Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Anna’s Airbnb. This property is amazing, clean, beautiful, and spacious. The host Anna is friendly, responsive and kind. Anna went above and beyond by leaving many foods and provisions in the kitchen. Due to the weather, Anna proactive offer us late check out a day before we leave.

Big Red is an absolute gem! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how stunning, spotless, and thoughtfully designed the space was. The wellness amenities truly set this place apart — the sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub created the ultimate spa-like experience right at home. Whether you’re coming with a big group or just a few people, Big Red is perfect — spacious, cozy, and incredibly inviting. The hosts were amazing — so responsive, kind, and accommodating. Every detail was taken care of, making our stay completely stress-free. We only wish we could have stayed longer! We left feeling completely refreshed and already dreaming of our next trip back. Can’t recommend it enough!

Had a great stay in Bill's cozy private room. It was well equipped and very nicely decorated. Bill was super helpful on the couple questions I had at check in. The room is well located - proximate to all the goings on in Sunapee Harbor and within steps of a couple great eateries, and not far from other great attractions including Mt. Sunapee. Overall the best thing about it was the comfortable furnishings - especially the bed which was conducive to a great night's rest.

Great stay and Harlen was a great host. Place was very clean and any questions were answered by Harlen quickly. Would stay again!

This home was great! We felt right at home and it was a great location for Pats Peak! With only a few minor issues like ice on the front step and we couldn’t find facecloths…everything else was seamless! This host was amazing and welcoming! We will absolutely look into staying here again and recommend this home and it’s cozy space to everyone!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this rental, honestly the best we've ever stayed at. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The place was immaculate, beautifully decorated and you could feel how much thought the owners put into making it a great experience for their renters. Cecille and Ralph were fantastic hosts. They were extremely responsive and quick to assist with any questions or needs. Their attention to detail truly enhanced our stay at their beautiful home. If you're looking for a place that is comfortable, well-maintained and full of charm, this is it! We will be telling family and friends about this fabulous rental. We can't wait to come back!

We had a week of event at the ski resort and the location was very convenient. The house was well described and furnished with all we needed. Sara and Christopher were super engaged and responsive hosts and gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to check out.

We needed a few days away as a family and this was it. We had a great time and could not be happier. Catherine was very responsive and gave great recommendations. This place is beautiful!We will be back again.

Thank you very much Joan for a nice week for me and the kids. It was just what the doctor ordered, and a good change of scene where we could put away the devices and pick up a board game and relax! The weather did not quite cooperate as it was extremely cold and windy, with a heavy snowstorm to start the week. Luckily Joan was very communicative and flexible around the storm and ensured we were able to get up there safe and sound to hunker down as the snow fell down. The kids (13 & 10) and I got in a good routine of cross country skiing and exploring the lake together, playing some board games, and enjoying the jacuzzi! We ended up housebound for a good chunk of the trip so it was nice to have such a cozy place to have as our home base. Take care and hope to be back someday! Jeremy

Always a great stay at Jeff and Jayne's cabin. I think this was our 8th stay here and as always, a wonderful place to stay near Gunstock and Lake Winnipesauke.

The Quimby Cabin was perfect! Very beautiful with the river right off the deck. We enjoyed a bonfire and ate every meal on the deck. There were lots of things for my kids to do, puzzles, games and drawing materials! I loved reading in the chairs on the deck. The kitchen was packed with everything I needed to cook some great meals too!

We had a great time at Gabriel's log cabin. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, clean and check in was super easy. Gabriel kept in contact with us regarding check in and check out. We can't wait to rent this house again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. ~Katie

The cabin was very cozy, a perfect place for a weekend with the girls even when it’s rainy! The hot tub was great as well (although it is uncovered so keep that in mind if the weather is going to be bad while you stay). The restaurants nearby were also amazing. We ate at Daniel’s restaurant and pub as well as the pancake house ( just down the street from the property) and both places were great!
