The house was perfect for our needs, plenty of room, a fenced yard and a great host! We will be sure to stay here again when visiting the SV.

Great place for a lady's get away. We did crafts and played cards and enjoyed an afternoon at the lake bird watching. Perfect setup. You cant tell from the pictures but the dining room is open to the kitchen which we love that those cooking can still have conversations with those at the table. Bedrooms were so comfortable and kitchen was perfectly equipped. I would recommend this home to others!

Suzanne could not have been more delightful and hospitable for our team! She was kind and responsive when we had questions, and she was flexible when our plans shifted and needed to extend by a night. Her home was comfortable and spacious, the neighborhood was quiet and beautiful, and the town was close and had plenty of awesome food and coffee spots. Next time we’re in the area we’ll absolutely be back.

Amy was amazing to deal with from day one. My group from Louisiana was there for a month and was very comfortable. Amy checked in with us and made sure we had everything we needed. I would 100% recommend this location to anyone.

As a frequent traveler, this was by far was the best ABNB we have ever stayed at. We were traveling for a family emergency, with our entire family. The home felt like a home away from home. The home is set up in a way that made a comfortable gathering place for our family and was very spacious. And, because this was a last minute, unplanned trip, of course we forgot necessities. The home was stocked with anything you could imagine, which was comforting and so convenient due to the circumstances. The host went above and beyond, knowing the reason we were traveling and even left a condolences card, which meant a lot to our kids who just suffered a great loss. I can’t say enough about this home and host. Coming back to a small hometown, this is the perfect place to stay (great location) if you do not want or can’t stay with family. Bob was great! He is responsive and friendly and easy to reach. Property is beautiful and great location to popular restaurants and the quaint college area. We came to visit family and the location was 1.5 miles from them! Overall the home was “homey” and comfortable and lovely.

Roeshel’s place felt like a peaceful magical fairy treehouse in the middle of town. It was incredibly well styled and appointed. Beds were very comfortable and the apartment had all the right touches for an easy stay. Appreciated the walkability to town and found a few great coffee shops and restaurants. Had a wonderful time catching up with old friends in a welcoming space. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic stay! This was our second time visiting Michele’s Country House and it was just like we remembered. We felt right at home with the comfortable furnishings and all the amenities that we needed. We had some tricky weather and Michele was open to us arriving early given the space was all ready. That was really nice. We had a chance to feed the goat and pet the horses - which was really nice. We look forward to another visit soon - but we may bring our kids next time and stay in the “barn” apartment space. We shall see! Thanks so much Michele!

We loved staying at Raymond’s North Side place! It’s located in a quaint village of Lowelville, OH. Things are changing quickly in Lowellville along the Mahoning River. New kayak launches, new venues, great old ones, amazing Italian restaurants aplenty and more. All of Raymond’s pictures and descriptions are spot on. I love the exposed brick and open concept of the shared space. You could not ask for nicer, more accommodating hosts than Raymond and his wife! Thanks so much Carlson’s! We’ll be back!

Matt and Miriam were great hosts. Always responsive, and graciously allowed an early check-in which was very helpful to us after a long drive and a busy itinerary. The house was as described, in a great location close to everything in the area. This was the perfect place for our group of 4 plus 2 dogs, with plenty of space and comfortable lounging and sleeping arrangements!

We enjoyed our stay so much as a family! The location is great, with many small shops and restaurants close by, and the house is beautiful! The hosts were very helpful when we needed to make changes to our schedule a few times, and overall very responsive and good to work with!

Marion was a wonderful host ! The place was exactly as described and the scones and yogurt were a sweet touch. I would definitely recommend this place.

Maureen's guesthouse was a perfect base for visiting family over Christmas. Check-in instructions were clear and easy, and she left homemade caramel popcorn for us as a welcome gift (which we devoured)! The space was cozy and clean, and the bed was really comfortable - a great place to retreat to after a full day. We'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

We were super impressed with Nicole's place! We were only there overnight after a show at Packard, but wanted to stay longer! The apartment was so thoughtfully and completely equipped and the accomodations were deluxe! That bathroom??? We may come back just for IT! We HIGHLY recommend this place to anyone coming to or passing through Warren!

A gem in the area. Very comfortable and all the amenities needed for a family. Beautifully decorated. We aren’t used to stairs up but it was good exercise. Close to everything we needed when visiting local family. Host is super communicative and provided everything we needed for a successful stay. We hope to be back!

We had an incredible stay at this newly updated condo in downtown Conneaut Lake! The space was stylish, clean, and thoughtfully furnished, making it the perfect place to relax. The lake views from the deck were absolutely stunning—a great way to start and end the day. The location couldn’t be better. We opened the window to Rising River Brewery and could smell bacon every morning while on the outside deck from the Lake Dinner below. The spacious layout, comfortable king bed, and 2 Queens, which was prefect for our little family. If you're looking for a peaceful yet conveniently located getaway, this is the perfect spot. Highly recommend, and we would definitely stay again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
