Trisha is a fantastic host. The house is absolutely incredible. We had an issue where we broke something of hers and she worked with us to remedy the situation while staying very professional and always working with us to find a solution. Trisha probably wouldn’t have us back but I would stay at any of her properties.

we were traveling as a team for a tournament in Bettandorf. This house was Perfect for our group. The house provided enough places for our team to sleep, to congregate, to eat. The deck was great for getting outside with a view of the river. We never had water pressure issues, just with 15 people showering, we did get low on hot water. Our host was very accommodating and responsive. She was helpful and informative before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would return at our next tourney.

Jade was great! I am a property manager so I had a quick question about switch outlets in the bedroom and while it wasn't a big deal Jade went ahead and sent us pizza as an inconvenience for the outlets....totally above and beyond any host I've had (and I book regularly all around the country). The home is super clean and cute....great for our family!
