Karl was an awesome host! Had an issue with the keycode to enter but Karl was immediately reachable even in the middle of the night and helped solve the issue. Even came by to check out the keycode lock the next morning and repaired it. 10/10 host and even had some cool stories about the history of the apartment! Will definitely back for another stay in the future at Karl’s place.

Great apartment. Super beautiful location with lots to do and places to eat just a foot out the door. We had an issue with the toilet during our stay, and our host was quick to resolve it! The maintenance man was there within an hour. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and comfy beds. Only caveat, it is on the second floor after you go up the initial half flight of stairs. So it’s really like almost three floors up. But once you’re in it’s beautiful and super cozy.

Exemplary accommodations! Everything about this place is well thought out and comfortable. (Every AirBnB host should do what Shirley did - label the light switches.) It's those intuitive touches that make this a great place to stay. We were close to family events in Norfolk, plus restaurants and amenities in Canaan. You really can't beat this experience. We were not able to make friends with the barn cat, but we tried!

We really enjoyed our stay! Everything is brand new and very clean. The bed was really comfortable, and even though it’s attached to the house, it’s very well insulated, so it was quiet, exactly what we were looking for. It’s also directly next to a trail, which was a nice bonus. Overall, it’s a great, quiet place to stay. Next time we’re in the area, we’ll definitely check to see if it’s available!

We have previously stayed at another one of Eddy's properties, so we already had high expectations and they were all definitely met! Everything is exactly as described and lots of amenities available. We like how stocked the kitchen and bathroom is - it's super convenient and helpful to not have to think of those details. few mentions for future stays - we came on an unseasonably cold day and had to turn the heat up (all works perfectly) and benefitted from bringing our slippers/warm socks because the floor is a bit cold. Thoughtfully, there were rubber slides available for use! Also, getting in got a little confusing in the dark - our GPS told us we arrived when we were on the opposite side of the house. So just a heads up to anyone coming in, take a look at the map before driving in the dark :D

This apartment was perfect for my needs. It was clean and comfortable and conveniently located. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to extend my stay twice. I’d definitely stay at this apartment again when visiting family in the area.

I rented it for tenants to stay in during a repair at their apartment. My tenants chose to stay in their apartment instead so they never actually checked in. But Hameen was very flexible, even offering early check in since the contractors started early, and he refunded the cleaning fee since they never entered the apartment. The location is very central in Bristol and I can tell Hameen would be a great host for people that stay there.

This apartment is beautiful decorated, comfortable, and exactly as pictured! It is such a cozy spot to rest and relax, with everything you could ask for, when not out exploring New Haven and surrounding areas. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with Edgewood Park within walking distance. There is a wide variety of coffee shops & food options as well as only being a few minutes away from Yale and many cultural experiences. We really enjoyed our weekend before traveling on to Hartford for our daughter’s choral performance. Thank you so much to Barbara, Patty & Jonah for providing such a wonderful home away from home!

This is my 3rd stay here. I sometimes come on my own to visit my daughter at Yamaha and I pay extra per night to stay at this comfy relaxing spot so I feel at home. I have private parking, easy entry, close to downtown Yale shopping and minutes from raved Whooster Villlage. Don’t be hesitate because it is on the corner of the busy street, it allows for spreading out of family and each bedroom with own bathroom/TV sitting area. The upstairs room can get warm but use the AC unit in room and it is cool in no time! This will be my home away from home for my daughter’s next 3 years at UNH. My only suggestion is the main floor bedroom does not have King size bed but the room Itself is gorgeous! Enjoy and highly recommend this spot!

Shelley’s place is absolutely perfect! The apartment was exceptionally clean, with a nice layout, a large kitchen, and comfortable mattresses and furniture. The place is an excellent bargain and far more comfortable than your average AirBnB these days. Shelley is also delightful and very responsive. Cannot recommend it enough!

Place was nice, exactly what was listed. Cozy space, cute red theme. Small but very clean bathroom. Air conditioner provided for room. I was happy with my stay! Door to get into the airbnb was annoying, it is a storm door, rather than a regular door with steps down. The ceiling is made only of wood above the bed, so you will hear EVERYTHING from upstairs, including footsteps, sitting on the bed, etc. and it sounds amplified. S.P’s initial message seemed very strict, but I asked questions and realized it is just a copy and paste message that she sends to everyone. Her instructions were very clear, could be warmer and more welcoming. WiFi was not provided until I asked. Over all, it really is a no-frills place and it gave me what I needed. Fees are high, though.

Marge was an amazing host who went to effort to ensure we were comfortable and taken care of. For example, in advance of our arrival she asked what type of bread and juice we preferred and if we wanted milk or cream for our coffee. She providd fresh eggs and even sent a dozen to our daughter who lives down the street. The apartment was welcoming, clean and cozy. The kitchen and pantry were well-supplied to meet our needs. We will definitely stay at Marge's next time we visit our daughter.

Miriam was a pleasure as a host. on a quiet road but immediately adjacent to the mall and other things to do. clean room, pristine bathroom, perfect instructions for check in.

This bunkhouse was very accommodating in a great spot. Very easy to get to and is right behind Lime Rock Park Racetrack if that's your thing. It sleeps 5 and the room/house is comfy and well decorated with racing memorabilia. For those sleeping on the top bunk and are bigger than typical guys, it was a little tight but we were there to just sleep and enjoy the fire pit, so didn't really matter to us. It was great seeing the kitchen stocked with snacks, breakfast bars, Hostess snacks...it definitely felt like "home." The cats are very friendly and hung out with us so that was nice. We would definitely stay again when in the area of Salisbury. Thanks Terry for your quick responses to our questions and inquiries!!

It was great. Everything was the complete opposite of what I expected

Kisha's place was an oasis of peace and calm. There isn't much to do in the area (I was rained in the whole week) but there's so much to do at the airbnb (like using the hot tub, reading/working, or watching TV). The most notable thing was that everything was so clean and I was able to use the hot tub enjoyably. This listing is BEAUTIFUL and spacious (basically the whole top floor to yourself) and I hope to be back again!! The cute puppy was a great bonus.
