We slept incredibly well from the first night - the waves are right below the apartment, exactly as described. We were very happy with our stay, and sad to leave. We loved our stay! We will 100% stay here again when we come to visit family. The apartment was very clean- the bed in the master bedroom was comfortable and had a lovely balcony and view! The location is perfect- we would wake up everyday and walk right across the street to the beach. Beatrice was a great host- very responsive and helpful when we needed assistance with anything!

Abbiamo apprezzato molto l'appartamento: spazioso, luminoso, molto pulito, curato e tranquillo, e l’ampia terrazza, fornita di tavolo, sedie e tre sdraio. Inoltre, la posizione è assolutamente unica, direttamente sul mare! Il lungomare, il centro con diversi ristoranti e la stazione dei treni sono raggiungibili velocemente a piedi. Inoltre, in pochi minuti d'auto è possibile raggiungere un fornitissimo supermercato. Paola è stata molto gentile, ci ha fatto trovare diversi generi alimentari di prima necessità ed è stata prontissima nel rispondere ad ogni tipo di richiesta. Davvero un soggiorno indimenticabile, grazie!

This apartment has a spacious seaside balcony, with direct access to the beach. The apartment is clean, and the washing machine is a plus. Francesco maintains excellent communication, and is a good man.

Siamo stati molto soddisfatti del nostro soggiorno in questo B&B! La posizione è ottima, comoda per visitare la città, sul lungomare e con molte attività nei dintorni. La struttura è accogliente e pulita, dotata di tutti i comfort necessari in un appartamento. Ma ciò che ci ha colpito di più è la gentilezza e la disponibilità dell'host, sia Paolo ma soprattutto il figlio Giacomo sempre pronto a rispondere alle nostre esigenze. Consigliamo vivamente questo B&B a chiunque cerchi un alloggio confortevole e ben posizionato. 5 stelle meritate! Torneremo sicuramente 😊

We kregen een bijzonder hartelijk welkom in het heerlijke huis direct aan het strand. Vrienden van Enzo stonden klaar met uitgebreide informatie en een lekkere fles rosé (dank Ewa en Salvatore!). De supermarkt en een geweldige koffiebar zijn op loopafstand. Het huis is niet bijzonder luxe ingericht maar daar ben je niet vaak. Op het strand, op het balkon of onder het huis in de schaduw is het erg fijn! De airco in iedere kamer werkt uitstekend. De trein komt een paar keer per uur dicht langs het huis, maar 's nachts rijdt hij niet. Dan is het lekker rustig. Wij bevelen het huis zeker aan!

Very comfortable and clean fully equipped apartment. Very accessible for my family of 4. Convenient location to entire area and highways. Close to a supermarket. The air conditioner was a big plus as it is not typical for the area. Plus as an added bonus there is a small clothes washer. I highly recommend — particularly for families.

Ich bin sehr zufrieden, direkt am Meer mit Fels/steinküste, dadurch hat das Meer immer ein schönes Türkis und das Wasser ist sehr sauber. Parken auf dem eingezäuntem Grundstück und der Pool - der sehr groß ist- macht den Aufenthalt perfekt, auch dass draußen noch Tische zum Essen sind.. und natürlich die Außendusche… TOP Von hieraus kann man viele Orte gut mit dem Auto erreichen. Der Vermieter auch sehr nett… auch sein 92 jähriger Vater und sein Bruder… sehr herzlich Vielen Dank

Fint og praktisk hus med alt det man trenger! Veldig rent. Herlig stor terrasse med utsikt til havet. Rent og fint basseng like i nærheten. Gåavstand til strand, gratis solsenger og parasoller. Krystallklart vann. Vi fikk rask og god hjelp av Britta og co da AC i stuen ikke virket. Dette stedet kan virkelig anbefales!

Massimo is a very friendly and helpful host, everytime available if there should be any questions. We loved staying at his house on the calabrian countryside with cows, sheep and olivetrees as our neighbours. We would come back anytime without hesitating.

Ambra and Orazio are extremely welcoming and helpful hosts. The price of the stay is justified by the amazing sea view, the private access to it (a stones and pebbles but comfortable beach, with pristine water) and the vast, beautiful and well equiped ground. The house is relatively large and niceless decorated. It is good to be aware of a few details: barely functioning internet, some noise from the road (it can be an annoyance at night from the bedrooms) and old windows. Overall, it is nevertheless worth recommending.

Il mio soggiorno al residence San Ferdinando è stato semplicemente fantastico! La struttura è moderna e ben curata, con tutti i comfort necessari per rendere il soggiorno estremamente piacevole. Le camere sono spaziose, pulite e arredate con gusto, il che ha contribuito a creare un'atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Marino, il nostro host, che si è dimostrato estremamente cortese e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Marino ci ha fornito preziosi consigli sulla zona e sulle attrazioni locali, permettendoci di vivere un’esperienza autentica e indimenticabile. La sua premura nel rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto è davvero encomiabile. Consiglio vivamente il residence San Ferdinando a chiunque desideri trascorrere una vacanza all'insegna del relax e del comfort, con la sicurezza di essere accolto da un host eccezionale come Marino.

Great place for a short stay. Was kind of loud at night but the music from outside was nice to listen to.

We stayed here only for one night on a road trip. It would be perfect for a beach vacation as well, as it is right on the water and walking distance to restaurants. And yes, the terrace in the pictures is big, beautiful and only for this airbnb! The only draw back is there isn't much indoor seating for many people.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Lage zum Meer war perfekt und die Wohnung war sehr sauber und geräumig. Schade nur, dass direkt vor dem Gebäude die Zuggleise liegen, sodass es immer mal wieder laut wurde. Damit muss man aber in ganz Calabrien rechnen, weil dort überall die Zuggleise leider entlang vom Meer verlaufen. In Bova Marina selbst, ist leider wenig los und nicht viel zu tun, sodass man immer mit dem Auto fahren musste. Für Tagesausflüge muss man meistens sehr weit fahren. Ich denke, dass man im Sommer mit vielen Strandtagen besser dort aufgehoben ist. Giuseppe war aber zu jeder Zeit zu erreichen und hat uns viele Tipps und Ratschläge gegeben und konnte uns zu einem günstigeren Preis (als die, die man im Internet findet) ein Mietauto besorgen.

Abbiamo trascorso 2 settimane indimenticabili in questa splendida villetta al mare. La location è perfetta, a pochi passi dalla spiaggia. La villa è spaziosa, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per una vacanza rilassante. Il parcheggio è gratuito ben custodito nel residence. Un ringraziamento speciale va agli host, che si sono dimostrati estremamente gentili e disponibili. Dal momento della prenotazione fino al check-out, sono stati sempre pronti a rispondere a qualsiasi domanda e a fornire consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni. Ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa! Consiglio vivamente questa villa a chiunque cerchi un luogo tranquillo e accogliente per godersi il mare in piena tranquillità Non vediamo l'ora di tornare, grazie di cuore.

Wonderful host, warm and extremely helpful. The apartment is brand new and has absolutely everything you could need or want. We were 3 people and we were all very comfortable. There are even 3 TVs! The beds are comfortable and we slept very well. It was easy to park nearby and there is a great bar literally round the corner for breakfast. It’s 6 mins walk to the museum. Carmelo was very sweet and kind even when we unfortunately arrived late due to a train delay.All in all I’d stay here again without hesitation!

What a fantastic stay! The room is obviously quite small but it wasn't an issue, especially when the focus is on the spectacular view! Being able to see Sicily light up in the evening, falling into darkness a little earlier thanks to the hills behind its coast was very special. As was being able to see Etna! The location of the place is also fantastic - right next to the promenade and shops, easy to get to the train station for our trip to Scilla and the ferry over to Sicily, and perhaps most importantly very near Gelato Cesare 🍦 Michelangelo was a very welcoming host :) would recommend this place!

Das Haus in Scilla besticht durch seine erstklassige Lage direkt am Meer und die Nähe zum Zentrum, was unseren Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht hat. Alessandra hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles Wichtige erklärt. Pierluigi war immer erreichbar und gab uns viele gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Insgesamt haben wir unsere Zeit in Scilla genossen und die charmante Atmosphäre des Ortes sowie die Nähe zum Strand sehr geschätzt.

The apartment was simply amazing! The huge terrace with uninterrupted views of Scilla beach was perfect for relaxing, watching the cruise ships and also eating outside. We stayed a week and could have stayed longer as it was just perfect.

È una casa bella è dotata di tutto, la posizione strategica a poca distanza da tutto sia dal mare che dal centro città con ottimi collegamenti autobus e treno vicinissimi. La vera peculiarità è che Giovanni ti fa sentire a casa. E con lui tutto il palazzo ti accoglie e ti accompagna nel soggiorno. Atmosfera calda e gentile e inquilini simpatici e premurosi. Abbiamo soggiornato per un periodo abbastanza lungo e ci siamo ritrovati a affezionarci a “casa Mimma” e tutto il palazzo che non ci ha fatto sentire mai soli sempre con discrezione e cortesia. Giovanni è gentilissimo e sempre pronto a qualsiasi cosa, è pragmatico e intraprendente. La casa è una piccola oasi nella giungla della città. Accuratamente ristrutturata e arredata da poco, si vede la cura dei dettagli e l’attenzione per l’ospite.Dal balconcino si vede il mare e la Sicilia. A pochi metri si trova la strada principale con un supermercato fornito,casalinghi,tabaccaio Consigliamo questo alloggio caloroso e confortevole
