I recently watched an Arnold Schwarzenegger movie. All I can say is "We'll be back". The accommodation was perfect for us. The Guide House felt like a cottage, cozy and warm, within a beautiful town Lake Placid. The host, Karen, was kind and communicative. The location is superb. Our family vacation was great. Thank you.

Karen’s place was ideal for our weekend ski trip. Great location, all the right amenities, responsive host. Karen also provided great information on events around town and shuttle services. Would definitely stay here again.

We loved Gary's place. Perfect location for us. We could walk to town, catch the shuttle for Oktoberfest and see friends staying nearby. Awesome place for the price! We'll be back!

This was our first trip to Lake Placid so we didn’t know anything about the location of this unit. However we were very pleased as it was within walking distance to many restaurants, stores and attractions surrounding Mirror Lake. The check in process was very easy and we were provided a great packet of information about local happenings for the week. We had a minor issue with an ironing board but it was resolved quickly. Gary’s place was as described and there was nothing out of order. Gary also provided a binder with even more attractions and hiking trails in the surrounding Lake Placid area. There was plenty of parking close to the unit and there was even 4 EV charging stations nearby. We packed our beach chairs and it was a short walk to the beach on Mirror Lake. The unit was clean and very comfortable and it felt like home. I would absolutely stay here in the future.

Superbe logement intime et confortable avec tout ce qu’il faut pour un merveilleux séjour; entrée autonome, cuisine tout équipée, sauna privé, foyer, air climatisé mural dans les deux chambres, télévision intelligente.. et la vue sur les montagnes est incroyable! Un séjour à refaire!

Gary's place had everything we needed for our ski vacation in Lake Placid! The location is very convenient and the view towards the mountain is beautiful. We truly enjoyed our stay and will happily return.

Very nice condo in a perfect location

We had a great stay here. The check in and out times were flexible which really maximized the time we had on our vacation. The location couldn’t have been better, town is just a few minute walk away! The amenities were also great, my family and I enjoyed taking out the kayaks. Overall great rental and could recommend.

Great location, very close to Mirror Lake and downtown. Place was clean, well maintained and is what you want a LP stay to be.

Spacious and clean condo with a beautiful view! Just as pictured; had everything we needed. Great location walking distance from Main Street and Mirror Lake.

This place is wonderful and within walking distance to the lake and the main town. It is also very close to the golf course which must be nice in the warmer months. We were there in the winter; the home was cozy and had everything our family of four needed. We also used the hotel pool and gym. I highly recommend it!

A great space for group of friends or a team like ours. 12 beds were well equipped and we had an awesome stay for the USSA XC super tour finals. Team dinners altogether was a great bonding experience.

Hosts were absolute perfect and very responsive. They didn’t hear from me so they went out of their way to reach out. Beautiful home!!!

Another great stay at Chip and Allison's home! We love our yearly tradition of skiing Whiteface with our family and having an amazing place to stay! Would highly recommend!

I absolutely love this property. It’s the perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Long Lake has to offer. It’s comfy, clean and peaceful. Adam is a fantastic host and I highly recommend this little slice of heaven to anyone.
