This was our fourth stay at Jeff and Anne’s beautiful lake home and it just gets better every year. So peaceful and the surroundings are just spectacular. Jeff was quick to respond to our questions and made sure we had everything we needed for another wonderful vacation.

Mark is very responsive to the texts and any questions about the local area. He is very friendly and laid back. Off the main road, the lake scenes from front balcony are super nice. There is a local dock for fishing, swimming, or launching a canoe. Some good restaurants and a meat-seafood market are nearby for grilling. He supplies everything, so just bring the family or friends to start your relaxing stay. The house was clean and well stocked. This was our second stay.

Kathleen’s home was perfect! We felt comfortable from the beginning. It was well stocked with extras. A great place to visit with an elderly person, or someone with limited physical abilities. There was only two steps, and a walk in shower! I can’t wait to return when the weather is nicer so we can see the beach.

This was our second time staying at Claire's House in Bemus Point, NY. There are eight in our party with a dog. All the instructions and communications were clear and helpful. The layout of the house is great for our group. We can spread out in different rooms on the first floor and the bedrooms and baths are spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We are hoping to schedule soon for Thanksgiving 2025, Two families are from the Berkshires in Western MA and one from Indianapolis. Claire' s home is conveniently in the middle. Bemus Point is very walkable. Bustling in the summer and quiet in winter. There are several places to eat even in winter. No driving necessary.

Beautiful cottage right on the water. Would highly recommend. Farrah had excellent communication skills with everything. We will definitely be staying again. Thank you so much! Right around the corner to fabulous restaurants, tops, Wegmans and many more shops. Parks right down the street

A estadia na casa foi maravilhosa, tudo estava impecavelmente limpo e confortável. Apesar de ter um final de semana chuvoso, eu e meu esposo conseguimos aproveitar a hidro que permanecia quente a todo tempo. Conseguimos caminhar na praia. A churrasqueira funcionou perfeitamente e nos proporcionou um churrasco delicioso.

Great place to stay for kids. The house has a large foot print for multiple families stay in. The remodeling was very pretty and bathrooms were nicely kept with clean new tile and tub. We will rent again.

Mother daughter get a way for much needed R&R. Mom from Ohio and daughter from PA Such a welcoming feel the minute you step in to the yard! So charming!!! We were met with a lovely welcome basket and John made himself available to do a great walk through Comfortable beds, pillows, cozy living room and my favorite seat is the chair in the enclosed back room overlooking the lake. Hot tub was used, and then used some more for watching a beautiful morning sunrise Kitchen is beyond stocked !! Lots of games, record player with vintage albums ❤️ The salt cave, massages, float therapy at Panache & Solz in nearby Jamestown was perfect addition to the required R&R Thank you John for such perfectly located and furnished home. We loved it!!

That view and being right on the lake is outstanding. Friendly Airbnb hostess with tons of advice of what to do in the area. Amish are close by so check out their markets, and just enjoy that outstanding view and lake access on a private beach. I loved everything about my stay here. Thank you so much! As soon as we walked in the door, we felt immediately at home! This was one of the best Air B&B stays that we have ever encountered! My wife was so impressed with how thoughtful the decor was and the welcome basket was yet another detail that we did not expect. The lake view was beautiful and even though the weather wasn't the best, it was the type of place that you could just relax and spend the day right there. Maripat and Tim were truly "Super Hosts" and it was evident with their home and their great communication. They literally thought of everything that you could possibly need and anything else was pretty close by. We had the most relaxing and stress free getaway that we've had in awhile. If our travels take us back to western NY again, I can guarantee that we will be trying to stay at this beautiful place on the lake. If we could give this 12 stars...we would!

David the host was incredibly responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The apartment was spotless and so cozy. The location was perfect, within walking distances to boutiques and restaurants. If the weather was nicer we would have taken advantage of outside activities with the lake being right there. We loved the added touch of the host providing a welcome basket with snacks. We would absolutely stay here again!

Great place to enjoy the Great Lake, Lake Erie

My stay here was great! The place was super clean and had literally everything you needed! It was like being at home but away from home. Liv was very quick to respond to any questions and I had and was very kind and helpful!! Highly recommend staying here!

I went during the off-season - it was easy to get to, Joyce was incredibly helpful and kind! Would definitely love to visit again in the future. She was very accommodating and friendly! I loved the whole eccentric vibe of the town and everyone felt very welcoming and friendly.

A wonderful place to stay perfect for two people! We walked into a warm and cozy apartment that smelled wonderful. Thom sent clear check-in/parking instructions including local restaurants. The apartment was clean and the kitchen stocked with kitchen tools. While we didn't spend a lot of time there, it was a perfect retreat at the end of the day. We would stay again if the opportunity presented itself! One note that is no reflection on the space, it can get a bit noisy as it is located on a Main Street and also close to train tracks and the fire station.

Leanne’s place was so cozy and a great stay for a weekend spent skiing at Peek n peak resort! She was so kind and always responded quickly to any questions we had. She was flexible for our check in and check out times which is really appreciated! Would definitely recommend staying here.

This is an quaint older little place on a very large serene and beautiful easy-to-navigate property with so much character. The home itself was very clean, incredibly well-stocked, tastefully decorated and furnished, and felt like home. The owners or management were available by message if I needed anything but give you space to enjoy your stay which I greatly appreciated. The location was incredibly convenient and easy to find. My dogs loved being walked on such a huge parcel of land and I loved being able to walk out the door and have so much yard to enjoy with them! I hope to stay here again sometime!

This was my second time staying in the studio, and it was as cozy as I remembered. Lovely lake view (with seating), convenient location, friendly area. Highly recommend!

This was our 2nd stay here, and experience was just as great as the 1st! Ideal cottage for relaxing at the lake! Exceptionally clean and had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the fireplace while watching the wildlife activity on the lake! Tina is one of the top airbnb hosts that we've had the pleasure of dealing with!

The Cottage was absolutely perfect. The community was so nice, the scenery was amazing, and everyone was friendly. We walked, ran, and took our little one to the nearby playground, and she loved it! We ate at Fat Willie’s and John’s Wildwood Pizza, and HIGHLY recommend both! This was the perfect house for the three of us, and we certainly plan on coming back. It was so easy communicating with Karen, we did not need to get in touch with her except for check in and out because everything was spelled out so well. When we did communicate, she was quick and thorough. I can’t speak highly enough about the home, community, and overall experience. We CERTAINLY, plan on coming back.

Jan’s place is by far the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Such a cozy home with everything we could ever need and beautiful lake views. Jan made it so easy for us to just roll in and immediately relax. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

This little cottage was adorable! It’s within 15-20 minutes of Erie. We went to splash lagoon, the mall and to the kids museum. There’s an AWESOME playground within walking distance of the cottage. Several great restaurants/diners within a mile of the cottage. Host was very accommodating and responsive. Overall the place is a gem! We will definitely be staying again.

This is a lovely little cottage for 2 people, but can sleep more with the sleeper couch and the attic loft. Love it! This was our second stay.
