Renta de lofts vacacionales en Metropolitan City of Genoa

La casa, pur essendo dotata di elettrodomestici e arredamenti un po’ datati, ha tutto il necessario, è molto accogliente e in un’ottima posizione. Paola è stata molto disponibile e ci ha fornito utilissimi consigli per la nostra vacanza.

Ottima esperienza! Paola è stata carina e disponibile…ci ha fatto anche lasciare la valigia dopo il Check out così da goderci anche la domenica prima del treno. Casa curata e dotata di tutti i confort, super luminosa!super consigliata

Wir hatten 2 super Tage in Diegos Wohnung. Man ist unmittelbar im Hafen, der Zugang zur Innenstadt ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt. Wir haben spontan gebucht und Diego war verbindlich und schnell in der Kommunikation, gerne wieder!

Beautiful apartment in a quiet part of the city. Luisa was an exceptional host!

Met onze drie kinderen hebben we Genua bezocht. Paola heeft een zeer uitgebreide beschrijving gegeven hoe we het appartement konden bereiken. Het was een soort omgekeerde escaperoom met speurtocht door de smalle straatjes van de oude stad. Erg leuk en nuttig. Het appartement was voorzien van alle gemakken (zelfs een wasmachine en was rek, speelgoed en boeken). Heel sfeervol appartement met twee leuke slaapvides. De badkamer is klein, douche lijkt heel erg mini maar als je erin staat dan gaat het toch wel. Minder geschikt voor hele lange mensen. Houd er rekening mee dat het restaurant beneden erg lekker is en dat het bij goed weer elke avond druk is met gasten. Dit geeft wat drukte. De luiken houden wel wat geluid tegen. Appartement ligt centraal in de oude stad, dichtbij de haven, ideaal voor een bezoek aan Genua.

Very responsive and gave us clear instructions to enter the studio. We were very happy with the place and it was perfectly situated in town next to a coffee shop with fresh pastry’s aswell as ice cream shops and a 24hr convenience store :)

Nel cuore di Genova,accanto a piazza DeFerrari .ossia il meglio. Ho trovato facilmente l'ubicazione , nonostante le vie strette e intersecanti tra loro e tipiche della città-. Un chiaro approccio col proprietario che mi ha dato le indicazioni di casa, Ambiente molto carino ,parlo dello studio, attrezzato di tutto il necessario;letto comodo, bagno pulito.Unico neo, nonostante boiler presente, l'acqua tarda un bel pò a divenire calda.Per quanto riguarda il resto cè il cuore pulsante della città a 20 passi,un ottimo ristorante nella stradina sopra immediatamente parallela. Consiglio lo studio anche e soprattutto che devono restare poco tempo a Genova e hanno bisogno di rapidi e facili collegamenti.zona dotata di fermata metro

Wir wurden von Sandra äusserst freundlich empfangen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Eine private Treppe führt direkt zur Strandpromenade. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!

The unit is amazingly spacious, with two bathrooms. It is convenient to restaurants, shhopping, activities... Eleonora and her son are Very gracious hosts. I suggest they improve the lighting in the upstairs bathroom. And personally, I would suggest a matched set of versatile wine glasses. I would definitely stay here if I am back in Genoa.

Beautiful place, cosy and comfortable! Very central. Communication was great. Loved it would definitely stay again.

I spent a month and really enjoyed. The Loft. The loft is roomy and a nice place to relax and enjoy the sites and sounds of Genoa. Central located to public transportation and makes it easy to get around the city. Carlo has a great love for the history and culture of Genoa and likes to share that with his guest. He is very accommodating and helpful during my visit. Very easy to walk to the port and also to Piazza Ferrari. Definitely will stay there on my nextvisit to Genoa.
