This was a great location for our family. Plenty of space in bedrooms, common area, deck and yard. It was a confortable stay for 10 people. The hot tub and fire pit were perfect for the cool evenings. The lake access is a bit of a walk and requires passes. There are people who drive around checking for them. Make sure to follow the guidelines in the house binder and you'll have a great trip!

We had a wonderful stay at Brenda’s home! The space was very clean and comfortable. This was a perfect landing spot for us for a weekend of adventuring in the mountains. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals, and overall the house was cozy and inviting. We appreciated having all the essentials included with the rental (paper towels, dish soap, toilet paper, etc.) The coffee station was also a lovely touch. It is most apparent that Brenda made every attempt to consider and prepare for her guests’ needs. We would definitely book again with Brenda! Thanks for a great stay!

The house was exactly as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and the living area was comfortable with a great view of the mountain across the road. Unfortunately the weather was not conducive for enjoying the fire pit and walking the property! Looking forward to the next time!

We had a wonderful stay at Lori's place. The home is spacious and clean. We had four little kids with us on the trip and they loved exploring the yard and playing with the toys provided in the living room and shed. The adults in the group enjoyed the hot tub at the end of a long day of activities. We enjoyed the fire pit for roasting smores, and if you have a large enough vehicle (minivan or larger) - you can fit the smaller kayak in the trunk and take it to the lake - which we did! I appreciated all of the small details - lamp lighting, cozy beds, laundry baskets in the closets, coffee maker, gorgeous bathrooms, and a ton of windows/natural lighting. Hosts were responsive and helpful. We would highly recommend vacationing at this home!

Our first trip to Deep Creek Lake and the perfect getaway from the DMV for a long weekend. Lots to do there, great places to eat, and the property was fantastic!

This was our second time visiting the house and we all love it. The house and property are great and offer many great amenities. We will definitely return.

This house made us feel right at home. As a mother of 4 with 4 children I appreciated the toys and trampoline so much. Kept my kids completely occupied and the space was clean and accommodating. Susanna went above and beyond for us by making sure we got the space we WANTED and I appreciate her quick response!!

We had a wonderful time at this campsite. The hosts were very welcoming and made sure we knew they were there if we needed anything at all. It felt very safe despite being in such a secluded area. If you are looking for a secluded escape to the wilderness this is definitely a great choice. The creek right next to our campsite was crystal clear and fun to explore and we loved waking up in the morning hearing the creek running. Everything about our stay was just what we needed and we definitely plan on visiting again soon whenever we need a peaceful camping experience to disconnect from it all. Highly recommend this spot!

I was looking for an escape from the pressures of the city for me and my teenager & am so glad I found this place, because our experience at Cabin C at Abrams Creek with Michael as host could not have been more perfect. The site is incredibly gorgeous—our dog was in 7th heaven—and it was impossible not to feel happy waking up to the sound of the rushing creek, and going to sleep warm & cozy in the loft thanks to the electric heat, listening to the forest sounds or thunderstorms on the nights it rained. I was surprised to find a full-size fridge (and microwave!) in the cabin, which made our longer stay so much nicer, and when I needed to get work done or participate in remote meetings, I just set up on the porch in front of the lodge where the wifi is strong and reliable. It was the most relaxing and beautiful "office" I've ever worked in. Michael was kind, generous, and immediately attentive to our every need. We will be returning often!

My fiance and I had an AMAZING time here this past weekend, such a beautiful hidden gem. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the creek and walking around the woods in the morning. You can tell the place is well loved and run by genuine people. Theres so much to explore around and we were given a whole list of places to visit! Already planning more trips to come visit again!

Away from busy our lives; this place is a perfect escape for a couple of nights, to reset and get back to everyday lives. My boyfriend and I came here during March and it was chilly, but still so nice; the trees, the privacy, and the view generally are all peaceful. Made me think during the summer this would be an even better place! The hosts were friendly and they were transparent and clear with communication. I am impressed for a place like this to be able to give my boyfriend and me a sense of peace! Would recommend this for a quick escape or a retreat!

We had a wonderful stay at Sunset Cove. The house was beautiful and spacious, with gorgeous views of the lake just down the hill. The space was very comfortable and our family of 4 with two teenagers really enjoyed the comfortable living room with gas fireplace, the pretty table and comfortable beds. The hot tub was lovely with snow falling all around us, as was the easy access down to the lake. The drive to get in was flat- a bonus with all the snow when we got there and that fell while we were there. We enjoyed cross country skiing along the edge of the lake and also had an easy drive to the trails at New Germany State park. The weekend we were there was a true winter wonderland, and the beauty and comfort of the house made it even more special. The only thing to keep in mind is that while the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pots/pans, there were very few supplies- we only received 2 dishwasher tabs for a 3 day stay and there was not even salt and pepper.

We had a great weekend in this lovely cabin! The house has plenty of space to comfortably accommodate everyone, and is stocked with everything you’d ever think to need. It’s not as close to the waterfront as the pictures made it seem, but it was a nice stroll down to see the water in the mornings.

My wife and I stayed there for 3 nights, a long weekend. We’ve stayed in many homes around deep creek, and this was easily our favorite. We’ll definitely be back!

The house was settled into a beautiful place on the corner of the lake. The hot tub had a wonderful view of the water. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great time at Piney Bear Cabin! It was a very nice winter getaway, about 20-30 minutes from Wisp and Swallow Falls but peaceful and quiet. We gave notice in advance that we wanted to use the hot tub and it was ready for us when we got there.

My family rented out this home for Thanksgiving! The kitchen for the purpose of cooking Thanksgiving dinner was wonderful and had everything we needed. The layout of the home is so well thought out and the finishings are luxurious. The view from the inside looking out at the lake was beautiful for cold and blustery days.

Loved staying at this property! The place was beautifully designed, very clean & spacious, and Krista made check-in/check out very easy. Would love to stay here again!
