Andrea was a fantastic host and had a fantastic home. He met us on the first day at the agreed time and guided us through his beautiful home, including the hot tub. Andrea was very responsive to our messages, often within a minute, and was able to meet every request. He even alerted us to an Etna eruption, which we enjoyed from his beautiful garden. Andrea's place is very comfortable and has amazing views of bothEtna and the nearby beach communities. His home includes all the amenities to have a comfortable and relaxing stay regard of how long. We would absolutely look forward to staying in his place again. 5 stars!!

Pobyt w apartamencie był fantastyczny,wszystko było dokładnie tak jak w opisie. niczego nam nie zabrakło. Na wyposażeniu było wszystko czego potrzebowaliśmy i czego nie potrzebowaliśmy również. Relaks na tarasie nawet w czasie deszczu był odprężający. Dario był pomocny pod każdym względem. Zdecydowanie polecam

thanks for the lovely time in Sicily. the view of the sea is amazing and the sunset from the bedroom terrace is spectacular. ideally rent a car that can handle the lovely cobble stone road leading to the house 🏠.

Schöne Unterkunft in Catania, leider ohne Balkon, das hätten wir uns noch gewünscht aber alles in allem sehr schön- vor allem der Whirlpool und die Einrichtung.

La casa è veramente bella, mobili antichi, lenzuola ed asciugamani ricamati, tutto curato nei particolari. Sembra di essere ai tempi de il Gattopardo! Camere spaziose e pulite. Giardino grande e ben curato. Host reattivo e gentile. Sempre presente per ogni necessità. Tutto fantastico. Consigliatissimo! soprattutto host gentile e simpaticissima !

We loved our stay at Katia’s and Ricardo’s. They were so welcoming and accommodating, just as many of the other reviews have said. We had thunder storms the first day, and as my son had a broken arm and couldn’t get his cast wet they kindly let us check in early which really helped us. The apartment itself is really clean, equipt with everything you need. The garden space is just beautiful, the views, the fruit trees, the pool and hot tub! We really appreciated that space and was great for the children. You do need a car to get around, but they have a gated drive so you could park safely. They is so much to do in the surrounding area. We spent most of our time in Taormina, it was our favourite place. We also went to mount etna which our kids loved. If you have any questions Katia is very helpful, and very quick to respond. I would highly recommend for families or couples

Assolutamente perfetto! Ho passato un weekend di massimo relax. La sauna, la vasca idromassaggio, tutto perfettamente funzionante ed efficente. Appartamento spazioso, pulitissimo e pieno di stile e tocco personale. C’è anche un fantastico terrazzino privato. Giuseppe è un ottimo host ed una persona molto cordiale e disponibile. La cucina è fornita di tutto fra utensili da cucina e basilari come sale, olio e altro. Gli affreschi sono abbastanza recenti quindi molto luminosi e creano un’atmosfera molto piacevole. Torneremo sicuramente per qualche altro weekend all’insegna del relax. Grazie ancora di tutto! Dario e Aisha

Es gibt nicht viele Airbnb-Unterkünfte, die mit einer gewissen Einzigartigkeit glänzen. Toninos Objekt zählt zweifellos dazu. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber gepaart mit einer makellosen Wohnung und einem SPA-Bereich, den man gerne selber hätte. Alle technischen Einrichtungen funktionieren, Betten, Möbel und Küche sehr gepflegt. Das Sahnehäubchen ist der große Jacuzzi im Außenbereich. Sauberes Wasser und funktionierende Technik. Wahlweise open air oder auch vollautomatisch überdacht. Privatsphäre ist selbstverständlich. Tonino ist immer ansprechbar und antwortet innerhalb einer Minute. Die Wohngegend ist ruhig und am Ortsrand. Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar. Ein PKW sollte dennoch vorhanden sein. Während unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes konnten wir trotzdem sehr schöne Ausflüge nach Catania, an den Ätna und an die malerischen Buchten machen. Wir empfehlen diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt und bedanken uns für die Herzlichkeit, die uns entgegengebracht würde.

Nous avons été accueillis très chaleureusement par Benedetta, malgré une arrivée très tardive dû à un retard d’avion. La communication a été très fluide, et Benedetta a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un séjour agréable. Je recommande de prendre la demi-pension avec la Cheffe Rita : cuisine typiquement Sicilienne, familiale, c’est un vrai + pour le grand groupe que nous étions (18 personnes). Les extérieurs et toutes les installations qui l’accompagnent sont fabuleux ! Piscine, grande véranda avec musique, baby-foot, billards, ping-pongs…. Les intérieurs se divisent en 3 logements distincts : 1 appartement en rez de villa, et deux chalets. Ils sont un peu plus rustiques, et les chambres de l’appartement sont sans fenêtre. Mais nous avons fait avec, et finalement l’ensemble du séjour était très agréable. Mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de Benedetta et sa famille , merci à vous.

Villa Gorna is an amazing location with fantastic hosts. The property is as described and photos are accurate. A lot of care was taken to put nice extra features. Orazio was very responsive and helpful, with offers available for tours etc. We had a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

The check-in was flexible and easily arranged. The villa was beautiful and very comfortable for two couples, located outside of the city which makes it easy to unplug and relax. Thanks for a lovely stay.

We had a nice Easter break at this villa. Pina was an amazing host, always very responsive and ready to help with all our questions. There are stunning views from the villa and we loved sitting out in the terrace each morning and in the evening. We were even lucky to have an amazing display of the Etna erupting while we were staying there and took amazing photos. The only downside of this villa is that 2 of the 4 bedrooms have really tiny shower cubicles. The villa was very clean and well equipped and very spacious.

Had a lovely stay at this beautiful villa! Was the perfect place to celebrate my friend’s hen do, with plenty of rooms and showers for the girls. The pool and hot tub was a bonus in a beautifully decorated outdoor area. Only downside is the difficulty of getting cabs in the area, which I believe wouldn’t have been a problem if we rented a car. Salvo and his family kindly helped us by picking us and dropping us to the airport as needed, and was always available and so responsive on the chat. Definitely recommend!

This villa is perfect for a family stay. It’s a beautiful escape from the city, but conveniently located within an hour drive from Taormina and catania. The hospitality that Isabella and her husband showed in preparing the villa for our family’s needs and helping to coordinate activities for us to do was the icing on top of the cake. Would absolutely stay here again

Toller Aufenthalt in dieser ruhigen Unterkunft auf dem Berg! Die Lage ist traumhaft, perfekt zum Entspannen. Der Pool war stets sauber und lädt zum Abkühlen ein. Besonders die große Terrasse mit Grill. Das Haus ist sauber und sehr gepflegt, man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es werden zudem Extra-Services wie Frühstück, Abendessen oder Massagen gegen Aufpreis angeboten, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer macht.

Our time at Mario’s house was amazing. The pictures do not do justice to the views from all parts of the home. The property is unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. It is huge and beautiful. The home is very safe and is surrounded by a gate, including the driveway. The surrounding area is quaint and very walkable. There are cafes and small shops. We were a party of 8, with two families of 4. There was plenty of space for us all to stay comfortably. Mario and his family were kind and gracious hosts. We would absolutely recommend staying here and my children have asked how soon we can return :)
