It was a great stay, the house is well curated having in mind the smallest thing a guest would need during the stay. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils and stoves. The beach is right in front of the house and very peaceful. Ps: Allen is super professional and accommodating.

The AirBnB is located very close to the beach so it was quite convenient as we did not have to take out the car each time we wanted to go to the beach. The place was clean and the hosts are very responsive. There was a caretaker on the property, who was quite helpful. The pool is a shared pool but it was clean. One of the rooms had dampness, which we informed the hosts and they said they'll take care of it. Apart from that a good place to stay in especially because of the proximity to the beach.

We had a really nice time staying at Freeda's place. it was really cute and clean. And it matched my aesthetics. it felt like a private property in midst of all the citys' hustle bustle, And the beach was just few 2-3 min walks away. Perfect stay for me and my friends. 😊

The place is much prettier than what is shown in the photos. It is very clean and has all the amenities one could need. The host is responsive and there is a caretaker to help us on site. The location is good too- the villa is in a quiet gated community, but the main road has lots of cafes and stalls. We had a pleasant stay there.

Amazing place for 4-7 people to accommodate. Right on beach with 24 hour restaurant and bar. Very clear waters of the beach. Very responsive host. Overall worth every penny. Thanks Dennis for being such a nice host.

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The place was absolutely beautiful with a cozy ambience that immediately made me feel at home. The self check-in process was super easy and hassle-free, which was a huge plus after a long journey. The house itself was spotless and very well maintained, with stunning interiors that gave it a warm and stylish vibe. Honestly, after settling in, I kept questioning whether I should even step out to explore Goa or just stay in and enjoy the comfort of this lovely home! It’s that inviting. Plus, the location is perfect — Anjuna Beach and several nearby spots are just a short walk away, making it really convenient to explore on foot. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Goa!

It was a wonderful stay at this place. Felt exactly like a home away from home. Very peaceful surroundings. In close proximities grocery shop to happenning place everything is available. What I liked the most is Manish's clear instruction on how to reach the property. If we follow the video then we can easily reach to his place from the main road. As inside cabs wont go. So have to walk for 3 mins approx.

Initially after confirmation, Chaitali has sent us the caretakers numbers for guidance. Checkin was smooth. The property looks as it is in photos. No disturbance. We went as a group of 7 people, Enjoyed the accommodation to the full. We even cooked food as we like. Thanks for the great stay and looking forward for next stay also.

We were hosting a family reunion of 16 adults ranging from 65/85 yrs old The 8 en suite bedrooms and a staff of 3 made our stay very comfy. Pankaj the caretaker was always around to handle our queries, and Chef Anup did an amazing job catering to all our meals, including a fab barbecue. We’d definitely recommend this villa for a large get together.

It was a wonderful stay at Rohini- charming green settings with old world ambience. Felt pampered in the lap of lush greenery .. The large living spaces merging magically with air, light, stone, wood , plants and the lovely bamboo furniture all made it feel well worth the stay ! The host and staff were all extremely helpful right from instructions before arrival to the welcome drink - not to miss out mentioning the food was superb . Will definitely go back for a stay and also itching to try out their other properties !

It was very great experience staying at Rajendra’s place. It is more beautiful and cozy than pictures. Very spacious. Neat n clean kitchen, rooms and bathroom. The only issue was with bedsheet which was pale yellow color. Rest everything was best. Easy to find. Right in front of Anjuna Police station and police checkpoint. Very safe place

The place was amazing with Private and Common pool with beautiful common area! The villa was very lavish and well maintained. Quite peaceful. Also mentioning care taker (Prakash), gem of a person, he helped us for everything, booking Cab, locations, maintain cleanliness in Villa

The Villa was beautifully decorated and was very spacious. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. We had an extra couple of guests staying with us who happened to be India at the same time and that was handled very efficiently. Any questions we had were answered within minutes. The villa was cleaned daily which I had never had in any other Airbnb. The beach was 30 minutes walk via a couple of routes which I enjoyed doing every day. We occasionally used a taxi and they were very easy to come by. There are plenty of great eating places both around the beach and more local to the villa. Dunes on the beach was our favourite place to visit for drinks and/or food. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit.

It was absolutely lovely staying here, the villa is part of a gated community with amenities like Tennis, pickleball, squash, gym, games room, a big swimming pool while the villa itself is super clean with amazing interiors and has a private pool of itself. The Host is great, very responsive, you can get in touch with him anytime and he will help you out in anything You need. Overall it is one the best places to stay in North Goa, You’ll want to keep returning to this place again and again.

The place was clean and the the caretaker was always responsive. The place was about 7 mins walk to vagator market and 7 mins drive to Anjuna market. It's also a 12 min walk to the beach(we didn't walk though). There is a new nightclub on the same road - Amber which was playing loud music till late night (only once) but did not bother us. The house had basic amenities but the supermarket is close by and also the caretaker provided whatever we needed. I would recommend the place esp for the location.

We stayed at Paras's glassdoor house for almost 10 days. It’s the perfect spot for anyone looking to unwind, reconnect with nature, or simply enjoy the calm charm of a beach side retreat. We were there for a workation and the creative energy that place holds is amazing. Lot of birds and flora and fauna makes it very beautiful. We even spotted few peacocks. The dogs are friendly as well. We spent most of our time in the corridor outside which was a perfect place to sit and write. Kitchen and washing machine was a blessing in disguise. Manish was really helpful too. Paras was always available on phone and is an amazing host. He even suggested us few cafes and a sunset point nearby. Will definitely come back here.

What stands out the most is the cleanliness of the bathrooms, maintained daily by a diligent caretaker. Overall, this place is excellent for parties, relaxation, or just lounging by the pool—it truly has everything you need for a memorable stay.

My family and I had a lovely stay at Villa Pinheiro. Ashok who is the local host was helpful and responsive. You have an on site housekeeper (well we had 2 by the end of the stay as one was leaving soon to get married) who will cook you breakfast in the mornings and even babysat one night so me and my husband could go out for a meal. The place is lovely! The pool is on the smaller side but a good size for our family to plunge in when the heat got a bit much. Absolutely nothing negative to say and would happy stay there again!

I loved the red oxide flooring, the wooden doors, and the tiled roof – they all add to the house's charming vintage vibe. What really stood out was the location. The beach is just a 5-minute walk away – perfect for early morning strolls or evening sunsets. Plus, you’re so close to Candolim Road, where you’ll find all the great restaurants, cafes, and shops nearby. And with reliable services like Swiggy and Instamart, you really can’t ask for more. There were just a couple of small things I’d suggest: The kitchen could be better stocked with more utensils – especially since there’s an oven, but not much in the way of cookware for it. Also, it would have been nice if one

The hosts Mr and Mrs Fernandes gave us a very warm welcome and we felt right at home. They arranged a cab pick up for us from the railway station. The house is located in a very silent and peaceful location. All amenities and pictures mentioned in the listing match exactly. They arranged bike rental for us and the entire stay was hassle free. We want to thank the hosts for a great stay and look forward to visiting soon.
