Three bedrooms, three and a half baths, and a bunk room with two twin-over-full bunks that swallows the kids' half of the party. Out the patio door: two Big Green Eggs, fire pits under string lights, pickleball.

This large, historic home is a 15 minute walk to campus and even closer to restaurants and shops on Main St. Charming decor, comfortable furnishings, and a family friendly layout make this perfect for Game Day and other visits to State. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated and well stocked with guest comfort in mind. The front porch swing, deck seating and fire pit give options for your crew to enjoy the outdoor spaces. My family loved living here, and I think yours will enjoy it too!

Cowbell Condo

Renovated, 2 BR, 2.5 Bath Condo! Perfect for ballgames, save yourself the parking hassles and take the 15 minute walk to Dudy Noble, Davis Wade or the Hump! Or you can drive in 3 minutes! Each BR has a Queen bed and attached bathroom. There is a Queen size Ikea fold over couch in the living room for additional guests. We have designed and decorated like our own home and know you will feel at home here too! (Pets and smoking are not permitted). Home game weekends require a Fri and Sat stay.

Conveniently located half way between downtown and the MSU campus, this 2 bed, 1.5 bath townhome is the perfect place to land. You can walk everywhere or catch the shuttle just steps away. This completely remodeled townhouse is about 50 yards off University Drive in the heart of the Cotton District with your favorite restaurants and shops minutes away ! Only .4 miles from the MSU Campus!

University Drive 1 BR/1BA Condo

Located less than a mile from campus, this luxury condo is so very comfortable and easily accessible to all things fun and festive in Starkville. Grand Junction is centrally located between campus and downtown. Restaurants, shopping and nightlife are within a few steps. Guests have their own access code for the building, fitness center and unit. Security cameras are on-site in common areas making for a safe stay in the midst of luxury. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m until 7 a.m.

Loft Just Off Cotton

This 1920s house has been converted into apartments and is conveniently located. It is in the historic district in the Avenues and it is one mile from MSU stadium. Two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed with a twin on top and a full on the bottom. Large vehicles may be too big for our parking area. Parking spaces are designed for standard size vehicles and we only provide one parking place on the premises. There is more parking around the corner

No stairs, no elevator wait, no hauling a cooler up two flights. Serenity Haven is the ground-floor unit at Five Points — park, walk twenty feet, and you're inside. Three bedrooms, three full baths plus a half, a king suite with a double vanity and a glass walk-in shower, and a courtyard out the door with Big Green Eggs and a fire pit. Davis Wade is a fifteen-minute walk. The dog is welcome too.

Bulldogs Gameday Condo

Newly renovated Condo Unit at Chadwick on Lee within walking distance to campus. 15 minute walk to Davis Wade, The Hump, and Dudy-Noble Field - home of the 2021 CWS National Champions. Across the street from campus, 5 minutes from the Cotton District, Main Street and many other Dining and Entertainment areas. 2 queen beds and a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.

Mississippi State Gameday Condo

Brand new 2 bedroom & 2 1/2 bath condo located in complex across the street from Mississippi State University, downstairs unit and easily accessible, less than a mile from all MSU athletic events, 2 parking spots, Game Day ready, washer/ dryer and quiet patio sitting area. (large sectional sofa in living room can accommodate sleeping extra people)

MSU Campus Condo - Steps to Campus!

Lovely, freshly-updated, upstairs unit just steps from MSU Campus. The Hump, Dudy Noble and Davis Wade stadium are all about a 15 minute walk. The Cotton District is approximately 1.5 miles. You have 2 designated parking spaces in front of the building marked 124. Please note this is an upstairs unit accessed by a single flight of stairs.

This cozy space is a detached apartment/loft with a separate entrance. Parking space next to the entrance of the apartment. Located in Sherwood Forrest Neighborhood down South Montgomery Street. Queen-bed and small pull-out couch. Inflatable mattress allowed. 2.6 miles from MSU Campus and 2.8 to Cotton District and Downtown Starkville.
