Excellent place to stay in Kea. Wonderful beaches just a few minutes walk from the flat. And the deck is a fantastic place to contemplate life or even do remote work. Miltiadis is very communicative and responsive to requests. She and her husband don't speak English, but she got the point across well. The house is ideal for a couple of a single. Very clean and well equipped. I definitely will be back!

Marina, our host, was very friendly and a good communicator - especially so in English. The room we had was perfect and just as described. It was a 1 minute walk down into the town and the beach where we had plenty of options to eat and relax. The ferry arrival is just around the corner - maybe a 3 minute walk which was excellent for us. Couldn’t be better! Perfect place.

Our stay at this Airbnb was truly unforgettable! The photos simply do not do justice to how beautiful the house and the view are in reality. The house was impeccably clean and had everything we needed for a perfect stay. Voula, the host, is a delightful person who is always ready to help. We were treated with so much love and care, making us feel right at home. Just 3 meters away, there is a wonderful tavern that serves delicious food. The beach right below the house is stunning, perfect for children with baby seats, loungers, and all the amenities you could ask for. It was such a pleasure to have everything so close and convenient. We will definitely be coming back! Thank you, Voula, for making this the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Highly recommended!

Σίγουρα! Ακολουθεί ένα δείγμα κριτικής για το ERPMB: Η διαμονή μας ήταν πραγματικά εξαιρετική! Ο οικοδεσπότης ήταν φανταστικός, φιλικός και πάντα διαθέσιμος να βοηθήσει με οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Η θέα από το σπίτι είναι απλά μαγευτική πραγματικά μας άφησε άφωνους! Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ ευρύχωρο και άψογα καθαρό, κάτι που εκτιμήσαμε ιδιαίτερα. Ήταν πεντακάθαρο και εξοπλισμένο με όλα όσα θα μπορούσαμε να χρειαστούμε. Συνολικά, μια εμπειρία που μας άφησε τις καλύτερες εντυπώσεις. Θα το συνιστούσαμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Τι να πεις για αυτό το πεντακάθαρο διαμέρισμα το οποίο βρίσκεται στην καρδιά του νησιού , είναι εξοπλισμένο με όλα τα απαραίτητα, και πολύ παραπάνω απ’ όσα θα μπορούσε κανείς να ζητήσει! Είναι μολις 3 λεπτά από το λιμάνι και τα όλα τα μαγαζιά που θα χρειαστείτε για πρωινά , φαγητά , καφε, μίνι μάρκετ , μπαρ κλπ … Ο Σιμος είχε φροντίσει για όλα είναι εκπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης και πολύ εξυπηρετικός ώστε να μην μας λείψει τίποτα …Το σπίτι είναι φτιαγμένο και διακοσμημένο με πολύ μεράκι κρατώντας το παραδοσιακό στοιχείο του νησιού, είναι όλα καινούρια μέσα στο σπίτι , περάσαμε υπέροχα . Σύντομα θα το ξανά επισκεφτούμε σίγουρα !!! Ευχαριστούμε για όλα, συνεχισε έτσι !!!

The location is remote but has good facilities nearby, a fantastic restaurant (Arias) about 100m away serving the best seafood I’ve had outside of the UK! Not a large restaurant and has a very exclusive feel to it Equally a nice walk around the other bay, we found a few restaurants and taverna’s - our favourite was Sofrano’s The room isn’t big, but it’s well equipped and comfortable for the 4 night stay we had, and Nikos was very helpful for the few questions we had. Aircon works perfectly and much needed respite from the 35+ heat. The terrace was perfect for sunbathing and is also shaded so easy to get a break from direct sunlight Comfortable bed and nice sheets Lovely neighbours in the main house (I assume this is Nikos’ family), Poppy treated us to a salad lunch one day unexpectedly, including fish caught from the bay at the bottom of the steps! Delicious - thank you! Cannot wait to return for another stay in the future. Highly recommended Would definitely stay again

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία! Εύκολη πρόσβαση! Φιλικός οικοδεσπότης! Φιλικός χώρος για μικρά παιδιά!! Πολύ καθαρό και τακτοποιημένο το σπίτι! Θα χαρούμε να ξανά μείνουμε σε σας σε επόμενη επίσκεψη μας στο νησί της Κύθνου!!

Ηταν ολα τελεια, πολυ ομορφο σπιτι πανω στη θαλασσα, νοιωσαμε σας στο σπιτι μας. Οπως ειπα και στην Κα Βουλα θα θελαμε να εχει κλιματιστικο και στο σαλονι εκτος απο τα 2 υπνοδωματια, αλλα κατα τ’αλλα δεν εχουμε κανενα αρνητικο σχολιο. Ευχαριστουμε για ολα

υπέροχο και καθαρό κατάλυμα η θέα ήταν υπέροχη υπήρχε αρκετά ήσυχο και χαλαρωτικό περιβάλλον ότι πρέπει για ξεκούραση το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!!

The house was beautiful, even better than the pictures! The inside felt cozy and homely, with beautiful furniture. The kitchen was very well stocked with basic ingredients and cooking utensils. There was a good supply of coffee and tea as well which was a nice touch, and some little sweet treats provided by the host! The house is only accessible by car from the port. The cleaner picked us up from the nearest shop to show us the best roads to take to get to the house. At night it was sometimes hard to remember the best route so I would recommend noting this down when you are first shown as it's slightly different to the GPS route. There is a great supermarket 30mins drive from the house, and a mini market with all the essentials about 15min drive. The nearest beach is accessible by foot, car or bike, and the water around this part of the island was warm in September and crystal clear, with great food at the beach bars. The house had everything you needed, we would love to return!

Wir haben eine sehr gute Zeit im Haus von Stamatis erlebt. Von Anfang an hat alles wunderbar funktioniert. Stamatis hat sich um jede Anfrage und um jedes Anliegen von uns sofort gekümmert. Das Haus selbst war wunderschön eingerichtet und vor allem hat uns die Lage sehr gut gefallen. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und jede Minute genossen. Auch die Insel Kythnos hat uns sehr beeindruckt und wenn wir wiederkommen, dann nur zu Stamatis.

Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε ένα ήσυχο χωριό 15 λεπτά από το λιμάνι. Έχει κανείς την αίσθηση ότι ζει λιγάκι όπως κάποιος ένας ντόπιος, που είναι άλλωστε και το σλόγκαν του καταλύματος "live like a local". Φροντισμένο, καθαρό και λειτουργικό. Η Αγγελική μας βοήθησε σε ότι χρειάστηκε και όλες οι επικοινωνίες ήταν άμεσες και εύκολες. Για την πρόσβαση στο κατάλυμα μεσολαβεί ανάβαση 67 σκαλοπατιών, οπότε ταξιδέψτε ελαφριά. Αν ξαναβρεθούμε στην Σέριφο θα το επιλέξουμε ξανά, ευχαριστούμε πολύ Αγγελική.

Kiki a été formidable. Très sympathique, accueillante. Le coucher de soleil est incroyable, se baigner avec vue sur la mer est une super expérience. Plein de petites plages trop belles à proximité à moins de 5 minutes de voiture voire à pied! Dont une petite crique en bas de la maison où se baigner tôt le matin ou le soir avant l’apéro! Nous avons adoré ce séjour! Nous recommandons la maison.

Τι να πούμε για αυτή μας την διαμονή!!!! Το κατάλυμα βρίσκεται σε μια εξαιρετική τοποθεσία με μαγευτική θέα όπου μπορείς να απολαύσεις υπέροχα ηλιοβασιλεματα. Ο χώρος ειναι ΕΚΠΛΗΚΤΙΚΟΣ!!!! Παντού παρατηρείς μια λιτη πολυτέλεια και καταλαβαίνεις με πόσο γουστο εχει τοποθετηθεί κάθε αντικείμενο μέσα στο χώρο. Οι ιδιοκτήτες έχουν δώσει τον καλύτερο τους εαυτο!!! Οι δε παροχές είναι πέρα κάθε προσδοκιας. Όλα απιστευτα μελετημένα για την καλύτερη διαμονή των φιλοξενουμενων. Η επικοινωνία με τους οικοδεσπότες εξαιρετική!!!! Χρήστο σ ευχαριστούμε για όλα!!!! Εις το επανιδειν!!!!

I loved staying here! The space is calm, cosy and full of natural light. The views are spectacular with the sunset in the distance, with the beaches close by. The host is friendly and kind and very communicative.

Mikael's place was wonderful, spotless and well equipped. Everything was as described. The kids loved the pool and the big garden. We were very well taken care of and we highly recommend others to stay here while visiting the Thymári area. Thanks again Mikael for having us 😊

Eleni's apartment is out of this world, incredible! She kindly met us late at night to welcome us. As the other reviews have mentioned there are lots of stairs, but we were fully prepared for this. The location by the sea and in Ermoupoli could not have been better. The patio and outdoor area is simply stunning. We swam in the sea everyday despite the weather - there is a wonderful swimming platform (Vaporia Beach) a few minutes away. The apartment is much larger than we expected with excellent amenities. Eleni left us extra towels, water, blankets and was very helpful, letting us leave later on our last day. Thank you!

Our month here was absolutely magical. We loved the (three!) balconies and having the sea so close we could hear the waves. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with fast and reliable WiFi, and Doros was super responsive and helpful!

We are Americans who came for a wedding and didn’t know what to expect. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the building (has an elevator, but we didn’t use) and very quaint and clean. Afrofiti was a pleasure to work with - extremely responsive and worked with us to help us check-in a bit early and drop our luggage off. There’s a washer in the unit, the water pressure is fantastic, and the windows/AC units give you plenty of options for temperature adjustments. There’s a market open 7 days a week right around the corner and a 5 minute walk to main square where you can find restaurants and coffee shops. We had such a lovely time and would definitely come back to this sleepy little beach town.

We stayed at Achille’s lovely apartment for five nights in April 2025, and could not have picked a better place 🙏 The house is very easy to get to, close to the beach, walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants yet in a quiet neighbourhood. We had everything we could need, and we especially enjoyed how “homey” and peaceful it felt. Especially enjoyed having our sundowners in the amazing terrace. Thank you Achilles for a lovely experience! Looking forward to coming back :)

A wonderful and cosy appartment next to Varkiza beach front. Very quiet area to relax at without any disturbances.
