La casa è molto ben curata nei dettagli. Peccato x l'aria fresca altrimenti avremmo fatto il bagno in piscina. Bellissimo giardino molto ben curato. La cucina è enorme. Molto simpatica anche la proprietaria del bar difronte alla casa. Non saprei cosa aggiungere. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e siamo stati benissimo. Complimenti a Miriam da tutti noi.

Sehr netter Gastgeber, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkunft in altem italienischen rustikalen Still. Gibt es alles was man braucht, 1 Stunde mit Auto nach Bologna und Modena, 1,5 bis Ravenna und Burg Canossa. In der Nähe die Käserei mit leckerem Parmesan. Kamin war grossartig, wir haben tolle Abende mit dem Feuer und Filme von Fellini genossen. Im Gasten planen die Gastgeber eine Rekonstruktion , damit er auch den Touristen viel Freunde bereiten kann.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Truly an Amazing place if you look for peace in the middle of the forest. There is a train line 40min by walk to visit Bologna and Firenze. Many hikes around and a super friendly host! Will go back for sure!

Le logement est agréable, situé dans un environnement calme, et il est très bien équipé et moderne (équipements cuisine et salons récents, système de chauffage/climatisation...). Marco s'est montré chaleureux et professionnel (vérification des pièces d'identité, taxe de séjour, réactif dans les échanges sur l'application, accueil avec présentation détaillée du logement...). Il a su s'adapter pour que les indications d'horaires du check-in soient respectées malgré une réticence initiale. Nous avons passé une agréable journée et nuit sur place. Merci beaucoup !

100 Sterne würden wir Tiziana und Roberto geben wenn dies möglich wäre! Du kommst an, wirst willkommen geheißen und fühlst dich einfach nur wohl! ( selbst gebackener Kuchen!🍰) Es fehlt an wirklich nichts, alles ist vorhanden und du kannst beruhigt abschalten! ( auch für Kinder bestens geeignet!) Es steckt so viel Liebe darin, das kann man spüren und sehen!! Blitzsauber und makellos! Selten sowas erlebt! Laura is the perfect host. Always ready, and more than willing, to help with everything, even matters outside the scope of the stay itself. The home was nice and tidy upon arrival, and it felt like the place was properly reset from whenever the last guests left. The dog and cats are as cute and friendly as displayed, but be careful of the little striped kitty, he might attempt to wrestle with your foot if you let him. By car the location is great, as it allows you to retract from the wildness of the city once you feel like you have saturated your senses for the day.

Francesca molto elastica e disponibile, fin da subito! Tutto è conforme alle foto e l’appartamento mantiene le aspettative, anche per la sua qualità prezzo. Ci faremo sicuramente un pensiero di nuovo se dovessimo ricapitare!

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen und eingerichtet! Wir haben uns direkt sehr wohl gefühlt und die ruhige Lage sehr genossen. Man kann zu Fuß super schnell in den Ort gelangen und dort etwas essen und trinken wenn man möchte. Marco ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Weine sind ebenfalls sehr zu empfehlen! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

My husband and our two children had the Devine pleasure of staying on the top floor of this beautifully renovated villa, which is located on a beautiful estate and has a beautiful view of the country side from one of the windows. The apartment was gorgeous and perfect for two adults and two kids. Our host was very friendly and hospitable and greeted us with a glass of local wine, cheese and fruit. We took a swim in the large in ground pool and relaxed on the lounge chairs before going to the near by town of Imola, to take a walk around the very cool castle. Bologna is a 25 minute drive and definitely worth a visit. Perfect stay in a perfect villa. Thank you so much for sharing it with my family.

Claudio was a great communicator from when I booked till when we had lkeft and realised we had left a mobile phone behind. He met us on check in and made sure we knew where we were and where we could eat or shop. The apartment was a great sized space and suited us as 3 males on a business trip perfectly. He even gave me a bottle of wine and had plenty of Nespresso coffee. The shower was great with strong water pressure. Beds were comfy. Would definitely stay again

siamo stati benissimo l'unica cosa che hanno descritto della quale non ho letto errore mio, non ci sta l'ascensore ma il resto è stato talmente perfetto che non ci possiamo lamentare. lo consiglio a tutti che vorrebbero riposarsi bene

Überaus freundliche und zugewandte Gastgeberin. Paola hat uns des Öfteren mit kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten und klasse Tipps versorgt und war immer für uns da. Das Haus selbst war sehr sauber, ruhig, gut ausgestattet mit eigenem wind- und regengeschütztem Plätzchen direkt vor der Haustüre. Gegenüber eine parkähnliche Anlage mit Sitz- und Liegegelegenheiten. Insgesamt alles außerordentlich und liebevoll gepflegt. Ein „Paradies“ in der Emilia.
