Felt very welcome and suited us for our needs as we were in Norwich for the weekend for a sports event. Room was very clean and hosts were friendly and helpful :)

I had a fantastic stay at Matt’s place in Brundall, Norwich. The home was very nice, clean, comfortable, and had a warm, welcoming feel. One thing that really stood out was the thoughtful touch of having some food essentials ready for us in the fridge like bread, butter, milk, eggs, and orange juice, as well as tea and coffee. It made settling in so easy and was much appreciated after the journey. Matt was a very friendly and helpful host, easy to communicate with and always willing to assist if needed. I’d definitely stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Thank you Matt

Great value for money accommodation in a quiet rural location but close enough to pubs and public transport. Good location for exploring the wider area by car, bicycle or train.

We had a lovely stay here, we were attending a wedding and so didn’t get to make the most of the beautiful location. The annex is separate to the main house, is exceptionally clean, access to the garden was via large bi fold doors to the back with a lovely garden and scenery to enjoy a morning coffee. Arrived to the log burner lit and the house ready for us. Tea/coffee and fresh milk had been left which was gratefully received. The kitchen well stocked for cooking and everywhere clean and tidy. Hosts were so friendly and great at communicating quickly, next time we are travelling in the area would definitely stay here. Can recommend in the summer for the peace of countryside with a pub a short walk away, or a cosy retreat in the winter.

All good! Suited our needs very well. Lovely quiet location. Alison was a very responsive, flexible host, and we particularly appreciated the welcome pack. The younger ones loved the games selection!

Homely corner for exploring the local area, thank you Roddy and Mrs Roddy (and Winston the Labrador!) for a comfortable stay. A friendly welcome, and the breakfast things and snacks were a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay here, the place was very clean and hygienic. Located in a beautiful area with lots of great places to visit. Hosts were very helpful and placed was well equipped. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

My son and I had a wonderful stay at Penny’s house. She and her husband are amazingly friendly hosts and they did everything they could to make us feel welcome. The house is full of character and feels very homely. It’s got everything you need, nice bed, kitchenette and a comfy sofa. We found it easy to walk into town or catch the bus at the end of the road. All in all we had a great time and hope to be back one day!

The Pavilion was comfortable and well equipped, close to some beautiful walks and many excellent pubs. Liz was a very responsive host and to be met with milk, bread, butter, eggs, marmalade etc - all you needed for breakfast - was much appreciated. The beautiful bunch of daffodils was also a lovely touch. We had a great weekend and thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

This place is more than worth the value and is a wonderful quiet peaceful location, with countryside views and facing the sunset all very clean and tidy was a pleasure to stay .

Lisa was extremely responsive and friendly. We had a very pleasant stay. Only two things to point out, the accommodation we were in is very comfortable but it is two bedrooms and two bathrooms but no real living room. One small point is that the fridge does not have a freezer, in case you were needing ice!

Absolutely stunning area, we felt like we were in paradise. The annex is gorgeous and more than comfortable. It was luxurious. Aline was so welcoming and friendly, we felt right at home and very cared for. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

absolutely lovely accommodation bigger than the photos show sitting room gets a lovely sunny afternoon/evening through the patio door with your own patio to sit on great comfortable bed. with plenty of storage units in the bedroom shower is nice and is quite large kitchen area is also nice good area for local walks village 5minute walk ideal accommodation for a nice and relaxing break

What a fabulous place. So glad we chose it - it didn’t disappoint. Super clean, comfortable - everything you needed. On a great spot with lovely walk along the broad within minutes. Great for spotting birds and wildlife. Owners are very friendly but allow you your own space. We hired a boat from broads tours at wroxham on the first day and explored Winterton and Horsey on the second. Loved the fur and feathers pub - great for beer and lovely evening meal. Huge portions. Kitchen well equipped - loved our bbq looking out over the broad. Can’t think of a bad thing to say

My stay at Kingfisher Lodge was the perfect weekend escape for me and my little staffy Freya, the properties garden is wonderful, great fun to explore and a perfect suntrap to indulge in a good book! The accommodation was clean and cosy with everything needed to relax and feel at home, with added goodies including bread, butter, eggs, jam, milk, tea, coffee, a fruit bowl and wine/beer. I slept great, the mattress was super comfy and the location is peaceful and quiet whilst being 10 mins drive from the lovely town of Bury St Edmonds and a 2 min walk from Norton Park which is a must if you're staying with a dog, it's a lovely walk with woods, a river and even a maze to enjoy. The host was friendly and accommodating and made our stay the best it could be, as did his lovely little dog Georgia. Would happily revisit. 5 stars all round.

Dallas was a perfect host. My room was clean and fresh and the little touches like cereal and treats was lovely. I have no problem recommending people to stay here.

We had a nice stay at the annexe, it was cosy and well equipped, it had everything we needed for our stay. Really nice touch with breakfast items, milk juice provided. The bed and sofa bed were comfortable, we will have no hesitation to book again

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the annex. The place was spotless , warm and very homely. Lucy kindly left some fresh eggs from the chickens in her garden and also some delicious home made bread. A lovely location within easy driving distance of Cambridge. A great place to stay and we hope to come back again.

If I could've given 6 out of 5 stars, I would've. Tim and Rachael's air bnb exceeded my expectations. They were wonderful at ensuring I knew when to check in and how. The place was spotless, cosy, quiet and warm. The bed was really comfortable. Both my daughter and I were delighted to find home made easter themed biscuits, a selection of snacks and drinks. There were even colouring pencils and stickers left out for my daughter. I couldn't rate them highly enough and will definitely look to book with them again when I'm back in Norwich. Thank you Tom and Rachael for such a wonderful stay.

This Air bnb is exceptional, Mary & Graham are wonderful hosts and the property is spacious and really comfortable. Fantastic welcome pack. We definitely recommend and hope to go again in the future.

This is the third time we have stayed at Thomas’s place and we had had another great experience. It is a lovely property in the heart of the countryside with excellent facilities.

Very nice little Airbnb. Just off the beach and lake. Really lovely location. Was well equipped and lovely responsive host. Very affordable and good value, would come back!
