Magnífico lugar histórico, magnífica anfitriona: Caterina estuvo pendiente de nosotros siempre,la comunicación era muy rápida y ella es maravillosa,sin agobios,pero siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos. Recomiendo este lugar a cualquier persona que quiera estar en un lugar auténtico,en contacto directo con la naturaleza y con la mejor anfitriona posible.Volveremos,sin duda.Un gran abrazo a Caterina

Elena è stata molto gentile e disponibile. La villa è molto bella, nella natura r tranquilla. Le stanze sono molto spazio e molto comodi in due bagni per un gruppo di amici. Anche per la colazione ci ha lasciato diverse proposte, siamo stati molto bene.

Eine äußerst empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die das echte Italien lieben. Extrem sympathische, hilfreiche Gastgeber, authentisches, großes Haus, vorbildliche Sauberkeit, zentrale Lage in der Po-Ebene (allerdings: Auto sehr empfohlen!!!), viel Platz für bis zu 8 Personen, familienfreundlich große, hervorragend ausgestattete Küche, haustierfreundlich. Fantastisch! Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Ci siamo trovati molto bene nella casa di Monia, la consiglio vivamente. Spazi estremamente puliti, rifiniture di pregio, letti comodi e cucina super funzionale .Monia ci ha fornito anche la culla portatile per il nostro bimbo piccolo. Consigliamo a tutti questa bella casa vicino al fiume. Torneremo sicuramente!!

Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

La casa è molto grande e bellissima, è dotata di tutti i comfort necessari. Era tutto molto ordinato e pulito quando siamo arrivati. Martina è sempre stata disponibile nell’aiutare e nel rispondere alle nostre domande.

Absolutely amazing property and the hosts are even better!! I will be back again. Wonderful recommendations, especially for a balsamic tasting (with wine) - that was the best. La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Sono stato ospitato da Francesca, molto gentile, accogliente e disponibile, l’appartamento l’ho trovato in ordine e pulito, inoltre ha un tavolino con sedie per poter mangiare fuori all’aperto. La piscina é vicina all’appartamento, ed ha una doccia esterna con acqua calda. Il posto é tranquillo, lo consiglio per chi ama la tranquillità immersa nella natura, c’è anche un bel punto panoramico e si può ammirare il tramonto.

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

We had a really lovely stay at the house. The poolside and the view are awesome and Marco was super nice. I absolutely recommend to do the wine tasting with dinner!

Casa molto comoda, piscina pulita e grande. Pietro, nonostante non l’abbiamo visto, è sempre stato disponibile a rispondere e a darci indicazioni. Unica pecca è la posizione. Bisogna fare un bel viaggio per fare qualche attività. Ma per il resto è ottimo.

A lovely spacious house, elegantly and stylishly furnished (AB&B photos don't really do it justice). Beautiful tranquil location - apart from the Apennine wolves we heard howling one night (a definite bonus in our book). Lovely walks from the house along the river Dolo gorge, and especially recommend the Golfarone waterfall about 25 mins drive away. A 15-minute scramble upriver brings you to a beautiful pool for swimming under the waterfall. Also lovely local neighbours, who offered us homemade wine and jam. Good local restaurants. Alessandro was extremely helpful and friendly.

Lara ist eine freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei ihr. Die Wohnung ist im unteren Stock, dafür schön kühl. Die Umgebung und der Platz rund ums Haus sind fantastisch. Vorallem der grosse Pool mit den Liegen unter den Bäumen. Die Sonnenuntergänge beim Abendessen direkt am Pool, werden uns unvergessen bleiben. Auch Glühwürmchen kann man sehen. Die Unterkunft ist eher teuer, aber super gelegen. Auch für Ausflüge bestens geeignet. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. Alloggio perfetto per famiglie o gruppetto di amici, spazioso con tutte le comodità, il fatto di avere due bagni è comodissimo. Zona tranquilla senza tanti rumori. Ci torneremo volentieri.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Apartamento bien equipado, con habitaciones amplias y cómodas, cada una con su cuarto de baño. Localización cercana al centro de congresos de Bolonia, conveniente para nuestro viaje de trabajo. Debora ha sido una anfitriona muy amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudarnos con buenas recomendaciones.

Ivano è una persona estremamente disponibile, sensibile, empatica e veramente gentile! Ci ha accolto personalmente nella sua stupenda casa , 'perla preziosa' incastonata nell'appennino reggiano. Io e il mio compagno ci siamo subito sentiti a nostro agio. La bellezza del posto, la natura incontaminata, i colori, i profumi, il buon cibo, hanno accompagnato le nostre giornate rendendole uniche! L'abitazione è un angolo di paradiso, non manca nulla, tutto è curato nei minimi particolari, la pulizia impeccabile! Apprezzabile in particolare il grande giardino colmo di piante e fiori e un ampio terrazzo dove guardare le stelle o fare due chiacchiere al sole. Ci sono nei dintorni molte passeggiate e luoghi di interesse storico e artistico. A circa una ventina di minuti di macchina si raggiunge la maestosa Pietra di Bismantova e con una piacevole passeggiata si raggiunge la cima, dalla quale si può godere di un panorama mozzafiato! a circa cinquanta minuti anche l'importante Museo Cervi.

Das Haus war groß und liebevoll gemütlich eingerichtet mit tollem riesigen Garten. Für uns war es ein guter Ausgangspunkt, um Italien in dieser Gegend zu erkunden. Gianna und John waren sehr aufmerksame und super warmherzige Gastgeber, die uns auch mal mit einer Flasche Wein überraschten . Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Very nice apartment in great location. Walking distance to the main train station. Dario was a great host. He prepared also a breakfast for us.

Friendly host that responds quickly. Easy check-in and check-out. Easy access to train station (be aware that the last train back departs at 22:16 for anyone looking to go out in Bologna). Place is clean, nice and quiet. Parking near the accommodation is easily possible.
