Alojamientos vacacionales en renta en Metropolitan city of Catania

We were two Canadian couples staying for 5 nights (after visiting Milano/Genova), with a car that we rented at Catania airport. We arrivred at 9PM but our host Nando was communicating us and received us in person. Upon arrival, fridge had some complimentary sandwiches, juice drinks and snacks, and a delicious homemade cake. Lovely place, peaceful, spacious, additional to detail, comes as advertised. Beautiful 180 degree view, when sitting outside by the pool, and even from main salon/kitchen. Loved the bedrooms and in particular the high quality mattresses and sheets. Made good use of the washing machine as we had a lot of laundry from our first week in Italy. Nando was very thoughful and proactive in checking in on us and suggesting places to visit and eat at. Good location, about a 10-15 minute drive to Taormina parking and a short drive to get on highway to visit Mount Etna or Syracuse/Ortigia. We had a wonderful stay in Sicily, thank you Nando!

Außergewöhnlich schönes Anwesen. Die Anlage ist wunderschön in Terrassen angelegt. Der Pool und das Ambiente ein Traum. Die kleine Wohnung ist ideal für eine Familie mit 2 Kindern geeignet. (so ab 6 Jahre). Das Grundstück liegt ca. 500 m über dem Meeresspiegel daher ist es immer etwas Kühler als direkt unten am Meer. Die Anfahrt mit dem Mietwagen, der ist nötig) ist ein wenig abenteuerlich :-). Man wird bei der Ankunft sehr nett in Presa abgeholt damit man den Weg findet. Ein Sportwagen sollte das Mietauto nicht sein. Der Weg zum Grundstück ist schmal und die Bergstraßen sind nicht immer die neuesten. Für Ausflüge an der Ostküste ist diese Wohnung gut geeignet. Catania 45 min, Taormina 30 min, Syrakus 2h Fahrtzeit. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Danke

Faren til Roberta tok oss varmt imot og lot ikke språkbarrierer være til hindring for praten. Trecastagni er et sjarmerende sted og leiligheten er ekstremt godt plassert. Bildene i annonsen fanger ikke hvor fin utsikten fra takterrassen faktisk er. Fra den fikk vi mange idylliske frokoster og VIP-plasser til et vulkanutbrudd. Vi angrer på at vi dro derifra.

Posizione molto comonda, vicina alla stazione e al centro della città. La strada è un pochino rumorosa la notte ma se si è particolarmente sentibili consiglio dei tappi come ho fatto io e si dorme benissimo! È un quartiere splendido e ricco di vita. Serena è stata molto disponibile con consigli e suggerimenti. Grazie ancora!

Séjour 4 nuits à Catane en avril 2025, 1 couple avec une ado. La petite maison est très facile à rejoindre à pied depuis la gare (1/4 d'h), la navette aéroport (5 minutes) ou la gare de bus Piazza Paolo Borsellino (10 minutes). Ses principaux atouts sont sa proximité des principaux lieux de visite de Catane (Cathédrale, Palais Biscari, la via Etna, le marché aux poissons, etc.). La maison elle-même est très agréable à vivre. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation, mais celle-ci doit être bien utile au cœur de l'été. Les équipements sont bien entretenus (cuisine, connexion internet, bonne literie). Tout était d'une propreté impeccable. Paola est très réactive et très bien organisée pour transmettre dès notre arrivée toutes les infos utiles. La place sur laquelle se trouve la maison est dans un quartier populaire, mais tout à fait safe. La place elle-même peut être un peu animée en journée mais les soirées sont tout à fait paisibles. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Charmant endroit pour résider dans la région, près de Syracuse, Taormina et autres magnifiques sites à visiter. L’accueil de Giovanni y est aussi pour quelque chose. On se sent là comme dans la Sicile authentique. La terrasse très agréable est parfaite pour siroter un bon vin de l’Etna après une journée sportive. Propreté et ameublement impeccables. Je recommande !

Alloggio molto bello, pulito e accogliente! Elvira è stata davvero disponibilissima e ci è venuta incontro per alcune nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

beautifyl place up on the slopes of the etna, vieuw of the whole Island. nice garden with fresh fruits and a copy house with everything tou need. the owners were very flexible and helpfunctie with everithing and had great recommendarions about the Area. thnx for having us !

Matilde, Maria y Francesco fueron muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. A pesar de no coincidir con ella presencialmente, Matilde se mostró en todo momento disponible y dispuesta a ayudar, aportando recomendaciones de lugares y preocupándose por que nuestra estancia en la ciudad fuese lo más agradable posible. Las instrucciones para entrar al apartamento eran claras y este estaba limpio y ordenado. Muy recomendable.

When you opened the doors you looked out on the sea! It was a really nice place in a beautiful location. If you are wanting to visit Catania and Taormina this a great place between each of those cities. . It was also close to Mt. Etna. The host was also very helpful and responded right away to any need or request that we had.

Casa deliziosa e host super! Consiglio a tutti

We hebben als stel een geweldige tijd gehad in deze heerlijke Airbnb. Het contact verliep erg gemakkelijk, de gastvrouw- en heer waren snel qua reageren en hielpen bij vragen. Het tennisveld, het zwembad en de rest van de faciliteiten hebben ons een geweldige afsluiting van onze vakantie bezorgd. Bovendien zijn de eigenaren enorm lieve en hartelijke mensen. Veel dank - en wij vinden dit een echte aanrader! Liefs.

L'appartamento è molto spazioso, estremamente pulito, curato nei più piccoli particolari e dotato di tutto il necessario per una piacevole permanenza. Il bagno è di ampie dimensioni con un'eccezionale doccia, la sala/cucina è ben attrezzata e la camera da letto molto luminosa. Completa il tutto un piccolo giardino con area relax e dondolo con vista mare. Sebastiano e suo fratello si sono dimostrati più che ospitali, consentendoci il check in in tarda serata nonostante lo scarsissimo preavviso ed accogliendoci con una graditissima bottiglia di vino e dolci della zona; sempre pronti a fornite utili consigli e tutto il supporto richiesto. L'alloggio si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a pochi passi dal grazioso lungomare di Aci Trezza, in posizione strategica per visitare rinomate località: Etna, Taormina, gole di Alcantara a meno di un'ora di distanza

Eine tolle Unterkunft und eine noch tollere Gastgeberin - wahrscheinlich die netteste, die Ich je über Airbnb getroffen hatte. Besonders toll war die Begrüßung - mit Wein und sizilianischen Eis- und Gebäck-Spezialitäten, aber besonders aufmerksam fanden wir die zwei Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank, denn nach einer langen Reise ist diese Geste besonders Zuvorkommend. Anschließend bekam Ich noch eine Liste mit Restaurant-Empfehlungen. Die Gastgeberin war ansonsten sehr gut erreichbar und auch sofort zur Stelle, wenn etwas war (wir hatten uns z.B. einmal ausgesperrt ;) ). In der Unterkunft fühlten wir uns sehr wohl. Obwohl man sich den Pool-Bereich teilt (die anderen Zimmer im Haus), hatte jeder seinen eigenen privaten Bereich - man hat es also kaum gemerkt. Es war sehr ruhig und idyllisch, obwohl es an der Hauptstraße liegt - wie eine kleine versteckte Oase. Es war alles sehr schön und wir konnten hier sehr gut entspannen. Definitiv sehr zu empfehlen.

The house is in a quiet turn of Trecastagni not far from the coastal attractions of Taormina, Catania and Syracuse. Situated on a hilltop overlooking the sea the views are amazing. The house itself is lovely as can be seen in the photos with generous living areas and ample outdoor spaces to relax and enjoy the views and bask in the sun. We wished we could stay a little longer! Ivano and Laura are kind and considerate hosts. Very easy to communicate with, and their recommendations on restaurants, tips on local attractions were spot on, we felt very well looked after.

Sehr schöne, funktionale Unterkunft. Gute Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Alles, was man braucht. Absolute Empfehlung. Einziges Manko: Nachts hin und wieder laut von der Straße.

Grandiose Gastgeber mit wundervoller Unterkunft in atemberaubender Umgebung - definitiv zu empfehlen!!! Wir haben eine unfassbar schöne Zeit verbracht: im Haus relaxt, jeden Tag neue Orte entdeckt und auf Empfehlung der Gastgeber unvergessliche Momente erlebt. Sucht ihr Sizilien live mit dem Gefühl zu Hause zu sein, seid ihr hier richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder! Danke EtnAroundYou!!!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön der Pool war sauber und auch die Anlage sah sehr gepflegt aus. Es sind insgesamt 4 Apartments auf dem Areal wobei die Villa Esclusive die wir gebucht haben ein einstöckiges Haus ist. Der Pool ist zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung es sind aber genug Liegen und Schirme vorhanden. Der Check-in war etwas mühsam da die Hausbetreuerin leider nur italienisch gesprochen hat es konnte aber mit Google alles besprochen werden. Ein weiterer Pluspunkt war der Snack und Getränke Automat und die Parkplätze direkt am Gelände.

The house was incredibly clean and the host was very responsive. Dario was helpful at every stage and was an incredible host. The place was in the perfect location by the water with many great restaurants right outside. Would highly recommend!!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Ramona ! Le logement est magnifique, fidèle aux photos, et très propre ! Très bon emplacement à proximité des points d’intérêts de la ville. Ramona a été très réactive et adorable par message.

Sono tornato con grande piacere nella casa di Alessandro e ancora una volta l’esperienza è stata impeccabile. All’arrivo sono stato accolto con un graditissimo dolce benvenuto, un gesto che dimostra la sua attenzione e cura per gli ospiti. Alessandro si conferma un host di prim’ordine: disponibile, gentile e sempre attento ai dettagli. La casa è perfetta, pulita e curata in ogni aspetto. Consigliatissima! Grazie ancora, Alessandro.

We absolutely loved our stay at Alfie and Monica’s place. The gardens and pool made it a welcoming place and the apartments were very nice, clean and comfortable. The location was excellent for our daily trips to Taormina, Etna, and the many wineries. Monica gave us excellent restaurant recommendations of nearby and Sicilian cuisine, including one just up the street that we loved and are at several times. Monica and Alfie were exceptional host and have an exceptional property that I will recommend to family and friends.
