Loved the property! Will come back and stay again when I visit family

The property was beautiful inside and out, the boys and my wife loved the location. When there was issues or communication needed both hosts were very quick to respond. The only complaint I have is it was set to 77 degrees in the house, and the property managers never came to fix the air or heat , not a lot of airflow. Everything else was amazing

One of the best places I've stayed at without a doubt. Beautiful place to stay with a modern interior, super accessible to public transit and commute, and a plethora of amenities. 10/10 would recommend

Our family had a lovely stay of Ryan’s place over the new year. The apartment was beautiful and comfortable for our family of five to spend the week in the twin cities. Our children loved all the great board games, picture books and of course hammock. My husband and I loved the peaceful sauna in Ryan’s backyard. Thank you for being such a wonderful host!

We really liked the place! It was well cleaned and organized. This was our first experience in a big city, and we loved it! It was a great place for my children as well. We highly recommend this place if you want to stay for a few days and explore the city.

Beautiful apartment, comfortable stay, incredibly spacious unit, thoughtful furnishings, and wonderful amenities! No en-suite coffee despite coffee maker and filters in the kitchen, but a great alternative was the coffee machine in the lobby. Only one key fob, which was a bit inconvenient for 3 guests, but totally workable. Highly recommend, would absolutely love to stay here again!!

It's a great location on Lake Street, close to top restaurants such as 6Smith and a short walk to shops and the beautiful Wayzata Bay. The unit is spacious and just as described. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there and plan to return.

Located within walking distance of historic downtown Faribault, this a very charming suite that matches the local vibes. Has the right blend of vintage styling and modern amenities. Would easily recommend to anyone staying in or around Faribault.

This was our 2nd stay (over Christmas) in Jane's beautiful home. It honestly felt like "coming home" when we walked in the door. This home looks like it's come straight out of Better Homes & Garden magazine. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with everything & anything you would need! We felt so comfortable & welcomed here! I must have said, "I love this house" a dozen times! Jane is so sweet & kind. She's a wonderful host!! We really appreciated the beautiful Christmas tree she set up in the living room space. We stayed 3 nights with our 8 family members. We highly recommend staying here! It's worth every penny & truly deserves all 5 stars and then some!! Thank you, Jane!!!

I can’t say enough about this beautiful home! It was located two minutes from my daughter’s house so I was very familiar with the area. The neighborhood was really nice and there were a lot of our favorite restaurants within minutes! The house is beautifully decorated with stunning artwork and it had all the amenities we needed to feel right at home. We spent Christmas Eve by the fireplace with our family and played games at the dining room table. The beds were super comfortable and there were very clean instructions to everything we could possibly need!!! Our hosts were very responsive and friendly! I highly recommend staying at this lovely home.

Andrea's place was beautiful, comfortable, and full of kid-friendly amenities like toys and books. Andrea was responsive and kind. The location is near to downtown, restaurants, and other attractions. Plus the house itself is a great place to hang out!

Rachel’s place was amazing. My family had a great time, there was plenty of space for all of us. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt very peaceful. We will be definitely coming back.

Wonderful place to stay Feeling very cozy with the fireplace and design of the place Super great south west light exposure, lots of sun coming in. It has very special charm and I’m grateful to have been staying there A car to get around to restaurants or cafes

The location was perfect and very close to downtown excelsior and surrounding areas. The home was inviting, comfortable and updated. It felt cozy and had amenities to meet all our needs. We loved the private backyard and wish the weather would have been better to enjoy the outdoor fire pit. I highly recommend Jim and Lisa’s home and hope to be back next time we visit the area.

The home was exactly what we needed for our family vacation! Beds were comfortable and all amenities were as listed. We had a slight issue checking in but the hosts responded right away. Would definitely stay here again!
