Great location and a wonderful sunrise. The flat is situated at the second floor. The space is more than generous for 2 couples. The beach is also very nice with both free areas and beach bar. One of the few places in beach front that offers parking. All together, a wonderful place for a vacation. Thank you for sharing your home with us Silke and Kai.

Galina's place is amazing. It has absolutely everything you need, even if you come with a toddler. It is beautiful, homey, comfortable and you feel exactly like at home. We really enjoyed our time there. Galina and her family were very helpful. All recommendations!

A szállás nagyon szép helyen van. A házban 2 apartman található,ez kicsit félre érthető volt a leírásba. A nagyobb apartmannak gyönyörű terasza van ami közvetlenül a tengerre néz. Mi a kisebb apartmanban voltunk,amiből a kilátás messze nem olyan jó. A tenger pár lépésre van. A lejárat kissé elhanyagolt, gazos , a betonból helyenként kiálló vascsövek balesetveszélyesek. A part kavicsos, lassan mélyülő és a víz kristálytiszta., nagyon nyugodt, alig van ember. A ház egyszerűen berendezett,de minden megtalálható amire szükség van. Augusztus közepén azért a légkondicionáló hiányzott. Ár érték arányban a nagyobb apartman jobb... legközelebb inkább ezt választanánk. Boltok,éttermek 5-10 perc sétára vannak. A tulajdonosok nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek,nekik csillagos ötös! Összességében elégedettek voltunk és csodálatos 10 napot töltöttünk ezen a helyen.

Wir können die Unterkunft absolut empfehlen! Die Lage ist top. Das Dorf ist sehr schön - vom Apartment kann man sehr schön zu Fuß oben am Meer entlang ins Zentrum laufen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet - alles, was man braucht ist da. Und auch der Kontakt mit Dimitri ist klasse :) Er reagiert super schnell und hat uns die besten Restauranttipps mitgegeben :) Wir würden das Apartment definitiv weiterempfehlen!

Great place, extremely beautiful yard, kids really loved playing there. The host is very hospitable, kind and communicative. The only downside (or upside for some) was the strict quiet hours after 11pm if you are planning to use the outside BBQ and the complaining neighbours.

We had a very pleasant stay. Revekka had everything prepared for us, she was very kind. The rooms were as in the photos and the bachyard was very nice. It's a bit far from the beaches but it's fine with a car. There is a supermarket near the house.

To be honest, it was my first time using the services of Airbnb, so naturally I was pretty worried about how the whole trip would go. However, when I tell you that I lucked out big time and this is the BEST place you can stay in Neos Marmaras, I won’t be lying - the host is friendly and responsive, the apartment is spacious with not one, not two, but THREE bedrooms, and the sea is on a 10-15 minutes walk! It’s also quiet at night, and if you hate the hot weather there are TWO air conditioners inside two of the bedrooms! There are pharmacies, doctors, supermarkets and restaurants nearby, so you wouldn’t have to use a car every time you go out! You can also take a boat trip nearby, rent kayaks, and just have the time of your life! One of the hosts, Maria, even baked us a cake during our stay - she’s just the sweetest soul and always available to help you out! If I decide to go back to Neos Marmaras, you best believe I will rent this apartment once again

We had a great time at Christos’s place! He was very helpful throughout our whole stay - from providing thoughtful instructions to how to find the place to sending his brother to check on us when we couldn’t properly close the awnings at the balcony 😅 His house is 1min walk from the beach and we couldn’t dream of better location. If we could, we would have spent the whole summer there. Thanks again, Christos!

We had wonderful stay at Savvs's place. The house is beautiful, with small datails that make it a real paradise. It is very clean, nicely decorated and has everything you need. Beautiful spacious terrace with a sea view, flowers and decorations. The see is in 2 min walk, the restaurants are nearby. Savvas is a great host, easy to communicate with and available. I recommend Savvas's place for everyone that wants a dream vacation.

An exceptional host. The place is great for several families. Jürgen and his family are wonderful people. The house has everything you need from utensils in the kitchen to all the necessary appliances. Every room has air conditioning, it is very clean. Sahara beach is 5 minutes away by car, but Jürgen recommended us a smaller local beach that is exceptional and not crowded... All in all, the place is for every recommendation... 17 of us stayed in the house (10 adults and 7 children) and we didn't miss anything... And another important thing for this part of Greece, the water pressure is exceptional...

It was a nice place to relax and have peace. You have your own beach in front of the house and it was amazing. Very clear and the colour its magnificent. House was very very clean. The kitchen is full equipped; even the coffee and spices. Rooms were a little bit small but its okey for a summer house. The garden was amazing! The big olive tree we love it. You can say good morning to sea and the night full of stars. Hosts were very very kind. They solve our problems very friendly and we got help from them anytime we wrote. We didnt want it ends but hope to go again! İ really recommend the place from the heart

Des hôtes remarquables : une communication facile, performante et attentionnée avec Sushan. Dyonisia son épouse nous attend en fin de parcours pour nous amener à la maison , car un peu compliqué. Accueil remarquable avec un panier garni avec des œufs, du pain de mie, de la marmelade, …pour un en-cas ou un petit déjeuner. Boissons fraîches au Frigo. Appartement magnifique, très bien décoré, sur 2 niveaux avec 2 belles terrasses au soleil couchant. Climatisé. Rien ne manque. Idéal pour des gens aimant la nature et sortir des sentiers battus. La plage citée dans le descriptif est plutôt une belle crique entourée de rochers. L’accès n’y est pas forcément facile sous la chaleur particulièrement pour des personnes d’un certain âge. Mais nous nous sommes mis à l’eau sur la « plage » à-côté’ de l’hôtel Mirragio, en revenant nager vers les rochers pour profiter d’une belle baignade. Le village de PALIOURI est à un 1/4 d’heure pour faire les courses et pour trouver un restaurant sympa.. 👏👍 Merci

Περάσαμε όμορφα. Η Φωτεινή ήταν ευγενέστατη, φιλική, φιλόξενη και ανα πάσα στιγμή παρούσα για οποιαδήποτε βοήθεια ή συμβουλή. Ολα ήταν στην εντέλεια! Το σπίτι αν και παλιό ήταν πεντακάθαρο και προσεγμένο. Πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και διαθέτει ολα οσα χρειάζεται κάποιος για να κανει τις καλοκαιρινές του διακοπές. Ισως ενα πληντυριο στο μελλον να ηταν ενα συν. Η παραλία κοντά δεν ειναι πολυ καλή για μπάνιο αλλα με ενα αυτοκίνητο μπορείς να επισκεφθείς πανέμορφες παραλίες σε αλλες περιοχές της Χαλκιδικής. Μπορείς να συνδυάσεις ησυχία και ξεκούραση (καθώς το σπίτι βρίσκετε σε ήσυχη και οικογενειακή γειτονιά) με πιο κοσμοπολίτικες διακοπές σε περιοχές κοντά. Η συνεννόηση με την οικοδέσποινα ηταν άψογη καθώς απαντούσε αμεσως και υπήρξε ευέλικτη ως προς το check in και check out ώστε να μας διευκολύνει. Μπράβο!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und empfehlen die Unterkunft absolut weiter! Anfang April war es noch ziemlich frisch, weswegen wir froh waren, dass die Heizung lief als wir ankamen. Die Kommunikation war problemlos und die Lage ist super. In 2 min ist man zu Fuß an einem öffentlichen Platz und trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ruhig gelegen. Überall sind Rollläden angebracht, sodass man die Wohnung vollständig abdunkeln kann. Wir würden gern wieder kommen!

Se cercate un posto tranquillo, circondato da ulivi, animali e host amichevoli questo fa sicuramente per voi.Ottima posizione per visitare Sithonia!La cucina è super attrezzata e nuova, non mancava veramente nulla.

Η τοποθεσία του καταλύματος ήταν σε κεντρικό σημείο και 1' από την παραλία. Σε ο,τι χρειάστηκε, η απάντηση ήταν άμεση και η Αλκμήνη ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική!

Η κυρία Μαρία είναι απλά υπέροχη, απαντάει σε ότι κ να την ρωτήσεις, κατατοπιστικη, σε οδηγίες κ λοιπά, με εξυπηρέτησε σε πολλά θέματα όπως άφιξη αναχώρηση, είναι φοβερή οικοδέσποινα,σπανιζουν τετοιοι ανθρωποι!!Το σπίτι είναι πολύ ωραίο βγάζει ζεστασιά σαν το σπιτι σου ,με όλα τα απαραίτητα, μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι. το σπίτι είναι κοντά σε όλα,θάλασσα,κέντρο, μίνι μάρκετ από κάτω σούπερ μάρκετ πιο εκεί,όλα είναι τριγύρω σου .αξίζει να έρθετε, εμείς πάντως θα ξαναέρθουμε!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment! The location is perfect—just 50 meters from the sea in a quiet and peaceful area. The apartment itself is spacious, with two comfortable bedrooms, two lovely terraces, and a cozy living room with a well-equipped kitchen. It easily accommodates up to six people. Everything you could possibly need for everyday life is provided—plenty of dishes, cooking essentials, spices, and even air conditioning in every room. There’s also a washing machine, making it feel like a true home away from home. Dimitris's hospitality was exceptional. He stocked the fridge with water, juice, wine, and even surprised us with a bottle of homemade ouzo as a gift! We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Wir - eine Familie mit 2 Kindern - haben die letzte Oktoberwoche dort verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sie liegt im obersten 2. Stock mit bisschen Blick aufs Meer. Morgensonne. Die Gegend ist voll mit Appartementhäusern, da ist im Sommer sicherlich viel los. Das Haus steht in zweiter Reihe und man ist sofort am Strand. Bei uns war es eher wie in einer Geisterstadt, da die Geschäfte, Restaurants und Bars bereits geschlossen waren. Dafür hatten wir den Strand fast für uns alleine. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Stets zur Stelle, wenn man Fragen hatte oder etwas brauchte!

We went on holyday for the second year @Dimitrios, this time we stayed for 2 weeks, everything was beautiful, the beaches nearby , close to Kassandra and Sithonia, close to Thessaloniki, lots of good restaurants in walking distance, also a large variety of beach bars in the area (maxim 10 min by car). Dimitrios and his wife are so friendly and helpful, we thank them for everything, especially for the sweet treats :) !!

Beautiful place and a lovely host! Kristina embraced us with her kindness and consistent helpfulness in terms of activies, restaurants and so on. Very enjoyable and uncomplicated stay in a modern house which we can fully recommend. Early check-in was also afforded what we really appreciate. Any time again!

Oltre a essere pulitissimo, l’alloggio di Marina è veramente dotato di tutto il necessario, addirittura il diffusore per asciugare i capelli con il phon. Dafina ci ha fatto trovare anche il ricambio degli asciugamani nell’armadio, il doppio cuscino, uno più morbido e uno più duro, per ogni ospite. L’appartamento di trova nella zona alta della cittadina di Kassandreia e dall’ampia terrazza si gode di una vista a 360 gradi. Impagabile! C’è anche il giardino recintato, quindi il nostro cane poteva correre liberamente. La posizione della casa permette di raggiungere facilmente e rapidamente sia la costa occidentale che quella orientale di Kassandra oltre alla zona collinare interna. A noi è piaciuto molto il fatto di abitare fuori dai grandi agglomerati turistici. Dafina non parla Inglese, ma suo figlio Claudio è un fantastico traduttore, bravissimo ad accogliere gli ospiti e sempre sorridente come la mamma.
