It is located in open countryside one kilometer from the center of the village of Penna S. Giovanni, in a sunny and quiet position, surrounded by a garden and large green spaces.

There is another apartment on the property, with separate outdoor facilities. The tranquil apartment looks out onto the garden which is exclusively for the use of guests. The owners live on the property.
