Had a great time in this lovely condo, I was able to enjoy all that Missoula’s downtown has to offer without having to Uber anywhere. Great place for people watching.

Have always wanted to know what the Babs looked like inside after a lifetime of driving past it while in Missoula. It did not disappoint. The restoration work is incredibly and historically beautiful. I love how you can see items from the past still in the building. Location is outstanding - you can walk to fabulous restaurants in Missoula as well as shopping. Easy access to bakeries, breweries, river walks, Farmers Market and Spas. Amenities that exceeded expectations were such soft blankets on the couch and the Pendleton blanket in the master bedroom. It was lush and I shall miss it! Tyler was incredibly responsive and helpful. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Such a cozy space historical house! Clean, great location & great recommendations for eating within walking distance. Nancy was a generous hostess & was gracious in allowing me to stay another night even though I booked the room incorrectly. Allowed my college daughter & I more time with each other & enjoying more time/restaurants around Missoula. Will definitely be back!

This is the second time we’ve stayed at the Babs and it’s wonderful. It’s our favorite place in Missoula. It’s perfectly located to downtown and the hip strip. It’s ideal for visiting a student at the University of Montana. It’s a snap to get to and from campus. The apartment itself is a perfect size and cozy to just hang out in and cook some food for your kid while they do homework or nap on the couch.

This was one of my favorite stays in one of my favorite places! Just on the edge of town, but close enough to walk to the Good Food Store. Nice quiet neighborhood right close to the Milwaukee Path. Beautiful view of Mt. Sentinel right from the patio off the living room. Nice, clean, wide open floor plan with absolutely gorgeous, yet simple decor. Very comfortable bed and loved the little fireplace, kept it nice and cozy for a Montana Spring evening. Would definitely stay there again! Highly recommend.

We have stayed here several times and the loft is consistently clean . We like the sunny views of the trains , downtown and Lolo mountain in the background. Nice upper loft space perfect for remote work . Easy walking distance under the tracks via a tunnel or over the bridge to downtown and U of M . Cool coffee shop just steps away . Equipped with everything necessary to prepare meals , with a bonus local brew or too in the fridge .

We loved this beautiful basement apartment with a super cool shared pool table/rec room. The location was amazing, right near awesome restaurants, beside the bridge to downtown, and a block walk to the trail that winds by the river. It was quiet, even with the pipes that we could hear sometimes at night but they contributed to the character of the historic building. The host was very responsive and lovely. We’d definitely want to stay here again!

Location is everything is Missoula, and this is THE location. The space is small and so cozy, and perfect for exploring all day and coming back to relax.

The condo was perfect for a weekend in Missoula. I had my dog, so the location was very convenient with proximity to a pedestrian/bike path. Easy access to all Missoula has to offer! The check-in process was very easy and exactly per instructions. The condo had all the amenities I needed during my stay.

Cameron was extremely nice and helpful during my stay. He let me have my privacy when I needed it, and even made me dinner one of the nights. I will definitely stay again in the future. Thank you

What a wonderful place! The location is perfection - walkable all through town to many restaurants and the river, a picturesque Missoula view! The home is so comfortable and set up so graciously. Athena was wonderful and responsive with all communication - I will absolutely return!

Great place to stay in Missoula within walking distance to everything. Super clean and perfect for visiting town.

Nice place for the night. The only thing I did not like was the entrance is not on the first floor as it appears in the pictures. I specifically chose this place for that reason. I traveled with dogs and carrying their crates around the back and up a flight of stairs was exactly what I had wanted to avoid. I didn’t find out it was upstairs until arrival. Otherwise, the place was really nice, clean, quiet, easy place to let dogs out to potty and walk.

Great location. Glad we chose to stay. Easy access and quieter than you might expect being next to the train tracks. Will definitely stay again!

We unexpectedly needed to change where we were staying and we booked this reservation at approx 9pm and within 15 minutes, Elsie had messaged me and said we could still check in that night within the 30 min drive from where we were! The place was well lit on the outside and easy to find as it is right along the highway. Side note: we were worried about traffic noise but we had a fan running and couldn't hear anything from the outside! All amenities were great and even had different types of pillows in the closet to get more comfort! We will definitely stay again if we come back to the area!

This was our 3rd stay at the Railyard Lofts. Greg is easy to communicate with and attentive to any requests we have had. The units are up to date and very clean. We can't wait to come back! Easy access to downtown and nearby coffee shops, trails and roads.

Perfect place to stay if you're going to a show downstairs at the wilma. Close to anything you could want to do in Missoula. It was a cozy and quiet place to sleep. I come up to Missoula a lot from Big Sky and will definitely stay here again.
