I've stayed at another one of Matt's properties in the past and they never disappoint. Matt and his wife do such a great job of paying attention to the details. This home was stylish, comfortable, and met all of our needs. Having grown up in the neighborhood and actually seeing the home prior to them buying and renovating, the transformation is beyond amazing. I would highly recommend this, as well as any other property that Matt and his family manage, you will not be disappointed. I very much hope to be able to stay at this property again in the future.

Emily’s home has so much personality & feels really welcoming, right when you pull in. Being able to park in driveway right next to the front door was a plus (after several long days of traveling) 🤪 Bed was crazy comfy & the natural light that came into the bathroom felt great as well. 5⭐️’s👍🏽

Worked well for our stay while pheasant hunting for 3 days. House was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen. Comfy chairs and classic woodwork in the living room. Garage worked will for our dogs and the entry worked well for storing hunting clothes/gear. Dogs are not allowed in the house. There were many TVs with ROKU access. Some network channels were not available, such as Sunday night football. Pheasants had to be cleaned off site. All bedrooms are upstairs with the main bath, which has only a tub. A second small bath off of the kitchen has the only shower. Neighborhood seemed safe and quiet.

This house provided a warm and safe place to spend the night after travelling all day. Everything was great.

We spent the weekend in Madison for a family wedding and the house was perfect! Very clean house, soft beds too! Would stay here again when we get to Madison in the future.

Will be staying here again when visiting Sioux Falls. Walkable distance to everything downtown, didn’t have to waste any gas. Clean home and comfortable stay!

Perfect location and nice setup of the home.

This was my wife's 4th or 5th time staying here while attending grad classes at USF. It is always clean, quiet and convenient for her as it's a very short drive to USF. Judy has been wonderful and is so accommodating and that is why my wife keeps going back. Thanks for everything Judy!!

Perfect place to get away and enjoy the peace and quiet, enjoy family time, and do some hunting. The house was better than expected for a “hunting cabin”. Very clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious, and a beautiful country surrounding. The sunrise/sunset over the pasture was the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. No matter your agenda, this is a perfect getaway. Enjoy! We sure did and will be back again.

Sara’s place was great! It was so cute, and very clean. Close to everything we planned to do. Sara provided great recommendations for eating. Would recommend!

The Airbnb felt welcoming and over all was very clean. They included clear instructions of the location, parking, and expectations. The place was present as shown in the picture. I would most definitely stay at one of their locations again.

This is the second time we stayed there and it was just as great as the first! Great place to stay if you are a hunter!

If you seek peace, reflection, and beautiful views provided by a truly gracious host, then this is where you should go. Staying here reminded me of the days when Air BnB first came about; a day where the actual host communicated with you rather than a 3rd party and didn’t just give you a house, but they gave you a home. It was clean, comfortable, cozy, full of amenities for cooking, a whole lot of complimentary snacks, great communicable neighbors with sincere joyousness. If you’re questioning at all where to stay, you shouldn’t, because this is it.

Our stay here was great, we had a larger group and it fit everyone just fine. Everything was arranged and set up great. Checking in and out was easy. The hot tub and sauna were awesome too!

We were in town for a volleyball tournament at the Sanford Pentagon and this location couldn’t have been better. Easy drive, less than 10 minutes, to get to the tournament site which made it very convenient. Appreciated having a kitchen so we could prepare breakfast each morning and then have a place to pack snacks and lunch for the day. The hot tub was out of service when we were there, which was disappointing but Craig called and left a message that day with the update and explanation, which was appreciated. We would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the area again.

Thank you for hosting us - we enjoyed the house and the dogs enjoyed the backyard. We had a great salad from McKenzie River Pizza and watched Netflix on the big TV. The dogs enjoyed hanging out in the sun room in the front. The couch was comfy thank you 🍕

Kayla’s place was great! She is a fantastic host with timely and friendly responses. There weren’t outrageous rules or check-out instructions, which I really appreciated! Everything requested was very reasonable and understanding. The house is decorated beautifully, has lots of space and SO many things to do in the area! I would highly recommend booking your weekend getaways here!

The lake house was absolutely what you would need for relaxing and entertaining getaway. Both the outdoor and indoor seating areas were inviting and cozy. The view of the lake and the private and quiet neighborhood provided the perfect relaxing atmosphere. The house was spacious and clean and had anything on hand that could’ve been forgotten. I can honestly say, I cannot wait to stay again!

Had a great stay here. The bed was super comfortable, the space felt really private, and the shower had beautiful tile and a heater, it was perfect after a long drive. Loved having a TV right above the bed to wind down. Everything was clean and easy, and Abby was super responsive. Would definitely stay again. Side note for the ladies: felt SUPER safe! Thanks for the stay!
