We had a wonderful stay at Piero’s villa! Quiet, coz, beautiful surroundings ! It was exactly what we needed after the hustle and bustle of Rome and Florence. Piero is an excellent host. He went above and beyond to help us. He drove us to the market and to train station on the day of a holiday when transportation was scarce. I would highly recommend this gem!

We had a wonderful long weekend in Bologna and our accommodation was perfect - great decor, very clean and fully equipped with everything you would need for a relaxing weekend. The location is superb, just off Piazza Maggiore and everything worth seeing is walkable from the apartment. Excellent place!

Beau gîte avec un jardin calme et très accueillant. Lits très confortables. Gentilles intentions de la part de Tiziana qui avait confectionné de bons petits biscuits appréciés aux petits déjeuners pris dans le jardin. Bonne adresse pour visiter Bologne Parme et Modène...

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf. Het huisje en tuin zijn geweldig. Ook de parkeerplaats is een groot pluspunt. Perfecte plek om te verblijven als je naar Bologna gaat.

We were a group of 3 couples traveling together and this was the first location on our trip. We all loved this beautiful home!! It was very large so we had plenty of room to gather but it also felt very private for each couple. The location was perfect to explore Modena. Very walkable to all restaurants and sites. Frederica was a lovely host who made several reservations for us and was very easy to communicate with. Staying here was a fantastic experience and all of us would stay here again! Thank you for sharing your beautiful family home with us.

The apartment is very spacious and cozy. It was very clean and it is located in a small and quiet village. It could have a few pots to make cooking easier but the rest was great. The owners were very kind and responsive.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung, die der ideale Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt in Bologna ist. Lucia ist die perfekte Gastgeberin und es gibt nichts, was an dieser Wohnung nicht wunderbar wäre. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Exceptional location in the heart of the city center. It's a well appointed one bedroom with easy access from the train station and airport. The space is clean and comfortable. This was my second stay and my choice location when I return to Bologna again.

Wir hatten drei angenehme Nächte in Francas Unterkunft. Sie ist etwas außerhalb gelegen aber gut mit dem Bus angebunden. Wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe séjour chez Andrea, appartement autant fonctionnel que rempli de charme! Le quartier est parfait pour un séjour en couple, l’ultra centre est facile d’accès et la rue super calme! Réservez les yeux fermés!

Points positifs : 1/ très bien situé, un peu à l’écart du centre touristique, mais à 2 pas de la via Zamboni et à 10 mn à pieds de la piazza Maggiore ; 2/ appartement bien équipé, confortable et propre ; 3/ Mirko est très accommodant, sympathique et donne de très bons conseils sur Bologne qu’il connaît très bien. Points négatifs : il n’y en a pas !

The apartment is walkable to everything! Very safe entry and complex. Lots of space to relax and enjoy. The street noise is a bit loud at night but a pair of earplugs plugs so the trick! We slept great! We would definitely recommend Valeria’s apartment for your stay in Bologna!!

L’appartement est beau, très bien équipé, propre et fonctionnel. Le nécessaire pour le petit déjeuner est fourni, et dans le quartier on trouve des épiceries. L’appartement est à 10 minutes à pied de la gare. Piazza Maggiore est à 25 minutes de marche en ligne droite. Seul bémol : le bar en dessous de l’appartement et sa terrasse qui se trouve sous les fenêtres de la chambre. Les bruits métalliques forts, probablement des chaises et des tables déplacées sans soin sur le plancher en céramique, des portes métalliques claquées avec force, sont dérangeants jusqu’à très tard dans la nuit, parfois jusqu’à 2h30. S’y ajoutent les discussions animées, la musique forte parfois, la diffusion de prière certains matins dès 7h et la forte odeur de chicha sur la terrasse qui empêche d’ouvrir les fenêtres. Pour le touriste de passage avec de bons bouchons pour les oreilles la nuit ça va, surtout que l’appart est impeccable. Cela doit être pénible et usant à long terme pour le voisinage.

Le logement est très spacieux, confortable et bien équipé. La vue autour du logement était incroyable entre les vignes et les collines. Gianluca est un hôte très discret et a été réactif lors de nos demandes. je recommande ce logement

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

Appartamento come da descrizione, rifornito di tutto l'essenziale. Zona comoda per visitare il centro storico nonchè molto vicina a tutti i servizi di prima necessità. Josefina è stata da subito molto gentile nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Abbiamo trascorso un ottimo soggiorno.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

Casa molto curata e pulita. Buona la posizione. Molto bene attrezzata e fornita di tutto il necessario, carta igienica, sapone, finanche zucchero caffè e tutto ciò di cui si necessita.Unica pecca il parcheggio nn smp facile da trovare e i rumori del condominio, un po' fastidiosi dato il piano terra. Nel complesso consigliato.

We had a great time! Franca welcomed us kindly and gave us excellent recommendations! The apartment was clean and well equipped, we ate out most nights but were able to cook at the apartment some nights too which was a nice change! A bit out of the centre but we enjoyed cycling to and from places and it was a fairly quiet area. Some noise from being close to the station which was fine and unavoidable. Franca couldn't have done more to make the experience enjoyable! Overall a lovely stay and I would recommend and stay again. Bologna is a beautiful city!
