Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con área de asientos al aire libre en Metropolitan City of Cagliari

Wir haben uns bei Marco und Elena sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war ein sehr entspannter und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Marco und Elena sind sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Unserem Kind wurden direkt bei der Ankuft ein Kinderfahrrad und viele Spielsachen für den Strand gegeben. Die Unterkunft ist so wie beschrieben und sehr sauber. Gute Bettwäsche/Handtücher. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 1.OG (first floor) einer Villa und ist wie beschrieben über einer Außentreppe erreichbar. Man hat einen privaten Balkon, eine überdachte Terasse unten und einen eigenen Gartenanteil mit einer Außendusche. Die Gastgeber wohnen unten, man sieht sich aber kaum, außer Kontakt ist gewollt. Ein Stellplatz für das Auto und eine Waschmachine sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Ein kleiner ruhiger Strand ist in 5 Min zu Fuss erreichbar. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurans sind in 10 Min mitm Auto in Pula erreichbar. Bei Marco kann man Fahrräder und ein Kanu kostenfrei ausleihen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Très jolie maison avec tout le nécessaire et dans un superbe cadre arboré (le jardin, et, au-delà, la pinède) à deux pas d'une belle longue plage très agréable pour les enfants. La pinède est en outre un lieu bien sécurisé pour que des enfants puissent jouer sans risque, à la période où on y était, qui était peu touristique. Simone a été extrêmement flexible sur les horaires (dans notre cas horaires franchement mouvants), et toujours très amical dans sa communication ! De plus, et cela devient rare sur Airbnb, le prix annoncé est bien le prix que vous payez (pas de surplus de type location de draps ou serviettes, taxes de séjour etc.). Je recommande !

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

Très bon séjour chez Paolo qui a été un hôte exceptionnel et qui a su s'adapter malgré nos retards, encore merci ! Le logement est très joli, il y a tout le nécessaire, il est propre et spacieux. Très beau cadre !

Jolie maison dans une résidence au calme a deux pas de la plage. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour passer un super séjour (climatisation, barbecuew jeux de plage...). Ludovica est a l'écoute et hyper réactive. Je recommande.

What a wonderful place! We have been here for a week and really enjoyed every day. The house is wonderfully quiet and has everything you need. Thank you Gabriele for your hospitality and all the great tips! Our first introduction to Sardinia, but certainly not the last!

La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto, curata, nuova e funzionale. In cucina non manca nulla, è presente tutto come a casa! Bagni pulitissimi, doccia grande. Grazie anche all'host che ci ha accolto e indicato ogni dettaglio della casa.

This immaculate and well equipped freshly renovated appartment, responsive host and gorgeous surrounds made our holiday. We stayed in Andrea's appartment in April for 2 weeks, using it as a base to hike and bike in the region. The appartment was spotless and equipped with all the essentials for cooking, working remotely and keeping house. We really appreciated the mattresses, pillow options and linen. They were some of the most comfortable airbnb beds we've slept in. Our daughter (8 years) played in the small garden with the dog, cats and other children most afternoons. Andrea's welcome document was thorough and included many great recommendations. Andreas parents (who live down stairs) were super friendly and helpful and really made us feel at home. The village is small but close to gorgeous beaches and trails. We were pleasantly surprised with the food options in nearby Pula. Take note that while there are plenty of holiday activities available, off-season offerings are limited.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in der Wohnung von Maurizio und Samantha. Am Anreisetsg wurden wir persönlich begrüßt und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Die Wohnung entspricht den Bildern in der Anzeige. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und besonders den schönen großen Balkon genossen. Ein Auto ist hilfreich, da die Nahe Umgebung sehr ruhig ist und nur wenige Restaurants oder Geschäfte dort sind. Das Parken war sehr unkompliziert direkt vor dem Haus möglich. Die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Man bekam immer schnell eine Antwort und auch während des Aufenthaltes gab es die Möglichkeit Fragen zu stellen und wir hatten viele Empfehlungen für die Region erhalten. Wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Wohnung gefühlt und würden jeder Zeit wieder kommen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wir haben die Unterkunft wie beschrieben vorgefunden und mit ordentlichem Grundstock ausgestattet. Es gab Kaffee und Tee und Waschmittel/Spültabs sowie Shampoo und Sonnencreme. Tolle ruhige Lage in Strand-Nähe. Wir empfehlen dieses Haus weiter :-)

Wir waren 8 Tage bei Letizia. Sehr nette und freundliche Dame. Perfekte Wohnung im pervekte Lage-Altstadt (5 Minuten-zu -Fuss). Supermarkt 5Minuten -zu Fuss entwern). Gute strategiesch e Punkt!!!!! Wichtig Wohnung ist sehr schön -jeder Kleinigkeit hat Charme. Merk man sofort gute und funktionelle Geschmack. Sehr sauber natürlich. Sehr große Tarasse. Für uns war alles perfekt. Ich kann weiter es empfehlen. Ich bedanke mich herzlich😊👍👍

Had a great time , the apartment was in a great location close to shops ,sites and restaurants .l would definitely recommend staying here to explore Cagliari and the beautiful island of Sardinia. Fiona

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’appartement, bien situé pour explorer les environs. Nous y avons séjourné 3 nuits avec notre fils de presque 6 ans. La ville et les commerces sont facilement accessibles à pieds et cela reste suffisamment animé même fin octobre. L’appartement est au calme. Le check-in s’est fait facilement à notre arrivée et Matteo est resté joignable pendant tout notre séjour.

The apartment is comfortable and big, it's in a nice street, exactly in the city center. The terrace has sunlight in the afternoon and it was amazing working from there while sunbathing 😎 Also Matteo is a great host, he's friendly and super helpful. Thank you again for everything, I loved every minute I spent in Cagliari! ☺️

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit großartiger Aussicht und tollen Stränden in der Nähe sowie gute Erreichbarkeit von Cagliari. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, alles nötige vorhanden inklusive Grill etc. Die Kommunikation ist sehr gut, Simonetta ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und man darf sogar Gewürze aus dem Garten nutzen. Eventuell teilt man sich die Terrasse mit anderen Mietern, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Alles super!

Die Dachterrasse war das nonplusultra. Echt toll. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und gebadet. Marwan war immer erreichbar bei grossen und kleinen Fragen. In der Wohnung fehlte es an nichts! Den Kaffee holten wir uns gleich vis a vis, war sehr praktisch!

Прекрасна,чиста квартира для короткочасного перебування і ознайомлення з містом.Розташована в самому центрі в історичній будівлі з великою терасою з видом на порт.Однозначно рекомендую бажаючим зупининится в Cagliari.

O apartamento de Lorenzo é novo, a decoração é maravilhosa, extremamente limpo, bem localizado, próximo de farmácia, supermercados, cafés, tabacaria, restaurante e principalmente perto da praia. Lorenzo é um anfitrião muito educado e prestativo. Nós recomendamos o apartamento de Lorenzo.

We loved staying in this apartment, it was nice and clean, had a giant window, air conditioning. Several coffee shops close by. Easy to get on bus to go downtown. Apartment just 1 block off beautiful beach

Die grosszügige, helle Wohnung mit tollem grossen Balkon ist im 1. Stock in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. In der Wohnung hat es Alles was man braucht inklusive tolle Bücher über Sardinien. Wir waren zu dritt dort und haben uns wohlgefühlt. In der Nähe befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria. Für die Einkäufe ist ein Auto von Vorteil. Das urbane Cagliari kann man mit dem Auto, aber auch mit dem Bus ereichen. Der Flughafen Cagliari ist ca 20 km entfernt. Federico ist ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Die Kommunikation mit ihm war schnell und problemlos sowohl fürs check-in als auch für Tipps und Ratschläge für die Umgebung. Gerne wieder :-).
