Beautiful views. The kids said it was their favorite place they have ever stayed

Can we go back on vacation?! What a beautiful vacation home to stay and spend our family spring break! The house was wonderful, great location, close enough to LA, Malibu, and other great towns but far enough away that your feel secluded. We never heard a plane or any sirens the whole time we were at the house. One of my favorite spots was sitting in the spa when a warm breeze would drift the smell of lavender, rosemary, blooming wisteria, orange and lemon trees.... The kids enjoyed the pool and living room where we played a lot of cards and board games. There were many hiking paths within 20 min or less locations. Todd was very accommodating, the house was well stocked with essentials and simple touches that made you feel right at home. We will return in the future for sure!

Courtney was very welcoming and attentive. The house is precious! It was clean and already had all the little extras that make it comfortable!

My husband and I did a five day stay here and it was well worth it. We wanted to stay somewhere serene while still being able to explore Santa Barbara and Ojai. Santa Barbara is only 15 minutes away and Ojai is about 30 minutes. We bounced around between those two towns and also got to see what Carpinteria was all about. Steven's place is 7 minutes to the Carpinteria Bluffs where heaven meets earth. The locals are friendly and high in consciousness, they are one with the environment and take pride in their role in keeping it safe. The home itself is spacious with great views, the kitchen was fully stocked with the all the cooking essentials. Instacart delivers to this location if you need anything last minute. During the stay you will hear different sounds of farm animals in the distance which I found relaxing. The living room is comfortable with tons of lounge furniture and space. The outdoor decks have plenty of seating and is surrounded by wildlife. If you want peace come here!

This place is really special. The yard has a spa-like vibe and the interior atmosphere is so charming, with an adorable vintage-bohemian style, nice linens and kitchenware, a fun record player, and zero clutter. The beauty of this home really added to our enjoyment of our trip!

Had to find a place to house a midsize family while visiting my son’s future college and the space was perfect for myself, 3 children and in laws. Great space overall. It was so comfy that we canceled our plans on Sunday and just lounged at the house and enjoyed the space and cooked and hung out .usually on vacation you tend to create an itinerary for yourself but it was so comfy we decided to just stay at the house and relax . There were a great selection of board games, cards, a spacious backyard and tvs were huge. Only one room (with the bunk beds) had no TVbut that forced my kids to touch some grass lol. So wasn’t bad after all. A home away from home stay for sure . Will gladly come back there when we come down for visits with my son.

My wife and I were down in LA for a surgery and couldn't have found a better place to stay. It was close to Ventura Blvd where you can get access to some great places to eat or other groceries so you can cook at the house. We had an excellent time and Lisa, as a host, matched the excellence of this home. My wife and I have already discussed coming back down to visit and potentially bring some family along. You will not be disappointed!

I and my family had a fantastic time staying at Elena’s place! The apartment was exactly as described – clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Kalis lejlighed var rigtig god til vores familie på 6 personer. Det var masser af plads og der var alt, hvad vi havde brug for. KaLi var hurtig til at svare på vores spørgsmål og hun havde beskrevet, hvordan vi kom ind i lejligheden på en super nem måde. Børnene var glade for poolen og det var nemt at komme ind til Monica Beach med bus 3. Desuden var der gode indkøbsmuligheder lige rundt om hjørnet. Kan klar anbefale lejligheden til andre familier!

Perfect location and very nice apartment, with fresh high-quality linens and towels. It is fully-priced and has some nice amenities, but in other ways does need some attention, esp. at the price. The TV was effectively non-functional — host said he would replace it but that wasn't going to help me. The kitchen is also outdated with a partially broken faucet and both too much clutter and yet some odd omissions: normal enough for a vacation rental, but for the price these should be taken care of. Harry is however a lovely gentleman and you will not regret the location.

10 Stars to our host and this beautiful space! I had family in and we were able to enjoy our time together and have our own space as well. The backyard was perfect for relaxing or enjoying time together. The short walk to the beach was perfect, and the Jacuzzi was such a treat! Pretty late on our first night we realized the Jacuzzi wasn’t getting as hot as it should and contacted Victor. By the time we woke up in the morning, the technician had come out and fixed it so we were ready to enjoy our time. We enjoyed every minute and will absolutely be back.

Fantastic accommodation in such a cute small coastal town. The bed and linens are so comfy. All the decor is perfectly picked out. We can’t wait to come back for a longer visit!

We really enjoyed our stay at Shawn’s place. I plan to stay there again the next time I’m in LA.

John and Roe were wonderful hosts.. The pictures don’t do the location justice… You walk out the back door and you are literally on the beach… Sunsets are magnificent and it is very private..very few people on the beach.. It has all the amenities that you need to cook if you so choose, the beds are comfortable and they were nice enough to have bikes for us to use… There is a great neighborhood diner a half a block away that has wonderful breakfast and lunches … Highly recommend this place and will definitely be returning next year ..

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

Everything exceeded expectations. The kitchen was really nice, everything was clean, the a/v room was easy to use and sounded amazing... Thank you Brian. It was a real treat!

The cabin was perfect for our little family! We have a 4-year old and a 2-year old and it was enough space for us. Directions to the home were very helpful and spot on. The outside area is great for our kids as well. There was a playground. A seating area and a fire pit. The inside was cozy and it had everything we needed. It was a wonderful stay! Grigor was so responsive and easy to communicate with!

My family and I loved staying here! We had everything we needed for a cozy weekend. We even brought our dogs and they loved it. The game room was a hit! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful, it was about a 5-10 minute walk to the town area. I’d take a look at the map before heading for a walk since there’s no cell service. We will definitely be back, I’d love to stay here again when there’s snow!

We had a great stay at this comfortable, private, cabin that was an ideal place to spend time with family during the holiday season. Festive lights had been hung for a welcoming arrival and ambiance. The spacious kitchen and dining room and intimate breakfast nook were perfect for family meals. The spacious fruit groves around the cabin were very nice and soothing for after meals and morning strolls. Maribel and Jesus were both very attentive to any questions or requests. We highly recommend this cozy cabin and would be willing to stay here again in the future!

Therese was amazingly responsive and helpful! We were visiting to run a marathon, which was stressful in it of itself, but Therese helped to ease any stress around housing and where to park and whatnot! Such a beautiful home, I love the wood countertops! Very clean, very easy, beautiful views of the mountains at sunset! Will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in Ojai again!

Priscilla is such a kind, wonderful, and understanding host. The cabin was cozy and clean with everything we needed to cook meals. Loved the nature and the privacy. A great place to recharge.

I had an absolutely incredible stay at this beautiful black A-frame in Frazier Park! From the moment I arrived, I was blown away by the thoughtful design, peaceful atmosphere, and breathtaking surroundings. The cabin itself is cozy yet modern, with stylish decor that perfectly complements the mountain setting. The high ceilings, large windows, and warm lighting made it feel like a dream retreat. The kitchen was well-stocked, everything was spotlessly clean, and the hosts clearly put a lot of care into making guests feel at home., Beyond the home, the location was ideal—secluded enough to feel like a private getaway but still close to hiking trails and local spots to explore. Whether sipping coffee on the deck in the morning or winding down by the fireplace at night, every moment here was pure magic. I can’t recommend this A-Frame enough for a serene escape in Frazier Park! I’ll definitely be back!

What started out as an escape from poor air quality and overall uncertainty due to the current LA fires, my husband and I took our infant and dog here to stay a couple nights. In our stressful situation we found ourselves on an accidental vacation and would return in a heartbeat. Due to our circumstances I needed to reach out to Octavio a few times and he was responsive, helpful and hospitable. We really appreciated this whole experience. Aside from that, the cabin was clean and cozy and the neighborhood peaceful and serene. Beautiful view, throwback board games, fireplace, plenty of blankets, comfortable clean beds & pillows. Felt right at home and we hope to visit again.
