I loved the place and it's amenities. It has kitchen supply, so no need to bring your own except if you don't want to use black plastics. It has a broom but not a mop, meaning you will have to carry your baby rug or sanitize the floor if your baby is super active like most of them. We enjoyed our stay it's so close to camping sites. PS: call in advance if you are going to the sate park caming sites; it was booked. They offered jillions of bath towels which was amazing. They will charge you a $250 down deposit, but they will give it back when nothing is broken when checking out.

The four of us including our 6 year old grandson enjoyed our stay at the condo. We had plenty of room and were very comfortable. the kitchen/dining room setup was great We had everything we needed to cook our own meals. We enjoyed the whirlpool. Our grandson couldnt wait to get into the pool each day. It was surprisingly warm.

My finance and I have stayed all over Lake Havasu , we could confidently say this has to be one of our top 3 spots to stay . It’s less than 5 minute drive to gas station , grocery store , wall greens , 3 minute walk to the channel, and less than 10 minute walk to the London bridge. Also queens bay has a heated pool and hot tub that closes at 11 ! We definitely recommend to anyone planning a trip to Lake Havasu!

Exactly as described and worked perfectly for 3 generations of family to have room to spread out. Right by the pool was nice for the little ones. Would stay again!

We stayed at Jenny’s place for a motocross race at Mesquite MX. It was perfect size for our family of 4. Had everything we needed. Will definitely book again.

We enjoyed our stay and especially loved the privacy of the building and how cozy the condo is. My husband and I had a wonderful stay.

Loved staying here! Beautiful, huge and clean condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony that overlooked the boat slip in the evenings. In the mornings we would take a walk to the river dock. Lorraine's place was very comfortable and we felt right at home. Would love to stay here again when we visit Bullhead/Laughlin area.

It was perfect for my family. It was in a great location so easy to get to everything we did. The house was well stocked and comfortable.

Very clean. If you have water vehicles the slips are right outside the livingroom balcony. The swimming pool is great within walking distance. You can also take your folding chairs on the dock right off the lake. Easy access for launcing your water vehicles further up the river.

Absolutely amazing stay at Ryan’s short-term rental in Lake Havasu! Waking up to the sunrise over the lake and winding down with the lights reflecting off the water at night felt like something out of a dream. The unit itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable—everything was thoughtfully arranged and well-stocked, making it feel like a true home away from home. We loved how close we were to all the best restaurants, shops, and activities. Whether we were walking along the waterfront, grabbing a bite to eat, or hopping on a boat tour, everything was within reach. Ryan was an exceptional host—super responsive, friendly, and made sure our stay was perfect from start to finish. If you’re visiting Lake Havasu, this is the place to stay. We’re already planning our next trip back!

It was a great place to stay and very clean. We didn't hear anyone else during our stay. For people that have trouble navigating steps it is on the second floor.

What a Great place to spend some time, feels like home with everything you need. scenery is awesome, Condo was comfy and very clean! loved the muffins they left on the table when we checked in! will stay again when we go back if available.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

Great place to stay. Close to the lake, clean quiet and comfortable. We had our waverunners so the parking was perfect for the little trailer. Not sure how our big boat would do in the parking lot, but its great for a small boat or waverunner trailer.

Great place to stay. Kip was an awesome host. Liked the condo. Little noisy because of intersection, but I got used to that.

We loved this space. Great for our families spring break. It was clean and had everything we could ask for. Fully stocked kitchen! We will definitely stay again!

Gorgeous spot. Right on the water and great views of canal and London Bridge. Stayed mid week and was peaceful and enjoyed swimming right out front as well as being able to pull boat in and out easily. Condo had everything we needed and was clean, nice furniture and cozy beds. Host was very accommodating with requests and easy to communicate with. We have stayed in this complex a few times but this was first time in this unit and definitely one of our favorites. Will book again.
