This place was beautiful! Host responded to any and all questions very quickly. House was very clean, comfy and spacious for me and my family. The kitchen is beautiful and I cooked several nights during my stay. All rooms including the bathrooms were stocked with towels and toiletries. The beds slept comfortably and the decor was beautiful throughout the home. The home is close to the beach and the property has a shared pool, that was very well maintained. I enjoyed brewing a fresh cup of coffee and sitting out on the screened in patio to enjoy that first sip. Very peaceful. Martha was extremely friendly and was available to answer questions and also helped with last minute accommodations when we arrived. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves and would love to stay here again. We will definitely return.

We had a great time at this lovely home. The house was clean, felt like home & fully stocked with everything you need and beyond. The games and game-room were so fun! Perfect location between Pensacola Beach & Orange Beach. So much to do, beautiful beaches & amazing restaurants. Worth every penny!

Absolutely loved Destinee’s home ! Very peaceful and quiet. Even being a shared space, you definitely couldn’t tell! Destinee was very responsive and helpful! Very kind and felt right at home away from home for the week I was there ! The whole process was easy from check in to check out. Would 100% recommend her place.

Very nice. Lots of new updates. It is a 140 year old house and it is in great shape. Easy walk to Palafox and Sanger Theater. One error is that it is not a Loft. You are on the first floor in Loft A and B, 2nd floor in Loft C and D.

The apartment was just what I needed to relax before I started a new job. It was quiet, in a pretty location, and you could almost fall onto the beach.

Great place to stay in Pensacola. Walking distance to so many restaurants etc. Could even walk to the baseball stadium.

I stayed here for a business trip and it was the best place I've ever stayed on Airbnb. It's quite, comfortable and it's beautifully decorated. David, his partner and the kitty's all made us feel welcomed and took care of all our needs. He's a fantastic host and truly cares about your overall comfort and takes his hospitality responsibility very seriously. He's also an amazing cook. If you want a truly unique B&B experience you need to book this place! There's also two amazing restaurants nearby that David will recommend. If you're celebrating your anniversary, birthday or just want to experience true southern romantic hospitality then Magnolia Springs Bed and Breakfast is the place to stay.

We can’t say enough great things about Magnolia Springs B&B and the hosts David & Eric. We loved it so much we stayed an extra 2 nights because we didn’t want to go home. Not only is the location and setting of the B&B picture perfect with the wrap around porch and beautiful fern covered trees, the Historical home has been beautifully restored but with tons of original character saved. If that doesn’t get you to book a stay here the gourmet breakfast will. David, a professional chef, cooked some of the best breakfasts I have ever put in my mouth. The Kiss My Grits plate is to die for! The hospitality was top notch, the rooms were clean and had everything you need! We left planning our next trip back.

After a long day on the road, it was so nice to walk into this cozy bungalow. Kirsten had the lights on and peaceful music playing. It is extremely comfortable with easy parking in the back. Wish we had more time there to explore the neighborhood and Mobile. Hopefully next time. Thank you Kirsten for your hospitality.

This place is amazing! David is friendly and helpful he even has an app for you with things to do In the area. We have been to the gulf shores area many times but got to do different stuff like kayaking at a river a block away, go to a scenic beach and enjoyed a gourmet breakfast! Cannot say enough about this place is beautiful and my new favorite place to stay!

If you are considering staying here....do it! I can't say enough nice things about how great our stay was. The breakfast was amazing...David even cooked us our breakfast early because we had to leave. Beautiful property....you will feel like you're in a movie.
