Anne’s Carrington house is bright and cheerful. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My grandchildren enjoyed the books and games she provided, and also the big screen TV. Anne is friendly and responsive. I recommend her highly!

The house is beautiful! Having a private beach is the way to go! We had a small issue with the coffee maker not working and Tony was quick to respond. He had a new Keruig/coffee maker to us in no time. You just have to experience Beacon Light for yourself to really appreciate it! You do not need to bring extra supplies with you, as Tony has it all! A kitchen fully stocked with all appliances and utensils, beach chairs and toys for the kids, beach towels, games for the family, gas grill for cooking, and so much more. Truly worth visiting and experiencing!

What an amazing place! Clean and well-stocked with all those basics you leave "till you get to the beach"--coffee, creamer, extra toilet paper and paper towels, detergent. Beds and linens were like a five star hotel--great welcome packages with basic grooming essentials. Stocked full of games, cards, flashlights for night sightings, tvs in every room, wii console with games. Simply an amazing home for my mixed age family! Located in such a convenient location and super quiet all around. Beach chairs and extra beach towels made our daily plans for the beach so simple. We'll try to rent this again and again. Thanks especially for the open communication and encouragement to reach out with any issues. Absolutely PERFECT!

The house is so cozy and only steps away from the beach! It’s had two great porches with views of the ocean. There are all the amenities of home. I forgot to bring my fan (I travel with it because I like the noise) and they had several available for use. There are two great swings under the house along with an outdoor shower. Paul was very quick to communicate and a very helpful host. I will definitely be back!

A great place to stay for a great river view and water access. The house was well-stocked; the kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms and living space. The bunk room has beds for at least 4 kids or people. We had a lot of good visiting with our friends. The main bedrooms, being all on one floor with no stairs, was helpful to our retired friends who would have struggled with stairs.

Blake's place it terrific! It is quiet, spacious, and feels new. Everything we needed was there (soap, paper towels, etc.,) and the place is spotless. I highly recommend this stay. We only spent a couple nights and were short on time, so we did not get to take advantage of simply relaxing here and utilizing the rocking chairs on the patio or the sofa on the deck - maybe next time...

The home was spacious, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay—it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. The location was ideal, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. Can’t wait to return!

I had an excellent stay. Clifton and his son Damien are kind, respectful, friendly and sweet. Clifton is very thoughtful and made everything possible to make my stay safe and comfortable. From flexible check in and check out, to picking me up and dropping me off to the bus station to helping me with my luggage, a very considerate gentleman indeed. He also showed me around the apartment and its many amenities. Clifton gave me suggestions for sightseeing and restaurants. The apartment is simple and not fancy but it is very clean, spacious, comfortable and private. Coffee, tea, snacks and popcorn were welcomed extras. The location is central and near a bus to downtown. Also there is a lovely park across the street, as well as some fast food restaurants. The location is on a busy street so there is some traffic noise but it’s quiet starting from the evening and I slept well. Excellent value for money, so if you are traveling on a budget, I highly recommend it. Thank you so much Clifton
