Inside you will find a beautiful kitchen, fireplace, and fully tiled shower. Our shower has two shower heads set at different heights, a bench, and shower hose. A 15 minute drive takes you to Thomas, WV for food and art and music. Five more minutes and you are in Davis for Blackwater Falls State Park. A few more miles down the road find two alpine ski areas and White Grass Ski Touring Center.

It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.

This newly constructed tiny home is located off US-48 and nested in a serene area with beautiful views of the mountains. Featuring a spacious deck, plentiful natural light, a fully-equipped kitchen, and two futons for additional guests. Located in close proximity to Yellow Creek, Rails to Trails, Moon Rocks, and Mountain Top Hunting Club, you'll have biking, hiking, fishing, and UTV riding without the drive.

Trillium Acres Guest House

Located 10 miles from downtown Morgantown and the stadium. Cooper's Rock is just 12 miles away, with hiking, mountain biking and rock climbing. Our cozy house with modern amenities can accommodate 6 people with 2 queen beds, 1 twin and a queen pull-out sofa. Trillium Acres Cottage and Trillium Acres Hilltop are next door and a short walk through the woods for larger groups needing more space.
