We had a fabulous stay! It was a dream come true. Pietro was SO helpful answering any and all questions we had. He connected us with local drivers and tour guides so we could experience local cities and have a personalized experience. We also loved the private chef that cooked us an authentic Sicilian meal at the Villa. Everyone felt like family. We all want to return. The villa was beautiful and the location was just what we were looking for in terms of easy access to the beach and restaurants

We had a nice and relaxing time in the apartment: everything was as described. We and our children felt completely comfortable. Especially because of the quiet location! The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos. Great location, close to the train and the beach, in the area there are shops and restaurants. Enzo turned out to be a very nice and helpful host, always in touch with us. Thank you very much for a very nice holiday in beautiful Sicily. See you in the future!

Данная поездка состоялась всего на 1 ночь в Палермо, я и другие гости хозяина Danilo, даже не ожидали что можно получить столько эмоций и впечатлений от пребывания на его вилле. Рекомендации по поездке, закупкам в супермаркет, и городу. Постоянная связь, и невиданная отзывчивость и невероятная ответственность. Данило уверенно помогает и постоянно поддерживает свои гостей начиная с планирования поездки, заканчивая уже только в пути домой. Спасибо Вам, Данило! Я надеюсь что мне повезет еще раз быть в Палермо, и затем после прекрасной прогулки в Палермо, вернуться в его тихую виллу с друзьями и комфортно провести время вместе.

Thank you so much Maria, we were so sad to leave!! The house is stunning, with all the amenities you could ask for. 10min drive to the shops, 15 mins to the beach and 25 to the airport. We love Maria's house and we love Sicily!

villa très agréable et bien située à proximité de la station balnéaire. commerces et restaurants facile à rejoindre à pied. Francesco est très agréable et sympathique. il s est adapté à nos heures de départ et d arrivée .

Beautiful, comfortable modern accomodation

good location, 7 minutes by foot to the nice sandy beach, supermarkets, barbershops, cafes, bars, restaurants etc. Nice, quiet and green private backyard with grill zone and with the view on the mountains. Apartment is located on the second floor, no elevator is available. The entrance to the apartment and backyard is separate and private. There is everything what one needs in the apartment, maybe not brand new furnished and equipped, but nevertheless very cozy and comfortable.

Eine wundeschöne und saubere Villa mit einer märchenhaften Ausblick. Die Lage ist perfekt. Es gibt restaurant in der Nähe und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in fünf Minuten mit Auto zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Maria Grazia ist eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Alles was man braucht für einen super Urlaub. Danke.

Abbiamo alloggiato in sei nello splendido appartamento di Paola, che ha superato le nostre aspettative. Tutto pulitissimo e profumato, curato nei minimi dettagli e fornito di tutto ciò che è necessario in una casa. Inoltre, abbiamo usufruito del noleggio auto Appa rental car (suggerito dalla host) proprio di fronte l'appartamento ed è stata un'esperienza molto positiva, anche grazie alla signora Giovanna, gentile e disponibile. Quando abbiamo avuto piccoli intoppi, la signora Paola è stata subito a disposizione e d'aiuto, risolvendo prontamente. È stato facile comunicare grazie alla sua gentilezza. Ci ritorneremmo senza dubbio, consigliatissimo.

Ornella and her daughter Beatrice were wonderful hosts. They responded to my questions in a timely manner.—- always pleasant and eager to help. The Villa and its surroundings and location were perfect for my group. The outdoor space was amazing! I would highly recommend this Villa to anyone wanting to be near Palermo and the beach!

Just completed a 4 night stay. The property was great! Views better than shown on listing. The apartments are well stocked with basic necessities (shampoo, laundry detergent, dish soap, coffee, water,etc). We were met by the host and shown around, they communicated well and checked in on us to see if we needed anything. A short drive to Mondello Beach or Port of Palmermo. Plenty of space in the apartments for our group! Very happy with the property! Thank you!

Das Haus hat eine einmalige Lage direkt am Meer! Es ist im Inneren eher klein, die Küche ist über die Terrasse begehbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind klein. Im Bad und in den hinteren Schlafzimmern riecht es etwas muffig (der Einbauschrank sollte ausgetauscht werden). Aaaaber...die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet und die riesige, wunderbare Terrasse macht alle ausbaufähig Kleinigkeiten mehr als wett!!! Der Whirlpool hat leider nicht immer funktioniert, aber Giorgio hat sofort für eine Reparatur gesorgt. Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt und wir könne diese Unterkunft absolut empfehlen!!! L'appartamento è ampio e confortevole, ottimo per un gruppo come il nostro di 16 persone. Si sta tutti insieme ma ognuno ha la sua camera. Ci sono 5 bagni, essenziali quando si è in molti. La veranda chiusa a pannelli in vetro e circondata dal verde del giardino è un vero gioiello, fare colazione lì ti fa cominciare bene la giornata. Fornito di tutto persino di uno speaker Alexa. Luca ha pensato a tutto, persino a rifornirci di acqua,latte, caffè, biscotti e quant'altro per un ottima colazione per tutti. È stato gradevole e disponibile. Ottima anche la posizione a Mondello, a pochi minuti dal centro di Palermo e vicino ai locali del mare. Tutto perfetto, consigliato anche per soggiorni lunghi. Grazie Luca per l'ospitalità!

Ett väldigt fint och stort hus som var över förväntan! Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår vistelse, värdarna var väldigt hjälpsamma och tillgängliga. Vi kom fram sent första dagen och det var inga problem alls och incheckning var väldigt smidig! Huset har ett bra läge, med 200 meter till havet och en väldigt fin havsutsikt från balkongen! Det enda som kan ses som en ”nackdel” är att det är ganska lyhört mellan husen och man hör grannarna lite mycket ibland Annars ett perfekt boende!

Nous sommes partis en vacances à 10 copains. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans ce logement. Nous avions accès à la partie inférieure de la maison (un grand séjour, 5 chambres et 4 salles de bain), ainsi que l’ensemble des extérieurs avec la piscine. Il est facile de stationner sa voiture sur le parking de la résidence qui est sécurisée. Nous avons eu le plaisir d’être accueilli avec des pastas à la sauce tomate/basilic le soir de notre arrivée. Patrizia, son mari et sa fille nous ont organisé un cours de cuisine pendant notre séjour pour apprendre à faire des pastas italiennes. Nous avons fortement apprécié le moment. C’était génial ! Je vous recommande de venir séjourner à Palerme dans ce logement idéalement situé entre Mondello et Cefalu.

Excelent accueil de Valeria, qui a toujours été disponible et nous a aidé pour la reservation d'un taxi pour les enfants.Tres bel emplacement tres sécurisé dans un lotissement privé ,sur veillé par un gardien 24 h sur 24 .il faut une voiture bien sur et l'on peut la garer sans probleme devant la maison (c'est safe).jardin magnifique et belle piscine qui chauffe bien car meme en avril nous en avons profité. appartement bien agencé en sous sol de la maison avec une zone de terrasse privative, c'est effectivement pas tres lumineux pour les deux chambres du fond mais tout est tres propre et l'appartement bien equipé. la localisation est pratique pour visiter palerme, mondello est tres proche à 5 mn en voiture et l'aeroport à 20 mn en voiture ce qui est pratique pour le depart.

We hadden een geweldig verblijf bij Antonio. Het terras is super! Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig, het is niet supermodern, maar wel heel charmant. Antonio en zijn zus zijn snel bereikbaar en staan open voor info. Ik moest door familiale redenen onverwacht vroeger naar huis, maar het werd prima geregeld door Antonio. Duidelijk en heel correcte afhandeling. We hebben erg genoten! Groetjes Kristien en familie

We (couple and 1 child) had an amazing stay at this beautiful house in Balestrate, Sicily! The property is really cool – the house is spacious and the large garden was a real highlight; it’s the perfect place to relax, with plenty of seating areas and gorgeous landscaping. The pool was fantastic – clean and just the right size for a refreshing dip on hot days. Nino was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. They made us feel at home, providing great local tips and always being available for any questions. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat and a wonderful host, this is the place to be

We had a wonderful stay, enjoyed the garden with olive and lemon trees and the pool. Porch with view of the ocean and mountains was wonderful. Shaded area for breakfast was nice! Martina is a warm person and very helpful as a host. It was dark when we arrived and the Sicilian mountainroads are difficult the first time for tourists so it was nice to be in contact with host for help. Recommend to arrive when light out. We enjoyed the two large dogs and several cats around, well-behaved with us and our kids. We got awesome local recommendations from host which really made our trip even better including a drive to the best beach we’ve ever seen. We mixed cooking at home and driving (15-20min) to restaurants. Not good for local area walks but garden is big. We were two adults and 10 and 14 yr old kids. Lots of space. Three bedrooms. Small but fine kitchen (no oven but microwave oven available). Very clean and comfortable, two floors, building separate from host’s. Loved our stay here!!

Martina and her partner were the perfect hosts - communicative in advance and extremely helpful whilst we were there, offering suggestions for places to eat and explore. The house is nicely secluded on a quiet road, but within an easy drive of Palermo. A great home base to launch Sicilian adventures!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 piacevoli giorni presso la Villa di Fabrizio e Lavinia. Le comunicazioni sono state sempre precise e tempestive. La struttura ricorda una piccola villa hollywoodiana trapiantata in Sicilia. Progettata e arredata con gusto, la villa e soprattutto la sua piscina permettono di godersi un soggiorno di relax in riservatezza. I due padroni di casa vivono nel piano seminterrato e sono spesso assenti durante il giorno per lavoro. La villa convive fisiologicamente con la piccola fauna della campagna siciliana, ad esempio coi simpatici gechi che entrano la sera a curiosare. Consigliata a chi desidera rilassarsi in un ambiente ampio, pulito, tranquillo, immerso nella natura che sa essere persino sontuoso in alcuni suoi dettagli.

Aldo’s place is very well situated for Mondello and just as described in the listing. Aldo’s parents (Emilio and Maria-Laura) hosted us and we’re simply charming. We used google translate to chat and text and we were very well looked after. The room has everything you need you almost feel like you have the pool and garden to yourself. The pool is beautiful and the outdoor eating area is very well equipped. We stayed for two weeks and had a fantastic time in mondello. A huge thank you to Emilio and Maria-Laura for making us feel very welcome. Home from home. The location is a 5min walk to the first public beach and a beautiful 25 minute walk along the seafront and you are in the main piazza. Notes *The best public beach is by the harbour and is spacious close to great cafes. * We used electric scooters occasionally (LIME or LINK) which were easy and fun. * You must sit at the barrels in the piazza (SCHILLACI) and try their aperativo menu - great atmosphere. * Le Lunette cafe👍
