Beautiful place and the location is perfect i will definitely be staying here whenever I come back on vacation

This getaway spot was amazing! Janina's place was super easy to find and had great parking options even some for thoes with boats/ trailers. The area in and outside was clean. The kitchen had spices, tea and coffee, and many cooking appliances. The bathroom was also fully stocked with things we may have needed. The bed was very comfortable and clean as well. There were extra super soft blankets and towels that were much appreciated. Also very central to amazing food and sites but not too much in the hustle and bustle of their busier areas. Would love to stay here again anytime!!

This place was wonderful! It is right on the river and worth every penny. It was quiet and clean and the views were amazing. We will definitely be staying again. The sunsets were incredible to watch each night. There is a place to tie up your boat, kayak, raft or jet ski. Or just spend a day laying out in the sun on the big beautiful decks. It was a great place for my husband and I to spend our 24th wedding anniversary.

It’s a great place to stay. Our dog loved being free to romp along the river every day. The amenities at the “resort” are nice and clean. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

The condo was clean, cozy, and conveniently located, making it easy to explore the area. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the check-in process was seamless. One of the shower heads was broken, but the host responded immediately and sent a repairman to fix it right away—great service!

Great location right on the channel and just steps from the beach. Condo was clean and roomy and hosts were responsive when we had trouble with the keypad to unlock the front door. Walk to restaurants and the London Bridge, which you can see from the dining room table. Covered parking also a plus in AZ. We look forward to our next stay!

One of the best houses at Sams. The private cove is amazing! We left our boat parked at the cove. The kitchen is very well stocked. Beds were comfy. Patio was private with outdoor shades and a cozy firepit. Remember to bring some beach chairs..we forgot ours.

Our stay was great! Location is perfect and central to everything we needed. The home is beautifully clean and stocked. Highly recommended!

This house was great and very spacious. Tammy responded very quick and family friendly. (The only thing) that we wish would had been better was the main living room tv service which left us not able to watch tv in the living room for everyone to see and spend time watching. Over all great location with Walmart being less than 5 minutes. Definitely a house I would come back too.

Mark was very nice. He called before check-in went over everything. It was refreshing and not stressful at all. The place was perfect for my family and I. The river being your backyard is a dream. We enjoyed our stay at Olivia's house on the Colorado River. The house is large, with a large kitchen/dining/great room area and two bedrooms and a full bath downstairs. The upstairs is essentially a very large master bedroom suite with an extra bedroom with a bunk bed. That suite worked well for the couple with 7- and 1.5-year old kids. The kids had a great time with the games and puzzles in the great room, but the real fun for them was the small beach and dock on the river, with adult supervision of course. The adults enjoyed the riverfront beach and dock as well. There's plenty of parking for multiple vehicles if needed. This home would be a perfect spot for a family to rent some jet skis or a small boat to moor at the dock on the river (you can't launch at this location, but can nearby), and then enjoy the river from comfort of the house.

House was great for a weekend stay. Right on the water, private dock houses a boat and wave runners. House was clean and well stocked. Ryan was friendly, responsive, and easy to reach. Thanks for hosting us! We’d love to come back!

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

Michael's place was fantastic! I would highly recommend. Just as described with up to date photos. conveniently located to the English Village of the London Bridge, the city itself and the Rotary Community Park. the place was spotless and had all ammendities needed. The balcony was large enough for 3 ppl comfortably and to do yoga on. neighbors were friendly and getting thru the gate and into the door was easy. extra to note, the sheets were super soft, not your basic bleached hotel linens.

Vicki was wonderful to work with. She was helpful and communicative. When I encountered an issue, she helped right away and was flexible. We already have our next stay booked.

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the perfect location—just steps from the iconic London Bridge and right on the waterfront with jaw-dropping views. Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!
