We loved our stay here. The place was super clean, cozy, and had a great vibe, exactly like the photos, maybe even better. The floor-to-ceiling glass windows and all the trees outside made it feel like waking up in a jungle tucked away in the city. The location was also perfect, with great spots to eat and explore nearby. Super smooth check-in and great communication. Would totally stay here again!

I went down to Gaviotas with some friends for a weekend away. The house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of rooms and spaces for everyone. There are labels on every single light switch and all over the front door and kitchen which was a little overkill but the stay was really pleasant and will definitely rent there again. There are security guards at the front which made us all feel safe and there a local private beach maybe 5 min walk

It was a great stay. Nice apartment near the center of San Miguel. Just 10 minutes to drive. Nice overview to the City. Would book again.

Como recomendación para los próximos que quieran rentar, el lugar es bastante grande por lo que recomiendo ir en grupos grandes. Excelente lugar, instalaciones y alberca; lo disfrutamos mucho. Lo único que vimos un poco mal es que por ratos entra y sale mucha gente de mantenimiento y se perdió un poco esa sensación de privacidad pero igual solo en área de alberca. Definitivamente recomiendo la propiedad y la atención que tuvimos por parte del anfitrión fue buena.

La casa es hermosa y súper cómoda. Tiene todo lo necesario para pasarlo muy bien. La alberca y jacuzzi están padrísimos. Es un fraccionamiento muy tranquilo. La atención de Marisol es lo mejor de lo mejor! Es súper linda y amable, cocina riquísimo y te atiende y consciente de maravilla! Siempre al pendiente de lo que necesites. Nos quedamos con ganas de estar más días, sin duda volveríamos.

This house was incredible! Actually better than the pictures. Everything was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen is really well equipped, we cooked a few meals and had everything we needed. The space outside by the pool is unreal, and views really are spectacular! Javier was attentive and available when we had questions. The location is good too, right between Ensenada and the wine country. The community is gated with a guard making it feel very safe. We had a great time and will definitely be back.

This is the second time I have stayed in this home and I absolutely love it. It is the perfect house for big groups. It has plenty of beds and common space areas. This house is clean and fully stocked with anything you could possibly need. I also fully appreciate the private gated parking. I can’t recommend this home enough. Maria Virgina is a pleasure to work with, great and responsive communication. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

It was a good place! We had some inconveniences happened when on our stay but they responded quick! They did everything to fix the stuff for us. Very nice people!! I recommend their place!!

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Beth’s Airbnb! The location couldn’t be better it’s in a very safe neighborhood and just minutes away from everything, making it super convenient for exploring the area. I always felt comfortable walking around, even at night. The cleanliness of the home was truly outstanding. Everything was spotless and well-maintained, making the space feel fresh and inviting. It’s clear that Beth takes great care in ensuring a high standard for her guests. Beth herself was a fantastic host friendly, attentive, and always ready to help if needed. My family & I stayed at Mike & Norma’s for 4 nights. We loved it! Great location, walkable distance to the beach & close to gear places to eat. Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is a peace of paradise in Bacalar! We have been in the “palapa” with our two young kids and everything was perfect. The location is completely beautiful. Plenty of colourful flowers, the lagoon right in front. The birds in morning. Haven! Marissa is a perfect guest, she has the best devises of Bacalar. Follow her! We were sad to leave! Can’t wait to come back one day!

As a super host and the owner of multiple Airbnbs, I must say that this was an incredible home. The casita sprawls across two levels, each bedroom being private and comfortable with ensuite washrooms. There are multiple common seating areas, one for dinning, one for games and cards and another for evening drinks and watching the views. The pool is pleasantly heated and the yard is beautifully designed with lots of plants and decor. This is a perfect spot for 3 couples who want to have privacy but also be in the same home. I will certainly visit again!

We are returning guests because we love everything about this rustic little gem. Sitting high on the cliff overlooking the ocean with steps to the beach. Our check-in was easy and communication was perfect. The location is walkable to restaurants, bars, and a corner store. This accommodation is very dog friendly as is the beach. We will return soon!

La casa es muy bonita, amplia y cómoda, aparte que se encontraba super limpia. No esta muy cerca de la playa pero es una zona muy tranquila si vas en familia o amigos, no tiene vecinos molestos, cuenta con mucha privacidad. Ampliamente recomendada, la volvería a rentar sin duda.

La casa está hermosa, pasamos días muy agradables en familia. Todo coincide con la descripción del anuncio. Tanto Sandra como sus empleados fueron súper amables desde que llegamos, nos atendieron muy bien. Seguro regresaremos pronto.

Súper linda la casa, el señor muy amable y la señora que nos recibió también, nos la pasamos muy agusto disfrutamos mucho la estancia, lo único que le ponemos pero es que no está la casa a la orilla de la playa, pero todo lo demás lo disfrutamos mucho!!

It was a beautiful place. Looked like the pictures, but so much better. We only spent 2 nights. We used the pool and walked to the beautiful La Ropa beach. The views were amazing. We would definitely book this again.

Todo muy bien, todo coincide con las fotos y sin duda me volvería a hospedar todo perfecto para una estancia tranquila.

Casa Toscana was pretty much the perfect spot in Sayulita for my wife and I, our 11 month old daughter, and my in-laws. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed it immensely. The courtyard is absolutely gorgeous, the pool was refreshing on hot afternoons, and the home was clean and comfortable. The AC worked well and the kitchen and bathrooms were clean, had plenty of hot water, and the water was drinkable. Bill and Kathy were great hosts. They're super responsive and very friendly. We really enjoyed getting to meet them. The only issue we encountered was that the baby equipment (pac n' play, stroller, booster seat) was quite dated. The pac n' play had a bad odour (which Bill and Kathy did their best to address) but we ended up renting one from an amazing local company. (sayulitababyrental dot com) Bill covered the balance of that rental and we really couldn't ask for much more from an airbnb host. We absolutely would, and hopefully will, rent from Bill and Kathy again.
