Alejandra was very responsive to any questions or issues we had before and during the stay. She was also very flexible in working with us on the check-in and check-out time. I would recommend this apartment.

Maria’s place is beautiful! Perfect for sharing with another family. Our kids loved the pool and the adults loved the outside seating area. So many amenities in the house including washer & dryer. You do have to walk a little longer than I was planning with kids, but for adults it’s fine. Also an OXO very close and convenient. We would stay here again! Thank you Maria!

Very nice location. Big beautiful home and beautiful pool.

It was a really big apartment, with really a lot of space for the 4 people which we came with. She made us feel very welcome, give a big tour through the house and even gave us a welcome cake. The place is a bit far from downtown, but within a few blocks there are plenty of restaurants, and the center is perfectly reachable by cab.

What a beautiful, stunning home! We felt like royalty! The artwork everywhere and hammock were a personal favourite. Our host was great and when we needed a few items in the kitchen brought them very quickly. One thing to know is that the pool was much much smaller than we thought it would be, basically just big enough for our 4 kids to cool off. (Not really swimmable) And the street noise was quite loud especially in one bedroom which is located directly beside a busy street. Have a noise machine! The location was superb otherwise, just a short walk into the city centre where they have a market and dancing on Sundays.

Todo súper bien con el alojamiento, muy cómodo y en una zona cercana a puntos de interés en Mérida. Manuel siempre súper atento y al pendiente. Nos vamos muy contentos con nuestra estadía :)

Martha's place is pequeno perfection. The apartment was charming with cute decorative pieces and wonderful skylights that let in lots of natural light. It is stocked with everything one would need for a comfortable stay. Martha was gracious enough to ask if there was anything that I needed prior to my arrival, and when I said "water," she brought me 20 liters. The apartment is small in size but large in character. It's a nice place to stay.

The place was beyond our expectations. Paula was an amazing host and assured that we had everything we needed. Met us on check in day to make sure she answered all questions and provided suggestions for restaurants and things to go. She was beyond helpful. The place felt like a home. All my family and friends loved it. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Merida. Thank you!

La quinta es extraordinaria, lo mejor de todo que cada cuarto está separado. El lugar es tan agradable, tranquilo, limpio, que disfrutas cada espacio que tiene, lo cual deseas no salir de ahí

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at Neil's WONDERFUL property. There were two bedrooms with en-suite baths - far enough apart to give privacy. The living room and bedrooms had air conditioners which were really appreciated; there were fans in all the rooms. The decor was very inviting -- artwork in every room and very comfortable beds and furniture. The baths were spacious with lots of hot water in the showers. The kitchen was stocked with everything you would need; I can't think of anything that was lacking. Neil was the ideal host - his communication was top-notch, and he had a book with all the information on the unit as well as helpful suggestions as to the area -- restaurants, etc. There is a super market a couple of blocks away, and the zoo if just around the corner. The pool and outside space is super. Whether it was coffee in the morning or a dip in the pool after being in town - it's ideal. Thank you, Neil, for making our stay magical. Highly recommended.

Everything was great about this place. It was easy to find and check in. There were plenty of nice bedrooms, with hammocks and ensuite washrooms, as well as a spacious common area. Great for large group of 12-24 people. Host was very responsive and everything was clean.

Recomendadisimo este hermoso residencial en un lugar único , seguro tranquilo y con un descanso inigualable , la zona donde se encuentra la propiedad está rodeada de muchos árboles casas muy grandes y amplias , me voy satisfecho y seguramente regresaré a esta hermosa casa , César fue muy amable en todo momento, y la casa siempre está reluciente , tiene una excelente ventilación donde no es necesario utilizar los aires acondicionados . Reservamos un par de horas antes de llegar a Mérida. Enseguida nos contactó el anfitrión. La llegada fue muy fácil, el acceso a la propiedad fue inmediata, nos encantó el diseño, las camas estaban súper cómodas, nos sorprendieron con un kit de bienvenida con bebidas y botanas que nos dejaron en el refrigerador. La cocina tiene todo lo necesario para que puedas preparar tus alimentos y también cuenta con lavavajillas. Saliendo por el área de comedor tienes la piscina a unos pasos. La pasamos muy tranquilos y con la ventaja de que hay un súper y varios restaurantes a unos cuantos minutos de la propiedad. Sin duda lo recomendamos.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé notre séjour dans cette chambre. L’endroit était propre, sentait bon et est bien placé. Je le recommande fortement ! Petit bémol, il n’y a pas vraiment de fenêtres dans la chambre seulement des puits de lumière. Mais l’endroit était tout de même très agréable !

Perfect location. Within 2 blocks was the open air market with restaurants, venders, square, church, pharmacy, grocery, cold treats, vegan coffee shop. Very walkable, flat, good side walks. Friendly people- brush up on Spanish- not a ton of English speakers- but we always were able to work it out!! Home had lovely spaces. Wish we had better outdoor furniture- especially the loungers, the outdoor dining table chairs were getting sun damage/cracking too. We had 2 home Rapi deliveries for dinner, easy walk to the large square on Sunday enjoying music, dancing, food and crafts. Pool was awesome relief from the hot weather. Definitely would stay here again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at Flor's place. The place is small but very charming and it's perfect for 1 or 2 people. The glass ceiling really gives it a unique feel. What really shines are the 3 amazing terraces with all kinds of plant life. A lot of thought and sweat equity was put in to create such a fine and peaceful place. The dipping pool is an added bonus after a day of walking around in the Merida heat. One caveat: the spiral staircase requires that you are mobile and not too wide. The location is a 5-minute walk from the Santiago Market and 12-15 minutes from Santa Lucia Park or Plaza Grande. As for hosting, Flor was very helpful and quick to answer all messages we sent and in person, she is truly a delightful person and her family is as well. Our conversations with Flor were always a pleasure. She is the kind of person that you would want to have as a friend. Additionally, she has a fantastic eye for design as can be seen by the way she decorates both inside and out.

Excelente lugar para tu estadía en Mérida , a solo 5 min del centro. Casa muy bonita con todos los servicios , todo funciona de maravilla , bonitos espacio que te hacen sentir super cómodo, hermoso jardín donde puedes tener cómodas charlas , en fin casa corazón nos encantó a la familia . Gracias por cuidar cada detalle .

Het is een prachtig huis om vanuit daar de stad te verkennen. De fietsen zijn ideaal! Het huis is voorzien van alle gemakken, aan alles is gedacht. Heerlijk privé, makkelijk parkeren voor de deur. Onbezorgd verblijf, zou het zo weer boeken. Charles was een hele vriendelijke host met veel tips.

Beautiful, spacious, well restored and furnished colonial home with original tile floors and very high ceilings throughout. Full of character. The courtyard with plunge pool was private, comfortably furnished and beautifully landscaped, full of lush greenery - it was a total gem, just a delightful oasis to spend time relaxing out there. The only downside to the house was that it was on a busy street and it could be noisy at times in the front rooms ( not too bad in the courtyard or bedroom.) But that is the trade off for a great location so close to downtown. Would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again if ever visting Merida.

Estancia agradable y excelente ubicación, hubieron algunos detalles externos al alojamiento y Manuel se mostró muy atento en solucionar en todo momento, considero que en el living se podría mejorar ya que hace mucho calor en esa parte de la casa, pero las habitaciones y la Alberca es encantadora.
