This apartment was just as described, and perfect for my needs. I visit OH a couple of times a year and from now on this little gem will be my first choice! It’s clean, cozy, and centrally located.

I would stay with Peter each and everyone I visit the college Hill area. Bar none this is the best Air BNB location I have ever stayed at!!

Tara's place was quiet & comfy! The space is large which we didn't expect, but we enjoyed the space! The bed was super comfy!! The kitchen table was set which was a very nice touch! When we visit family again & if her space is available, we will be happy to stay here again!

Great studio apartment. Easy check in and clear instructions. Super clean. I really appreciate the cleanliness, easy parking and all the extra amenities. It’s obvious that this unit is well cared for and we would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this listing enough! Not only was Angie incredibly communicative throughout the stay, but before as well! Traveling with an 8month old and a dog is stressful, but Angie was always quick to answer my questions about the space which gave me great peace of mind from the start. This was one of the most well stocked and thought out listings we have stayed at and we greatly appreciated all the little touches, from the cozy backyard to the snacks and breakfast items Angie provided. We were comfortable from the start.

Great hidden gem of Seven Mile! You wake up to the smell of fresh brewed coffee in your own oasis. Everything is absolutely spotless, but also very cozy. I recommend this Airbnb to anywho is planning on staying in Seven Mile! Great host and great space!

Perfect! So nice to come ‘home’ to while cleaning and clearing out my own house ahead of my move out of state. Loved the privacy and peaceful quiet. Open floor plan gave me a chance to do last minute sorting of my stuff 😊

Dawn’s space was a wonderful place for my daughter and I to stay in between doctor’s appointments. It was calm and relaxing, clean, smelled fresh, and the bathroom was amazing! I loved the tub and even got to take a hot bath to relax- the perfect tub for that! The space was open and clutter free, yet had everything we needed. She had personal touches and so many amenities- everything we needed- and all the kitchen utensils we needed too. It was spacious and open, yet intentional and well-decorated- making it feel homey and cozy while also feeling fresh and fancy! Dawn was kind, helpful, considerate, and quick to respond! Thanks again for allow us to stay- we’ll definitely be back!

Book it already!! Super quaint and fairly secluded just what we were looking for. Suite was super clean and the property grounds were beautiful. We even got the last look of the tulips out back.. I’m sure in full bloom they are amazing. Location was easy to find and close to anything you may need. Definitely will look at booking again

A wonderful little place.If you are a couple and want a cozy place to enjoy one another's company, this is a great place to visit, and if one of you make a mistake, you can go just a short distance down the road to K.Rae Designs and buy a piece of jewelry and make it all better.We will go back if we have the chance.Thank you Gary.

This location was further out than I anticipated. However it was nice and quiet. I will definitely use the host again

Our plans may have gotten cancelled due to the weather, but Letrice’s place was a nice respite. Hot tub was lovely, and it was super sweet that she got us snacks that we liked. I would definitely stay at Letrice’s place again if we come back for the Ren Faire!

This was just what we were looking for. Mainly a place with a spa, some place NOT in the middle of many other houses. The house has other tenants connected to the house, but this was never a problem. We love that the spa was INSIDE, as the days we were there, it was cold outside! We love the shared backyard; we never saw anyone else outside. We did see five deer the field behind the fenced in yard! The area is peaceful. And though it's "in the country", it was never too far from where we needed to be. The drive was peaceful and traffic-free. The house itself was SUPER clean! It had everything we needed. We couldn't figure out how to get the tv in the back spa room to work, but we enjoyed being able to log into streaming on the reg tv in the living room. We may have to come back next year, and if so, and if it's available, we'd definitely stay here again! Also, we had an issue with our car and she was able to recommend a reputable mechanic in the area!

Greta was attentive and responsive! The space fit the needs perfectly. I would certainly stay here again.

We have stayed here mutliple times and have already booked to come again. Lovely accommodations, near bike trails, great hiking, and if it rains there are lots of options in nearby Dayton. Kathryn is warm and hospitable and we appreciate her recommendations for restaurants and live music. Always a joy to stay at Kathryn's place in Yellow Springs.
