The primary suite offers direct access to the covered patio for summer dips in the pool and evening Sunsets. The 4th bedroom is huge and could be used as a second living area. This gorgeous casita is located just a few short blocks (about 1/4 mile) from the plaza in Old Mesilla where you will find tons of great restaurants (mostly delicious Mexican food), wineries, bars, unique shopping and fun events. There is a market in the square on Fridays and Sundays with neat jewelry, art and other local treasures. The area is rich in history and culture and has many tales of days when Billy the Kid and Pat Garrett used to wonder the village.

We are within 2 blocks of the historic Mesilla plaza with its farmers market, shops, galleries, restaurants, and walking trails along historic acequias (canals).

I am living in this home as one of my primary residences but I’m traveling the world and will make it available so you can also enjoy it. You can watch a movie at the Fountain Theater, that shows independent and foreign films. This home fits 6 adults comfortably with a large backyard for smaller kids to play. Home has central heat and air and private parking. Plenty of places to make great memories.
