L'appartamento è delizioso e ben tenuto. Si trova a pochi passi dalla metro, dalle fermate dei bus e dalla stazione dei treni Mi sono trovata benissimo

We had a very comfortable stay at Giovanni’s apartment. He was very communicative and gave clear instructions both at checkin and during checkout. The bed had clean linen and fresh towels were provided too. The place is a five minute walk from the Frattini metro station on M4 line and a 15 minute walk to the Navigli. We will surely look to come back in the future. Thanks for everything. Varuna.

Excellent stay. Carlo’s place is spatious, modern and very clean, with parking just next to the building. We enjoyed our time there and will gladly come back. Recommended

Ho apprezzato tanto la posizione dell'alloggio vicina alla fermata della M4 e in poco tempo si arriva a S.Babila. La strada è silenziosa, abbiamo dormito bene e in modo confortevole. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

The apartment is very clean and spacious. We had everything we needed. The location is perfect. Massimo was very helpful and responsive. Everything was perfect!

Communication was exceptional, the suite is clean and tastefully designed and decorated featuring a surround sound system. It also has art and culture catalogues to flick through, had all the amenities one could need and, for our needs, the location was perfect. I couldn't recommend more to a solo traveller or couple who are spending sometime in town. Thanks for the stay!

Gerry war jederzeit erreichbar, sehr hilfsbereit und kam sogar persönlich vorbei. Zur Begrüßung gab es leckere Kekse – eine schöne Geste! Die Wohnung ist komplett saniert und fast alle Möbel sind nagelneu. Alles war makellos sauber (und wir sind wirklich pingelig). Der abschließbare Garagenparkplatz ist nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Trotz Nähe zur Autobahn ist es angenehm ruhig. Restaurants, Bäckereien und ein Supermarkt sind direkt in der Nähe. Perfekte Lage für Ausflüge nach Cinque Terre, Portofino, Santa Margherita oder Rapallo. Jederzeit wieder – absolut empfehlenswert!

Marco is the ultimate host. To say he went above and beyond would be an understatement. The apartement has been tastefully renovated and is very spacious! Marco not only handled every request we had he did all with cordial and prompt action. The only downside is the area. Although it is close to a metro it is not an area where you can find a restaurant or walk around in. It is necessary to take the metro to other stops to find restaurants. Although they are only 2 to 3 stops away it is an inconvenience. In all-the property is a hidden jewel in a questionable location!

Casa molto accogliente calorosa con una sorta di magia percepita appena entrati…host molto amichevole disponibile e soprattutto con molta pazienza dato le mie varie rotture di P……senza dubbio un luogo dove tornare è consigliatissimo a chi desidera passare una notte particolare e romantica..

Good spacious option

Superbe loft cosy, idéal pour notre famille de 4 personnes. le logement est très agréable et très bien équipé (il nous a juste manqué un petit congélateur pour garder nos pain de glace glacé mais c'est un détail). Elisa est une hôte agréable et réactive, nous donnant toutes les informations nécessaires pour profiter au mieux de la ville. Le logement est très bien situé, à deux pas d'un arrêt de bus et tram qui vous mène au centre ville en quelques minutes. Nous avons adoré notre court séjour ici.

Marco is an absolutely outstanding host. Honestly one it best experience I had !!! Super easy going friendly and helpful , I felt very welcome and at home !!! We offered us welcome champagne and coffee. His place is a true rare find. Super cool location , easy access and super worth the money and value you get to say at very least ! Thank you so much for having us !

Daniela was a great host. Her house was beautiful and very clean. The pool was perfect, cleaned every night by a crew. the views were breath taking. It was great for a family of 10 with 4 children. Lots of space. The only issue was about the security deposit of 400 euros, I was not aware of it until I arrived. I would have been more prepared considering it was our last stop in Italy. But overall an excellent property and host. Highly recommended. Thank you.

Ho trascorso le vacanze di Pasqua con mio figlio nell’alloggio di Margherita. L’annuncio rispetta pienamente l’appartamento: molto confortevole, pulito e vicinissimo al mare, alla stazione , ai bar, ai supermercati, ai ristoranti insomma vicino a tutto quello di cui si ha bisogno! Ci siamo trovati benissimo grazie anche a Margherita che mi ha permesso, sia con il check in anticipato che con il check out posticipato di godere pienamente della vacanza ! Inoltre è stata molto gentile perché ha fatto delle piccole sorprese a mio figlio che ha gradito di cuore (gli ovetti di cioccolato erano buonissimi ♥️) ! Se dovessi ritornare a Moneglia sicuramente ritornerei nello stesso alloggio ! Grazie ancora per averci ospitato ! Alla prossima !

Ottima posizione comoda per le mie esigenze

Appartamento provvisto di tutto e di più ( addirittura aspirapolvere, più di una grattuggia, detersivi, carta da forno, pellicola, carta d'alluminio, ceppo di coltelli, condimenti, asciugamani ecc), curato, pulito, davvero molto bello, unica nota abbiamo trovato i materassi troppo rigidi. L'alloggio si trova al primo piano di un condominio molto tranquillo e silenzioso, accessibile mediante un'ampia scala. Il mare si raggiunge grazie ad un sottopasso con scalini ed un tratto a piedi in pochi minuti. Host molto gentile, flessibile negli orari e scrupolosa. Consigliato.

I stayed in Eleonora's apartment for four days, which was perfect. Her apartment is a bit outside the city, but there is a tram nearby that takes you all the way to the center of Milan. All in all, it was a great experience, and I can highly recommend Eleonora's apartment. A big plus is definitely that Eleonora responds quickly and is flexible with check-in and check-out.

Wir waren insgesamt sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Sonia war eine gute Gastgeberin, sie war hilfsbereit und hat auf unsere Nachrichten immer schnell geantwortet. Check-In sowie Check-Out haben reibungslos funktioniert. Die Wohnung war so, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt und war sehr schön, besonders die 2(!) Balkone mit einem schönem Ausblick. Das einzige, was uns etwas gestört hat, war die Entfernung zum nächsten Bahnhof, zum Meer und damit zur nächsten größeren Stadt. An einem unserer Urlaubstage hat es leider unaufhörlich geregnet, da haben wir leider keine Beschäftigung in der Nähe gefunden. Jedoch kann man es sich auch an so einem Tag gut in der Wohnung gemütlich machen und eine der leckeren Pizzerien ausprobieren.

Le logement est impeccable, bien situé et facile d'accès. Des commerces sont a proximité. Elisa est très réactive et est toujours prête à fournir des conseils pour rendre votre séjour confortable. Un super logement pour un séjour à Gênes !

Ich habe mich in Paolos Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Ich war wegen eines Konzertes in der Inalpi Arena für ein paar Tage in Paolos Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel, sehr sauber und mit allem Wichtigen ausgestattet. Das Bett ist sehr bequemen (ich habe selten so gut geschlafen). Die Lage der Wohnung ist ideal, da nicht weit von Bus- und Tramhaltestellen entfernt. Auch gibt es in der Nähe einige Pizzerien/Supermarkte/Geschäfte und eine Eisdiele mit sehr leckeren Eis. Paolo ist sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, die Kommunikation mit ihm war sehr angenehm und einfach. Er hat mir Tips zu Pizzeria und der Eisdiele in der Nähe gegeben. Nochmals Danke für die Tips. (Das Eis ist wirklich lecker) Wenn ich wieder nach Turin komme, werde ich sicherlich Paolos Wohnung wieder in Betracht ziehen. Paolo, Danke dass ich Gast in Deiner Wohnung sein durfte. Von meiner Seite: 100% Empfehlung!

Fin leilighet sentralt i Genova. Selv om den lå i byens hovedgate var leiligheten stille og ingen trafikkstøy. Leiligheten ligger i gåavstand til så og si alle turistattraksjoner, og hovedgaten er en drøm for de som liker shopping. Anbefales.

El departamento es super lindo y cómodo, tal cual se ve en las imágenes. Mara fue super atenta. La ubicación es muy cómoda, muchos restaurantes y bares cerca y el subte para ir al centro a pocas cuadras. definitivamente recomiendo este alojamiento y volvería a elegirlo si vuelvo a Milán.
