Tessa and Rick were amazing hosts and they provided everything needed for a great stay! They gave many local recommendations and took time to ensure we got the most out of our travel plans. Their house is very nice and located in a beautiful area on the canal, also close to the train station. Highly recommend!

Rieks en Annemarie waren beiden gastvrij en zeer vriendelijk. Bij binnenkomst kreeg ik duidelijke uitleg over de code met toegang tot kamer. Ook kreeg ik de vraag hoe laat ik wilde ontbijten. Het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid. De slaapkamer was prima en ruim te noemen. De douche zat gelijk om de hoek van de slaapkamer. De omgeving is rustig en landelijk. Ik vond het zeer prettig verblijven. De verhouding prijs en verblijf is prima. Als je meer dan één nacht verblijft krijg je een kaart mee waarmee je de voordeur kan openen. Je kan als gast dan op je zelf gekozen tijd binnenkomen. Heel handig. Ik ga hier zeker nog een keer naartoe. Het was een rustig en goed verblijf.

Het appartement is gewoon perfect, het staat hoog in onze top 5! Eigenlijk kunnen we geen min puntjes bedenken! Het pand is prachtig, centraal gelegen, en zeer stijlvol en praktisch aangepast voor gasten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de gastvrijheid en communicatie erg prettig! Geen twijfel mogelijk, over de kleinste dingen is nagedacht, waardoor je écht gast bent, en eigenlijk niet weg wilt.... Een top aanrader!

Een heerlijk verblijf op een hele prettige plek. De kamer voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen en is buitengewoon smaakvol ingericht. Carolien en Willem zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en gastvrij. Al met al een bijzonder plezierig verblijf.

Heerlijke B&B in het groene hart op rij afstand van Utrecht & Amsterdam. Rustig gelegen, warm welkom door Marjolein, goede bedden, heerlijk ontbijt! We komen zeker nog eens terug!

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt bei den herzlichen, sympathischen Gastgebern Roland und Kees sehr genossen. Das gemütliche Zimmer, luxoriöses Bad, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus, wunderschöner Garten und das perfekte Frühstück können wir nur weiter empfehlen.

This was a beautiful room in the Annex of the Hotel Grand Canal. The room has a lovely view overlooking the canal. It is walking distance from lots of shops and restaurants and tourist spots like the Oude & Nieuwe Kerks. The room itself is comfortable, clean, homey, spacious, and has a very easily operable kitchen. My one wish is for a full-body mirror, but that is such a minor critique that it doesn’t impact my love for this room. The bathroom is lush, too. The staff are all very friendly. I had to extend my stay and the front desk was extremely accommodating. Today my room was cleaned before I had time to clean up my dishes from brunch and the staff did my dishes for me, going above and beyond! I hope to stay here next time I am in Delft. :)

This is our second stay at Leonardo’s place and it was as wonderful as we remembered. Great location, amenities and very comfortable. Close to the tram, metro and Centraal station. Leonardo is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Hope to comeback again.

Perfect location everything in walking distance plus public transport on your doorstep for further afield.

I checked in earlier than the mentioned time and the family was happy to welcome me and check-me in. The house is stone throw away to the metro station and quick ride into Rotterdam Central less than 10 minutes. Albert Hein is 5 minutes walk. The house is quite and you can work from home occassionally. Having a dedicated kitchen always helps. All in All a good place to stay close to the centrum.

Relaxed neighborhood, room as advertised. Jose is a very friendly and helpful host. All the amenities worked as described as well: warm water, WiFi, etc. If I am in Rotterdam again and need a place I will definitely return!

Jose was really nice. The room was cozy and quiet. Kitchen is downstairs and like in the description just for use in the mornings. There are steap stairs to and inside the apartment. Just as a remark, a lock on the room door would be nice ;)

This was my 3rd time by Tatjana and as always I was more than hapy. Tatjana speaks a mixture of English, Dutch and Russian and can be a little difficult to understand, but her kind heart and eagerness to make you feel at home more than make up for that.

A great place to stay in Rotterdam, just a walk away from the tram and bus which will take you into the city or the beach. Mario is very friendly, offering recommendations but also doesn’t get involved in your stay. Apartment is nice and clean, use of all kitchen utensils and bathrooms and a balcony. Highly recommend!

Great location, quiet and close to Central train station and town. Gouda is a beautiful city, very easy to walk around and especially pretty at Christmas time. Very relaxing stay.

This accomodation is a beautiful, unique and historically rich place. The location is perfect in the city centre. You can park there for free indoors on their location. Very safe, extremely close by. The included breakfast is fantastic! I highly recommend this place, though know that there are some more common rooms. You have your private places but it can be that the hosts are walking through the kitchen to other rooms.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Bertina, je confirme par rapport aux autres commentaires que le petit-déjeuner est délicieux et très copieux. Kedichem est un village adorable, nous reviendrons! Un grand merci à nos hotes!

We had a wonderful experience here with our kids 7 and 3. Staff are very welcoming and the place had so much toys and fun stuff for kids to do.

Lovely pleasant, warmly place. Everything you need is available. You get the whole living place to yourself, sleeping and kitchen area and bathroom. There is nature right outside the door. Nice and peaceful. That is why I went there, and I was not disappointed. Breakfast food provisions were provided in the booking price. Nothing extra to pay.  Host's wife, Adrianne answered all the questions I had. Very friendly and helpful.  I highly recommend this place. Oh, almost forgot. The place is very easy to get to. From the train station there is a path that runs parallel to the track. At the end, go under a bridge and you are there. From the train station it is just 700m, a ten minute walk. You really don't need a particular famous search engine map service to guide you. See below.  If you choose to let the above map service calculate a route for you be cautious. The route it provided me was over 4km distance and over a one hour walk.

Such a fantastic place, would recommend to anyone. So so nice and wanted nothing but the best stay for us. Breakfast was very yummy, we will be recommending to any of our friends who come here!
