If you would like a taste of peaceful countryside we would love to welcome you to our detached dormer bungalow set in a acre of field and garden with probably the most amazing views ever. So whilst the area is quite rural it is conveniently situated between Leeds and Manchester and only 10 minutes from the M62. During your stay regardless of your group size you will never be sharing with strangers as we only host guests in the same group.There is also ample secure gated parking on the drive.

We moved to this characterful house in Tadcaster 4 years ago, slowly renovating with a ‘Fawlty Towers’ vibe. This room is on the first floor and is en-suite. We are near several wedding venues & Bramham Park for events and happy to host families with little children on the sofabed and dogs if they’re ok with our cat? We also have a local taxi minibus for booking. Tadcaster is halfway between Leeds & York with many local historic towns for exploring or a great stopover on longer journeys.

You will have access to the shared spaces in the rest of the house, including two bathrooms (both with showers, one with a bath), a well equipped kitchen, cosy living room with wood burner, bar area, gym and garden- shared with myself and usually other guest/ guests. Towels, toiletries, tea and coffee, will be provided.

Your room is large and comfortable with a TV. All surfaces are cleaned with rubbing alcohol. You are welcome to use my small garden which was the police yard. A light continental breakfast with good coffee is provided. In addition you can also book a reiki /crystal session for deep relaxation.
