Communication was excellent, always helpful with tips and recommendations, home was immaculately clean , great location easy walking distance to the castle, parking was available on road great place to stay!

Annie's Meadow was a special and incredible place. Would highly recommend! Not only are there incredible views, but it felt very special and peaceful as we sat in the hot tub watching the sun set with a chorus of beautiful singing birds around us. There was more available at Annie's Meadow than what the photos and description shows. We didn't leave the cabin except to pop to the local village shop/cafe and pub, which were perfect and quaint with yummy food, and a large range of gluten free and non alcoholic beverages at both. We absolutely loved Annie's Meadow and will definitely be returning. Rachel was an excellent and helpful host. An idyllic and romantic place to rest and enjoy! And we brought our dog who loved it too!

Das wichtigste vorweg: wir waren mehr als zufrieden und unsere Erwartungen wurden deutlich übertroffen. Bereits im Vorfeld hatte Claires Assistentin Luisa Kontakt zu mir aufgenommen und erste Tipps gegeben, wie wir am Anreisetag zueinander kommen. Sie erwartete uns dann bereits in der Wohnung, um uns die Besonderheiten der Wohnung zu beschreiben (Heizung, Küche, Terrasse etc.) sowie ein paar Tipps zu geben, wo wir einkaufen können und wie wir schnell ins Zentrum gelangen. Diese Tipps waren Gold wert. Die Wohnung war sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns sofort wohl. An einigen Tagen gab es Flugzeuggeräusche, aber sie störten nur morgens und waren hilfreich, um den Tag nicht zu vergeuden. Im weiteren Verlauf hatten wir keinen Kontakt zu Luisa oder Claire, weil wir einfach rundum zufrieden waren. Jederzeit würden wir wieder in dieser schönen Wohnung Quartier beziehen. A fantastic stay! The house is spotless, modern and has everything to make life easier. The full sized toiletries are a lovely touch as well as soap in the bottles upstairs and downstairs. The place was easy to find (parking ok but as you would expect for terraced houses and on street it can be busy) and the key safe was easy to use. Beds comfy and well made. Lots of lovely homely touches like faux plants and decor was really nice. We had an issue with the heating when we arrived which was fixed within a couple of hours and the hosts very responsive throughout. We really enjoyed our stay - thank you!

We had a fantastic stay at Jacob’s flat near Paddington Station! As a family of four with young kids, it was the perfect home base for our London trip. The location was unbeatable — just a short walk to Paddington Station, which made it incredibly easy to get anywhere in the city. The neighborhood felt very safe, and being close to Hyde Park was a huge bonus for family walks and letting the kids play. The flat itself was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. We had plenty of room to spread out, and everything was well-maintained and clean. It truly felt like a home away from home. Jacob was an excellent host. Communication was prompt, clear, and helpful, which made our entire experience smooth and stress-free. We highly recommend this flat and would definitely stay here again on our next trip to London!

We had a great stay here. It’s less than a minute walk to the swimming pool and clubhouse, but no noise from it at all, and about a 2 min walk to the beach. The caravan is lively and clean with enough utensils etc in the kitchen.

Very good communication with the host, she is proactive and helpful. Apartment is as described, check-in and checkout are very easy.
