Cabin/Tiny Home. Relax & enjoy amazing mtn. views, 200 acres of trails, woods, pastures, farm, & fields. HURRICANE HELENE: TRAILS ARE NOT COMPLETELY ACCESSIBLE NOW DUE TO HELENE. Our trails & woods have been ravaged with 100's of trees down. Many trails are still not cleared. Our 1.5 mile upper ridge trail loop and one river trail are now open. Pastures and fields are mostly cleared and all areas around the cottage are completely cleared with amazing long range views of fields and mountains.

Located off Highway 80 on 5 acres near the Blue Ridge Parkway and surrounded by nearby hiking trails and the gorgeous Celo Knob and South Toe River. Our tiny house is located on our 2 acre homestead, where we garden and raise chickens, ducks, heritage rabbits & Nigerian dwarf goats. Designed and built by us in 2016, our tiny house is surprisingly spacious, has a cozy modern cabin feel, features minimalist decor and plenty of amenities. Mountain Shack with friendly animals and a view!

Hey Y'all!, we are offering a small shack (which was scheduled to be a portion our Boy Barn). It's 10x12 feet, furnished with a daybed with two twin mattresses. There is a retro DVD TV, mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and hot plate. Up our driveway and behind our home, you have use of an outdoor half bath and internet access. Behind the shack you have a private bonfire, hammock deck, a composting toilet and a covered area with a clay grill in an outdoor cooking area.

Beech and Appalachian are other ski areas, but they are a bit further away. Linville Gorge, Grandfather Mountain, and Mt Mitchell are easily day hikes.
