Perfect venue for a Thanksgiving getaway with our whole family. Rather than having out of town family staying at hotels, we could all stay together in a comfortable home with a beautiful view.

Adorable place - super clean and comfy. Fully stocked with lots of towels and blankets. Would definitely come back. Great location walkable to the state beach.

So glad I came across this home! The space is great with a beautiful view. Joe was a wonderful host and always responsive and helpful. It was a peaceful getaway to begin the new year. Thanks for everything, looking forward to staying again!

Overall a great space, right next to the ocean and silver sands State Park. Easy to find and available parking. Clean and tidy, space as pictured. Shared back yard. Quick and easy communication with owner.

We had a lovely time at Matthew and Celia's place. It is a beautiful home, not a generic rental but clearly loved and well taken care of. We were given really helpful instructions for how to find it and for anything we needed, and a sweet note and snacks were waiting for us when we got there. Thank you!

Perfect little backyard for our pups, great sunrise from the porch overlooking the water from across the street. Was exactly what we needed for a little weekend getaway.

This is the 2nd Thanksgiving weekend we spent at Deeanna's. Her home is beautiful, comfortable and each detail is thought though in the best way. Deeanna went above and beyond to accommodate my family and we are so grateful to her. The kitchen is perfection and the bedrooms are lovely and comfortable. The scenery and views are breathtaking. Overall, this home is a total gem. Thank you, Deeanna! We hope to come back next year!

We were two couples enjoying the wineries on Long Island. Fabio’s home was the perfect location to venture out from. Fabio was very responsive from the moment he shared the arrival instructions. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. I wish we had some more free time and a warmer season to enjoy the absolutely beautiful back yard space! It was impressive! I did reach out to Fabio for a few questions on our first morning at the house. He was very quick to respond. He was a wonderful host!! Thank you!!

We had a group of 8 adults and 7 kids (5 and under) and the space was great for a large group! There was plenty of room for the kids to run around downstairs and the large yard was fantastic. We were there in the winter so couldn’t take advantage of the pool but we did make a trip to the local beach (5 min drive) and use the fire pit. I definitely recommend Gregory’s place for both larger groups and families! We would love to return!

We stayed at here for a small Bachelorette party on the Northfork for a Winery weekend in early spring. (5 girls total we all slept comfortably!) No matter the weather this house perfect and in an amazing location. It is right near the Peconic Bay with beautiful water views, it is quiet and quaint. The house inside is spacious, homey, clean and beautifully decorated. Nicole said it was okay to put up a some decorations of our own for the celebration. We truly had such amazing time. I would absolutely stay here again!!!! Highly recommend others too as well. We had such an amazing experience and loved every minute of our stay. We want to go back! Thank you Nicole for such a wonderful experience. ☺️

We had such a great time staying at this Milford house! It was even better in person than the pictures show, more spacious than expected. The balconies overlooking the water were great to wake up to, and the small touches that the host added (towels set up and stacked in each bedroom, full coffee bar) made everything that much better! Allana was incredibly kind and responsive, being proactive about check in and check out and making sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely be repeat stayers at this house!

We were all very happy with the check-in/check-out. Instructions were clear and host left helpful information. Beds were quite comfortable. More than enough space for all. Laundry room was a plus. Easy to access town & beach. Lovely place - quiet - clean. Would definitely book again.

Place was clean and reasonably priced for the area. Conveniently furnished with many kitchen appliances. Moderately noisy from the traffic (as you can expect close to the road) and typical noise from the rest of the house. Johnna was very easy to communicate with. Got greeted by a very cute cat as we parked outside :)

This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

Victoria's place was wonderful! It was spacious and comfortable and gave our family plenty of room to spread out and enjoy our visit. Victoria was a very responsive host and made check in and check out stress free and easy! There was ample parking for our cars and the house was private - it was the "house behind the house" so we weren't subject to busy traffic noise on the street. (Got a little confusing for DoorDash drivers but we worked it out :D). I will book this same place next time I am up for an extended weekend with the family. Highly recommend!

This Oceanfront Getaway has amazing views of the ocean from all over the house. We sat on the deck and watched the tide come in, we cooked dinner and watched the tide go out. My family and I took long walks down the very quite beach (right outside the back gate). This section of beach seems to only be used by the people that live in the neighborhood so it did feel almost like a private beach. My kids found so many large sea shells they had trouble picking a few favorites to bring home. There were lots of great places to eat within a short drive. I highly recommend any of the G Cafe and Bakery locations for a great coffee and/or breakfast treat. It was also fun to explore some of the smaller towns nearby like Branford and Niantic both of which offered unique shopping experiences. Marc and team were super responsive and provided many amenities like laundry soap, dish soap, coffee, and creamers. We had so much fun we look forward to a return trip in the future.

The host was extremely accommodating and communicative. This home is absolutely beautiful, the perfect place to stay! We stayed for our daughters wedding and we had all the girls getting hair & make-up done the day of the wedding, it was the perfect peaceful setting. The sound of the waves with the beach back drop is simply gorgeous! If your traveling to Milford, this is the perfect place to stay!! Thank you Victor for a wonderful weekend.

We were gathered from around the country for my Mother s Memorial. It was such a pleasure to stay in such a peaceful environment, as emotions were high. It was healing. Beautiful home, and all directions were clear. If it had been a little later in the Spring and the weather warmer, it would have been even better. I highly encourage anyone to stay and enjoy what the area has to offer in Gregory's beautiful home. You will have a wonderful vacation!

We booked Chase's home SUPER last minute and Mary was incredibly accommodating in getting us right in. We couldn't have been happier with the home, location, or hosts. It was the perfect long weekend getaway for our 4 adults and two kids under 2. It seemed like almost a new home, everything in pristine condition and very tasteful decor. We like the lazy susan they had on the dining table so much we ordered one for our home! Just an awesome experience all around! Thanks Mary! Top tip: IF you want to walk out to Charles Island at low tide you actually need to arrive to the crossing point 30 minutes or BEFORE low tide. We trekked out there with the kids AT low tide and were instructed by the local life guards that it was already too late to cross as there wouldn't be enough time to get to the island and back. No biggie and it was still VERY cool to be out in the ocean on a narrow strip of sand. Also, we found Jimmy's Apizza to be great pizza when you inevitably order out.

We had such a great time at this beach house! The place was super clean, and everything was easy to find. The directions were clear, and the host was awesome—gave us great ideas for things to do in the area. We had a blast and would definitely stay here again!
