Perfect location! 4 minute walk from the beach! Lots of fun bars--I really enjoyed the Clevelander. There is some noise from construction. Friendly staff on the premises. Fridge, microwave, stove, and even paper towels, plates, bowls, silverware, and a few cooking utensils. Really great stay! Really excellent! I just got back home and already wish I was back there! I was very impressed by this condo! Very clean, very spacious, and the views were phenomenal! It's also centrally located with easy access to the freeway, the airport, Miami Beach, Little Havana as well as tons of great restaurants and bars in the surrounding area. Kat was wonderful and very attentive. Overall, highly recommended!

The condo was nice and clean and as described.. Great location downtown Miami, rooftop heated infinite pool and tulum restaurant on the 15th floor. Self parking was $15 daily and a block away. There four 5* star restaurant within walking distance.

Me and my friends had an amazing time and were very comfortable staying at their house. Would recommend for large groups and the amenities allowed for lots of fun! Thanks again!!!

Great house, absolutely astonishing. The only flaw was that one of the basketball rims needed some maintenance as it was lob-sided. That mattered to us because we rented the house because of the bkb court. But the rest was just even better than the pictures.

The whole family enjoyed the location. we were close to family and the kids had a great time at the park. We loved that the park was within walking distance. the location was also in close proximity to popular spots which was a bonus. Our host kept up updated as it relates to information we needed to have. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected and as shown in the photos. House is located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access. When I had questions the host responded quickly. All good! Would likely stay there again if I have family visiting.

We had a wonderful family stay in Miami, and this beautiful Airbnb played a big part in it. The property is impeccably maintained, with great attention to detail and a clear sense of care from the owner. The host was exceptionally responsive—above and beyond what we expected. The neighborhood is safe and pleasant, with a large supermarket just 3 minutes away by car. It’s also conveniently located about 15 minutes from the airport and a short drive to downtown and the beach. Highly recommended!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Viki war für den Preis top! Sie war super erreichbar und hat alles mehr als ausführlich im Vorfeld beschrieben, sodass keine Unklarheiten aufkommen. Die Lage ist sehr gut und die Wohnung ist innen sehr schön. Ich habe in einer anderen Bewertung gelesen, dass die Möbel in die Jahre gekommen sind, das stimmt meiner Meinung nach nicht -> die Wohnung bzw. die Möbel sind einwandfrei. Mir hat alles sehr gut gefallen, würde definitiv wieder bei Viki buchen.

Amazing customer service from Host and concierge. Location is amazing super close to everywhere we needed to be. Smallest thing and not really a complaint just have had other Airbnb provide us with extra toiletries, had to purchase more paper towel and toilet paper and trash bags but they had a mini store in the lobby so was easy to get more. Will definitely be coming back

Tous s'est très bien passé, Viki est très réactive! Ayant eu un problème de wi-fi, elle a réglé mon problème dans les 5min. Du a une très forte pluie, le mur de la fenêtre a été endommagée légèrement mais elle a mis quelqu'un sur le problème en rien de temps. Je reviendrais avec grand plaisir, merci Viki!

Renting from the same host for the second time felt like coming back to a familiar, welcoming home. The location is unbeatable—perfectly situated to enjoy all that Miami has to offer, from nightlife to stunning beaches.The apartment was, as always, impeccably clean and beautifully maintained, with a bright, airy feel that instantly puts you at ease. We did encounter a minor hiccup with the door lock this time, but the host was fantastic—quick to respond and incredibly helpful in sorting it out, making the whole experience stress-free.Everything about this stay was wonderful.We’re already looking forward to our next visit—this place has become our go-to spot in Miami.
