Beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath in a good neighborhood!

Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located house. In a calm neighborly part of town it is a block away from a beautiful park and within 5 minutes from the hospital, downtown, and Scotts Bluff Monument. The house is the left (east) side of the duplex. it has 2 bedrooms with a queen bed in each room. along with a very comfy futon in the living room that can folded out into a bed thats a full sized bed. 1 spot in the carport and BBQ grill is also provided!

We have great internet, making it easy to work remotely if you'd like! We know you'll love it up here as much as we do!

The backyard has one of the best and largest state of the art disc golf courses, acres of beautiful trees, tennis courts, skate parks, city pool and more. The inside gives you a sense of peace and comfort, it is quaint but cozy with 700 sq feet available. $5 uber ride into old town, if you don't prefer to use the trail to bike. Can’t beat this location!!
