Everything was perfect and peaceful and we enjoyed our stay very much!!! it was convenient that The washer and dryer were there. Definitely would stay again.

I was looking for a place for spring break with a pool and Aurrora's place was perfect! Has everything you need, is easy to locate, and is in such a great location. I would book again!

We fell in love with this quintessential La Jolla beach bungalow, and felt immediately at home. We especially appreciated family dinners in the spacious private backyard, and walking to the beach, restaurants, and playground. Chip and Elise were perfect hosts and always very responsive. We had an amazing stay and are already planning a return trip!

This is a sweet place... very much as advertised, and we had a great time staying here. Kitchen is highly functional, hot tub is a nice touch, everything works well. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at this apartment. The kids and I especially loved the hot tub, which was a fun and relaxing way to wind down each evening. I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, but it’s a nice extra touch. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. I also appreciated that the owners provided tea and coffee for their guests. While the apartment is technically suitable for more, I’d recommend it for no more than two people, as the sofa bed wasn’t the most comfortable for sleeping. The location was excellent, and we had no trouble finding parking right in front of the house. Finally, the host was very responsive and attentive. Overall, I would highly recommend this place.

My family loved this place! It is walking distance to the beach, coffee shops, eateries and convenience stores. You'll get used to the airplanes flying overhead every 20 minutes (and they don't fly after about 11 pm, so that's nice). Check in, and out, was super easy. We're already planning on coming back for summer!!!!

Loved this cute cottage sanctuary steps from the beach and boardwalk! It was incredibly well-stocked for 3 adults who cooked all our meals at the house. We loved the patio for mealtimes and relaxing. The hot tub was lovely and hosts provided proactive instructions to maintain how nice and clean it was! Bathroom was clean, too. We appreciated the beach supplies available. No kids in our group, but we noticed how the Airbnb was stocked with many toys and supplies! Walkable to plenty of restaurants, coffeeshops, bars, and grocery store. Andrea was super helpful and reached out over text to ensure a smooth check-in. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!

My stay was peaceful and relaxing. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and well-maintained. The attention to detail was evident throughout, making it feel like a home away from home. The hosts were responsive and kind, ensuring everything was perfect.

We stayed a week and this small house had everything two people needed for a very pleasant stay. It is very comfortable, relaxed, but also clean and tidy. There were many small touches that made it special. Location put you right in the midst of coffee shops and restaurants.

Great experience, great location. It's on a main street so it's busy with traffic, at times. Not a bad thing, but just something to point out. The front is private and gated from the traffic by a beautiful and inviting area to lounge and hang out with our pups. Lovely home with all that we needed during our stay. Great host and super responsive! Would love to stay again!

I recently visited Victor’s house for a month. The house was exactly as pictured and he was very responsive throughout my stay. I brought along three medium-large sized dogs. The yard was perfect for them. It was difficult to find a place in SD to stay with bigger dogs, let alone that has a fully-fenced yard, but it exceeded my expectations. I was also able to cook, given all of the kitchen utensils. There was even some spices, coffee, and a Brita to use. There were various kitchen gadgets available as well. Never having experienced CA before, I never gave parking a second thought. Victor’s place is great because it has a driveway, guaranteeing a spot no matter the time of day. Victor was thorough, friendly, and accommodating. If I were to visit again, I would definitely stay here!

We have stayed with Lisa multiple times in the past year. It’s like a home away from home. Very easy to get to and convenient to visiting friends and family. Very quiet neighborhood and cozy place inside.

We had such a great stay at the Pepper Berry Beach Cottage. You can really tell that Michael has put a lot of care and thought into the place—it’s cozy, spotless, and stocked with everything you might need for a comfortable and relaxing visit, from extra blankets and towels to all the essential supplies. The decor has a calm, coastal vibe that instantly puts you at ease. The kitchen is well-equipped, and there are so many thoughtful little touches throughout the space that make it feel welcoming and homey. The oversized couch was perfect for lounging, and the bed was incredibly comfortable—we slept so well. The location in Ocean Beach is ideal—tucked away in a quiet spot, but still just a short walk or drive to the beach and local cafes. Communication with Michael was easy, and check-in and check-out were super easy. It’s a lovely place to unwind, that I would highly recommend to anyone!

We stayed here to celebrate my birthday and enjoyed our stay! Location was very close by many coffee shops and food which was nice. The cottage was well furnished and clean! Jordy was very proactive and ensured our stay was good.

Great stay if you want to bring your dog to the beach. Lots of great dog friendly restaurants and the beach is just outside your door. Even if you don’t have a dog it’s still a great spot.

We had a fantastic time staying at Bill's Airbnb and it truly felt like being at home. To begin with, Bill greeted us with a big smile. He is very kind and attentive. The Cottage is actually larger than what you see in the photos. It is very comfortable and everything in it is well appointed. I loved the fact that there were extra sets of bath towels and bedsheets available in the second closet ( something that you don't see in other Airbnb). It had all the amenities that one uses on daily basis AND more. The location of this Cottage is fantastic. There are lots of good restaurants nearby ( even a major grocery store within the walking distance which is very convenient) and super easy access to the highways. what surprised us was the fact that how quiet the Cottage was. Best of the best! This place is an oasis with wonderful hospitality and attention to detail. The cottages are super well cared for, very clean and well stocked. The garden is an incredible space to relax and unwind in. I felt like I was staying at a spa for my soul. It was really a gift to be able to stay here. Thank you Linda and Santos!

I loved staying at Anna’s cottage. It’s beautiful, serene, and in a great location. Anna is a kind, lovely host. Her care for her guests’comfort is apparent in everything— excellent communication, comfortable, really attractive furnishings and lighting, thoughtful amenities, the sense of light and uncluttered space everywhere in the house. Lovely outside space too. And such a beautiful view! I didn’t want to leave.

I had an extended stay at Daniel’s place and had a great time. The place could not be in a more perfect spot close to everything you could want to do. It was the perfect California experience. Daniel was also responsive and provided great recommendations. Overall this was an awesome time!
