Beth was a sweetheart and the apartment was comfortable and clean. It was exactly what we were looking for. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was quaint and adorable. We would stay again.

perfect place to stay for a trail race at Newton Hills State Park. Close enough to Sioux Falls for any entertainment. The apartment was a cozy place and loved the privacy. Plan on coming again next year.

"Nana's" is truthfully one of the better Airbnbs I've stayed at. I was a little nervous about staying somewhere with no reviews yet, but I had some specific needs (allows dogs, would let us host a small gathering that included two small kids), and Dawn's place was one of the few that met them, and then also way exceeded them. Unlike other places I've stayed, Dawn was *so* sweet about letting us have our group of college friends over, and even left us cookies with our college mascot on them and a pack-n-play for the baby. We took a low-key approach to food, but the kitchen was stocked with really anything you'd ever need as far as utensils go (way more than most Airbnbs). The beds were comfortable (I slept on the Murphy bed), everything was clean, and Dawn was quick to respond to any questions I had throughout our stay. Finally, this space is so beautiful and homey. Most of us were traveling from out of town, so it was nice to stay somewhere that felt like an actual home.

If I could give 20 stars, I would! The home was exactly as it was in pictures. It was very clean and felt like home before we even made it inside. Charlotte was an amazing host, with “just checking in” texts through our stay, and so flexible on check in, making sure we had any and emerging we needed and being available if we needed anything. The neighborhood was quiet and close to all things that are mentioned in the description and so much more! It was a great central location for all the places we wanted to go. My kids absolutely loved the “kids closet” with toys and games plus the video game tv and foosball table. We enjoyed the privacy of the patio every night with the pretty lights around it along with the grill and fire pit. It is our top 5 airbnbs that we have stayed at and are planning to go back and stay again!

This was my wife's 4th or 5th time staying here while attending grad classes at USF. It is always clean, quiet and convenient for her as it's a very short drive to USF. Judy has been wonderful and is so accommodating and that is why my wife keeps going back. Thanks for everything Judy!!

We felt right at home , we were passing through for the night , perfect neighborhood for a nice walk . Will stay again if heading through Sioux Falls . Bed was comfortable . Same with the couches !

Good place to stay. Neighborhood was quiet. Even had a few squirrels and a bunny running around the yard. Close by the mall so you have easy access to shopping and restaurants. WiFi worked very well for a few video calls I had to do as well as for the TV. Did not have a dedicated workspace as listed, but was still able to make it work. Climate control worked well, off street parking was great. I would say the place is best for those looking to get out and do things more than staying in. It was an excellent value and I would stay here again and recommend it to others.

I return to stay in Robert and Teresa’s place for so many reasons. First of all they (including Miranda) understand the importance of offering a fragrance free place and are so helpful with whatever is needed. The decor is so homey and cozy but not overdone like some Victorian places. Everything you need is provided in the kitchen so you can prepare whatever you want, but there are so many great restaurants in Sioux Falls you might not cook much. I will definitely be returning again and again.

Older house that has been nicely renovated. Fully equipped for long-term stays. I was there 4 weeks and really enjoyed my stay.
