Clean, neat and close to the ocean - the gated community it’s in has a lot of security and is quiet and peaceful.

Rosalba is one of the best hosts I’ve ever stayed with. She deserves great things coming to her in life for how kind she is and welcoming she made her home. I would stay here 10 times over again. Beautiful house and great location. I recommend 100/100 for anyone trying to get away for a weekend.

My family had a blast during our stay. It was cozy and we felt like at home. Check-in was fast and easy. The grounds keeper was nice and so helpful. Martha was also attentive and helpful with answering questions. We wouldn't mind staying there again!

Staying at Diane's place was nothing short of incredible. All of the bedrooms and living rooms were clean, spacious, and home-y. The view from the balcony isn't a full panoramic view of the ocean, but still visible enough to have some morning coffee and appreciate the beauty of it / get a good sense of the waves/break. I was seriously impressed by the amount of kitchenware for cooking (even had a cast iron). Beyond the space, Diane was an incredibly caring and attentive host with incredibly quick response times to help us with any of our questions. Would highly recommend this place + come back again. Thanks again Diane!

A very comfy clean condo! Had everything you need to enjoy a lil family getaway in Baja. Beach is walking distance from the back gate of complex and Rosarito Beaches are like 5 minute driving distance. Very easy to get into condo and security was very helpful in getting situated.

The place was just as described. The whole place was ultra clean. Very safe and quiet area. Neighbors respected your street parking space. Plenty of hot water. Had a bit of an issue with the tv initially but Carlos was very responsive and took care of it. The AC was fantastic as the weather was very warm and a bit humid outdoors. Great places to eat in the area. Overall a good experience. Would definitely return again.

Everything was as listed, no complaints! Parking is very secure, and water pressure is good, hot water too! The host made everything clear on the listing and her welcoming you once you arrive made it better.

Had a great stay at Alicia’s place in Quinta Del Mar.. We were there for Mother’s Day weekend. Which was a blast for everyone that joined us. The community was very clean. Security 24/7 not once did we feel unsafe. Staff and security were very helpful. Pool area and restaurant were very clean and the staff was amazing. Shrimp ceviche was the go to out in the pool area. Alicias place is steps from the beach. Horse back riding, atv riding on the beach. It was a great stay. Hope to be back there for Memorial Day weekend.

Loved the place, Leo is so nice and friendly made me feel like I was home. I booked the place last min and Leo waited for us to get there around 9pm and gave us a tour of the house and outside. I would for sure come again and stay at this igloo.

Our family of five stayed in Celeste's aparament for six days. The casita matched the description, the big garden with the swimming pool exceeded our expectations. Although we did not meet personally (since Celeste was off while we were there), the contact was very agreable, with proactive communication from her side and quick answers and fixes whenever we had a request. Thank you for having us - fully recommend the apartment!

we really enjoyed the stay... I would love to book again... my only issue was that the homeless camp outside my balcony window downstairs was a eye sore.. and having to look at their trash and use of drugs was hard to explain to my grandkids. there were a few things that need attention... the patio door Handel is loose.. tried tightening it, but there were no tools.. the ice machine spit out ice a few times on its own.. so if you're not there, it melts on the floor. great place other than that... I would love to book again in September.

Todo nos gustó bastante, el departamento tenía todas las comodidades, solo que el jacuzzi no funcionaba bien, pero tenía un buen acceso a la playa justo enfrente y muchos lugares cerca para comer

Going off of all the other reviews - you can’t beat the oceanfront view of this place. Easily tops as one of the best airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Had access to pool, jacuzzi, and direct beach access. Check in was a breeze. It is 10 min away north from the action of Rosarito. Nearest Oxxo is about a 3 min drive. Looking forward to visiting again!

This place was wonderful. Although the walk to the place look concerning, the inside was beautiful. It had a very homey feeling and was super clean. The pools were also very clean and kid friendly.
