Absolutely beautiful location! The cabin was beautiful and cozy and we Absolutely loved the hot tub, we didn't want to leave! Dympna and her husband was so kind, they left snack and a birthday card for my husband. And so close to the forest park. Will definitely be back and recommend it to everyone we know❤️ Fantastic place!

Everything was top class at Hawthorn Hideaways. The pods themselves were very clean and cosy. We were welcomed with a little mini hamper which was a great touch, it had snacks and marshmallows for s'mores which we used at the firepit. What ever type of stay you are coming for whether it's as a family or as a couple, you'll definitely be guaranteed a lovely stay.

We stayed 1 night in the border lodge, everything was perfect and exactly how it was described. walking distance to the local bar and shop, everyone was really friendly and welcoming. Check in was easy and straight forward. Any messages we sent were responded to straight away. the hot tub was amazing, they've thought of everything in this air bnb. I would highly recommend it!!

Stephen was a fantastic host and a gent. He had everything sorted for us like disposable bbq, tea, coffee hygiene products etc. He also had a bottle of Charmaine and some goodies ready for us. The hot tub was brilliant and everywhere was very clean. Will definitely be returning 👏

Absolutely beautiful cabin & stunning views. Its prestine & cosy. Loved the decor & the hot tub. The most tranquil place we've ever stayed in listening to nature. We cannot wait to visit again. Kim is an absolute gem as a host, taking the two dogs over Easter and felt right at home from the minute we got there, giving us advice on places to go and markets to attend. We will absolutely be back in the near future and can't wait to spend another get away there. Has everything you need and more

What an amazing cabin in beautiful woodland! I would highly recommend this beautiful home to anyone looking for a complete retreat style getaway! From the initial booking to our entry, Fergal was responsive with excellent clear communication! The cabin is beautifully maintained and spotlessly kept; the kitchen is equipped with everything you’d need for a comfortable stay; the bedrooms & bathrooms immaculate; information on local walks, activities & places of interest supplied; a beautiful wrap-around decking area provides sunshine all day long. We were a group of four; celebrating a Special Birthday; We couldn’t have been anyway more special ir beautiful! I would highly, highly recommend! And, importantly, I would like to thank Fergal & Margarita for being always available to us, and so quick to respond! I, and my friends , wish you a very successful season! You deserve nothing less!!

Had a great stay here! Would definitely go back again, the hot tub was lovely and was very private. The cabin had everything you would need like toaster microwave kettle fridge hob, came with robes and towels which was nice too!!

Chris was very lovely and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and pubs and also very flexible with check out times . The jacuzzi was lovely and had a great time there. There was fresh bread, butter and milk! Also the place was decorated for our anniversary which I was not expecting so me and my girlfriend were very happy and will decently be staying again. I would definitely recommend staying here

This place is just one hidden gem, second visit and brought my boys and niece this time, everything is just amazing, the kids didnt wanna leave .. neither did I... the host is super kind as well ... stunning place with lots of lake activity , bbq n firepit, just beautiful !!

Couldn’t have asked for anything else for a comfortable stay. Carloine was very helpful on arrival. Lovely welcome pack. It is in really lovely location and easy to use for a base to travel around the surrounding area. Will definitely stay again.

Our stay at the charming Dan Rua's Cottage was absolutely idyllic! The cottage itself was beautifully decorated and incredibly cozy, with all the amenities we could have wished for. The location was perfect.The hosts were also incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing us with fantastic recommendations for local activities and restaurants. We would highly recommend this cottage to anyone looking for a peaceful and unforgettable getaway.

We had an amazing stay at the Crafter's Cabin. We really enjoyed disconnecting and relaxing by the cosy fireplace. Jason and Siobhan were very kind and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!
