entrance (separate from the main house), with access to outdoor space, deck, swings, fire pit etc.

Pool table, bar area and living room space with large TV equipped with satellite service. More space than a hotel room. Historic suite for 2 by river. Porch & Kitchenette

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

Grand By Design Farm Guest Suite

We love everything about our hillside home next to Grand Vue Park and enjoy how much our guest love it too. This space was designed with love and attention to detail. The extremely spacious suite with private entrance has a beautiful covered deck overlooking our hillside pasture and the wooded land behind us. An entire wall of windows offer perfect views. Many guest say the King size bed is most comfortable they have ever slept in . The bathroom is simply dreamy.

Beautiful view of the river valley and the town of Kingwood West Virginia. Large kitchen with pots and pans. You have your own entry with open floor plan. Main house is above. There are lot’s of windows to view the picturesque valley. With vintage decor and a gas fireplace which makes for romantic setting. Located in the central and convenient neighborhood of Squirrel Hill, close to CMU, University of Pittsburgh and Chatham University, right next to Schenley Park and walking distance (only 2 blocks) to all the cafes, restaurants, shops, movie theater and local amenities of our amazing neighborhood. Downtown Pittsburgh is only 10-12 minutes drive.

The Loft in Steubenville

This efficient guest suite is located in the heart of Steubenville (17 miles/20 min. from Star Lake Pavilion). Separated by a hill from our family home, the loft provides a simple place to rest after a long day of travel, work, conferences, or whatever may bring you to Steubenville! We built this guest space above our work garage with visiting family in mind, and we hope you'll feel equally at home as our guest.
