One of the best Airbnb's we have ever stayed in. Loved the area, we had a car so it made travel very easy to the closest park and ride where we parked and took the train into Vienna town center. The local town is charming and even had their own intimate charming Christmas market. our host Deter was also very kind and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. This is a great place with tons of space and a real sense of tranquility. Highly recommend and would love to come back in the warmer months to enjoy the back pond, yard and amenities.

“Staying at Leander’s Airbnb was an absolute delight! The apartment was beautifully furnished, feeling more like a luxurious hotel. It had everything I needed – from a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine. The living room was just gorgeous, and it smelled so inviting when I walked in. We had an amazing time staying in this unit. The home itself had everything we needed, and the countryside was amazing. We were excited to be in the countryside and have a much needed rest outside of the city, this was a perfect place to be. There is no grocery store in town, nor any restaurants during the work week, but there are country trails all over the area and clearly marked country trails where you can walk about an hour to Alland, the nearest town with grocery store and cafes. We loved our walk to Alland, and enjoyed our time staying here.

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende bei Christa und Christian verbracht! Die Umgebung ist traumhaft - zum Wandern oder einfach um im Garten mit herrlichem Ausblick in der Sonnen zu baden. Die Sauna ist ein echtes Highlight! Von Wien aus ist es sehr gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar und in 30 Gehminuten kann man einem Bio-Hofladen alles kaufen, was man so braucht, frisch und regional. Christa hatte sehr gute Wandertipps für uns und so konnten wir zwei Tage frische Luft und Sonne tanken. Vielen Dank!

Das Airbnb „Villa mit Sauna & Jacuzzi" hat uns als Unterkunft sehr gut gefallen. Wir waren zu acht und es hat genügend Raum um zusammen ein paar Tage zu verbringen. Die Wohnung war sauber und gut eingerichtet. Die Küche ist ein wenig klein, aber es geht. Die Ausstattung in der Küche ist ganz gut. Die Zimmer sind geräumig. Der Garten ist riesig und gepflegt. Die Sauna und das Jacuzzi sind natürlich ein grosses Plus. Die Distanz zur Altstadt/Stadtzentrum ist relativ weit, aber es gibt gute ÖV Verbindungen oder Uber. Gerne wieder!

Lovely house, a perfect home from home in Vienna. Check in was smooth and Michael kindly allowed us to check in early as we had travelled overnight. The house is very cosy and clean and is in a lovely quiet garden estate so while you are well connected to transport, it feels very calm and leafy. Beds were comfortable and as a family of four we had everything we needed. Lots of space for lounging, and a lovely garden and swimming pool. Michael’s communication was excellent and there is a very helpful information sheet at the house. Underground is nearby at either Tssertegasse or Meidling (use the Shedifkaplatz entrance as it’s nearest the house), with frequent train and underground links into Vienna and other places. Supermarkets nearby. Thank you Michael!

La location est fidèle à l'annonce. Le mobilier n'est pas de première age (question de goût pour une déco années 70) mais reste fonctionnel et pratique. Mich est très a l'écoute, reactif et donne des bons conseils. Avec la liaison bus/métro on a pu profiter de Wien sans prendre la voiture. A notre arrivée on avait de quoi faire un dîner simple (merci) et surtout un petit cadeau de bienvenue. Le logement est grand et permet d'être nombreux sans se marcher dessus.

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen! Michael ist ein äußerst angenehmer und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, bei dem man sich sofort willkommen fühlt. In den drei Tagen habe ich mich ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt. Alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt, und ein besonderes Highlight ist die sonnige Terrasse im Erdgeschoss – perfekt zum Entspannen. Auch die Anbindung an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel ist hervorragend: Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und mit dem Zug kommt man in etwa 20-Minuten-Takt schnell nach Wien. Ich werde diese schöne Unterkunft auf jeden Fall wieder buchen und kann sie uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

We hebben een geweldige kerstvakantie gehad. Fijne communicatie. We waren veel vroeger aangekomen. Dat was geen probleem. Alles wat je maar kon bedenken was aanwezig. Fijn ontvangst. Host was altijd beschikbaar voor advies. En uitchecken was ook heel flexibel. In overleg konden wij zelf bepalen hoelaat we wouden gaan. Kortom echt een aanrader.

Wir haben uns direkt in Wolfs wunderschönes Häuschen verliebt und wären am liebsten gleich eingezogen. Ein naturverbundener Ort um sich von der schnellen Welt zu erholen und sich wieder frei zu fühlen. 🫶🏼 Alles ist liebevoll gestaltet und super ausgestattet. Es gibt einen tollen alten Ofen den man anfeuern kann (neben dem automatischen Ofen). Im traumhaften Garten gibt es viel zu entdecken - am liebsten haben wir uns auf den Holzstegen gesonnt, die Molche im Teich beobachtet und dem Vogelgezwitscher gelauscht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

We stayed at Peter and Mariyas for the Taylor swift concert that was sadly cancelled but they made our trip to Vienna so nice!!! Gave us many recommendations and brought us bottles of Prosecco to make up for the cancelled concert! Even brought a AC unit over when it was warmer. They really went above and beyond for us!! We are so appreciative!

Vesselin gerçekten harika bir ev sahibi. Bizden kaynaklı bir sorun oluştuğunda bunun için de bize en kolay çözüm yolunu gösterecek kadar kibar bir kişi. Ev aynı fotoğraflarda anlatıldığı gibiydi. Top location, top aparment. It is a lovely place at a very good location, about 15 minutes to the center and 15 minutes to the Viennese wood - with the tramline 43 with intervals of only a few minutes. Excellent infrastructure, supermarkets, nice little coffeeshops, aso. It's a beautiful apartment and good quiet place to take a break from the many things you can do and enjoy in this beautiful city.

Martin war ein fantastischer Gastgeber! Die „Press“ -Weinlokal daneben- ist ein echt wienerisches Beisl. Ein idealer Ort, einen anstrengenden Tag ausklingen zu lassen und ohne Schickimickischnickschnack. Wer die leider selten gewordene Atmosphäre von Alt-Simmering sucht, ist bei Martin genau richtig. Inmitten der teilweise etwas rauh scheinenden Umgebung ist Martins Altbau-Gästewohnung faszinierend, schön gepflegt und mit einem tollen Garten ausgestattet und etwas ganz Besonderes für Besucher, die das echte authentische Wien kennenlernen wollen. Außerdem ist die Verkehrsanbindung optimal. Wir wollen gerne wiederkommen!

Mr. Daniel greeted us really well and took us for a free ride with his own car on the first day. He is friendly with us and the apartment is really clean and wonderful. Had a great positive experience throughout my journey in Vienna. I will recommend this place for Indians.
